The customer service here suck!! And the persons working the floor checking out others needs to be trained by better employees. These high school kids have a flexible schedule, and I know theyre not willing to work with these kids at all. Good luck finding kids worthy of working Walmart!!

Hell on earth . Rude staff, always seem to think you should never approach them to ask where something is and will tell you to just look it up on your phone. Only ever have one check out open and 2 self check open . Not to mention the bathrooms and everywhere else in that place is disgusting. Definitely needs better management! Hands down greasy

Went to get an oil change. They told me it will be an hr. I said fine and did some shopping.Came back 1 hr later. Havent even started on my truck.When I got there, there was a blue truck in bay, black car, then me.The blue truck got done and they pulled the black car in.After that black car was done, they pulled another black car. Once it was done, they pulled another truck. After that truck then mine got pulled in.It took them over 2 hrs for a basic oil change that was only to take 1 hr.I ask for a discount for my time and inconvenience, they said no. Informed them I will not be back.

Its a walmart, it usually has things in stock compared to Marietta. Its really easy to get off the interstate to get there and get back on. Plus side is that its next to other small shops and restaurants!!!

Store isnt well stocked. Associates are not appreciated enough. Would like to see better bags for merchandise. Have had trouble with missing items when I get home. They are very good about honoring those when I report it.

Every time I call to try to talk someone, I can never get passed the automated system because nobody wants to answer the phone. It’s a little ridiculous honestly.

I currently work here so I might be a bit biased but the staff here are great. They will help you when you need it and we all work together pretty well (in my own opinion). Great place to shop and we have pretty much anything you might need whether in store or online.

You have to maneuver around employees stocking sheves, cant find what you need half of the time, because according to them the trucks arent delivering. There are still alot of bare shelves. I am going to start going elsewhere. Most of the people I know already have. Riesbecks is now getting more business and they have higher prices. What does that tell you?

Service was terrible and they were not very busy. 25 minutes after sitting down, our orders had still not be taken. We left $ 7.00 to cover drinks and walked out. Went to Chinese buffet nearby and had a good meal.

The grocery carts are in terrible condition with broken wheels. The shelves are not being restocked. The deli section is notoriously slow. The staff are mediocre at best. These problems arent because of COVID, its just an extremely poorly ran store. Ive shopped there for 10 years and it used to be a nice store but now its in decay. Im now willing to drive an hour extra per day to go all the way to St. Clairsville to get groceries and things. I used to like walmart, now i absolutely despise it. Walmart doesnt care about people or quality, it cares about profits, period. Walmart is an absolute shame to our local community in Cambridge/Byesville/Senecaville & surrounding areas!

The Walmart in Cambridge Ohio leaves a lot to be desired. The majority of the staff is either untrained or unwilling to do their job. Bad attitudes abound, and good luck getting a smile or a thank you out of any of them.

Tried to find some help to find something in automotives and went half way across the store. The employee said they will call someone for me for over there and no one came for a half hour and they told me they didnt have it in stock and left the area. I kepted looking and found it a few minutes later.

We are 5th wheel owners and they allowed us to park our rv overnight the store was very clean and all the people were very helpful.

Only one cash register open. Waited half hour in line with a cart full of groceries. Ridiculous. Will not buy groceries anymore. Air conditioning was very poor for a hot day. Very disappointing.

The greeter was welcoming and the atmosphere was good. I only gave it 4 stars because of the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting which doesnt make sense because the rest of the store seemed bright and clean. The tissue paper was also being hold together by duct tape. 😳 I really didnt want to touch anything. All that being said, wer found what we needed and the staff was friendly which, to me, is more important than the cleanliness of the bathroom.

It was a quick trip to get an AC unit, employees were helpful and it was easy to find in the right department.

Had a cart full of items. No register open. Just self check out. I refuse to use self check out. A clerk said someone would help me. Went to self checkout. I told clerk I wont use them . She said she was only checkout person. Im like well check me out. I ended up leaving everything in cart. Clerks didnt care. Just told me to have a good day. I waste an hour shopping. Sad thing is by the time they put my items back they could have checked me out. I guarantee some items probably spoiled

Weve order groceries from Walmart, to pickup in the designated areas. Weve never had a problem with checking in, the person loading our groceries. Always safe distancing, masks on, very polite. Very few times that Walmart had to substitute an item. Grocery pickup has been a God send for us. 🖐

Its a Wal-Mart. Its kept clean and stocked. The pharmacy is great and even has a book section.

WalMart will almost always win on price comparison, which is why they are so popular. Selection is not their strong suit. They could really use a refresher course on merchandising; You cant do business from an empty wagon. Too many fast sellers do not have enough space allocated and are always sold out while other items that are rarely purchased occupy more shelf space than needed.

This walmart has anything you can think of, and the people there are super nice and will help with anything you ask

I am legally blind, with little vision. I ordered my Anthems Health Beenefits through walmart.com on April 6, 2021. I retured them to the store on April 12, 2021. I realzed that I had ordered them wtih my OWN credit card!!! So that s why I returned them. I ordered $285.14 worth and returede items for $229.90. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY FROM WALMART! Very tired of calling and talking to different people! I just want my money! I am disablled and on a limited budget. I NEED my money! BEWARE of Returning items! And getting a refund!

Anymore, I dislike going there. They move products around alot and the store is too big. Half the time you cant find what you want and the shelves are empty, and forget about finding an associate to help you; you just cant find one. Management passes the buck, sometimes saying we just cant get good help. Yes, prices are usually a bit lower, BUT waiting in long lines with only a couple registers open, is really frustrating. They obviously are trying to push us into self- checkout. Im sure there are alot of people out there agreeing with me. You asked, so Im just saying.

It was ok. No lettuce couldnt find anybody working in produce.The worst part when we checked out, the guy whose name was Kenneth, his hands were so dirty and the dirt under his nails was awful. His whole hygiene was bad. Im sure hes a nice person and he took care of us just fine, but please have him clean up.

The store is always clean and organized. This visit was a nightmare trying to use Walmart Pay. Spent nearly an hour trying to get our transaction approved. Jennifer (short blonde hair, not sure her job title) was so patient and very helpful during this time. She instantly took over and was doing everything she could to figure out why Walmart pay was not working for us. In the end she was able to finalize the transaction. Thank you so much Jennifer! You were such a blessing to us as you know how badly we needed Walmart pay to work. I wish there were more employees that are courteous, patient, understanding, and helpful as Jennifer was to us. Tell Jennifer the trucker and his wife from Alabama absolutely appreciate everything she done for us! We are in town often and will definitely be doing our shopping here.

The temperature in the store was too warm. Cut my visit short to get outside.

Store was clean and some were cleaning the carts as they were lined up to come back into the building from the lot and they had an assembly line set up between those working the area ensuring each cart was cleaned and ready for the greeter to hand off to incoming customers. First time I actually seen how dedicated they were in the fight against the spreading of Covid-19 and promoting the safety of every person entering the store and the employees that are already in there. It was just something different that actually stuck out to me because of how thorough they were being.
