If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The customer service is TERRIBLE, and the “assistant manager” Josie or Rosie was very rude and unprofessional. They were having trouble verifying my source of income, and when I asked if they accepted a company letterhead for proof of income, she put me on hold to ask her alleged “manager” if it was acceptable and he said no. Later on in the call I decided to cancel the whole order because she was impolite stating she needed new references and telling me that I had to come back in to sign something that I originally showed up for this morning to sign with another employee. Very unorganized operation they have going on in there. I got so frustrated I had to hang up the phone. I called again and asked to speak to a manager, without realizing it was me calling again, she states that there was no manager at the store today. Let me remind you, I literally called a minute after hanging up because I realized I forgot to ask for my refund. So basically you lied about having spoke to said manager on the phone prior to the new phone call, and then when I told her it was me calling from earlier, she says, “OH, well I’m the ASSISTANT MANAGER, and no you will not be receiving your refund.” You guys, I have a delivery scheduled for tomorrow which obviously is never coming and you’re flat out stating that you won’t issue my refund? Lovely employee you have working at this location. My first time even trying out Rent A Center and it will definitely be my last. I’ll take my business to Aaron’s.

Love this location the people are very friendly and dont try and push you to rent there product. Thanks Mike for helping my husband & I with our things

The leather furniture is terrible it tore up in less then 6 months I asked to have pillows replaced and was told that the insurance I pay with my payment didnt cover that... they replaced it with another used leather furniture set with paint scratches and rips and told me to pay the full payment for the New furniture that I 10 months worth of money into... they tried to write up the replaced furniture for a brand new set... they call me and my contacts from different numbers being very ignorant and rude

For being in camden its okay... I bought a few things from there... The girls are great...when u are responsible to pay ur things .they dnt bug u i like it...

Poor service the man Mike came to my parents house for the payment and my Mom was in shower. So he said he will wait and waited for an hour stalking them. That is horrible my Mom said she will never rent from them again very poor customer service

I went on 1013 2017 I love Miss Diane the employer shes the assistant manager but the new main manager is so ghetto and so ratchet I cant even go in there I think that is going to be my last rental from Rent-A-Center from that place she needs to get fired or needs to get put in her place my mother went there the other day and got smart with her for no apparent reason she needs help as soon as I She got smart with me and all I asked was how much am I do please someone get a new manager she is insane she needs help

Whether its in Camden or NOT doesnt have anything to do with the customer service. I despise IGNORANT people, way more then ghetto people. At least ghetto people show you their true side and feelings. #Growup

I give it a single star because they want to sell you used things as new, such as Playstations that they say are new and used and open boxes with someone elses accounts and when they include games they dont give them to you

Everything has its good side and its bad side and at least they get you out of trouble when you cant buy some cash
