Couldnt get the part I needed, but they tried their hardest. Not their fault that I drive a VERY old truck.

I needed a 1/4 gas line for my tiller but they was out of the clear gas lines so I was talked into getting a 2ft piece of 1/8 gas line that cost me over $4.00 and it was too small and NAPA had just closed at 5pm, so I went to Kens Discount and they had the 1/4 line for $1.09 per foot. I got 2ft for less than half the price I paid at NAPA and it was the right size. Now I have a 2ft piece of 1/8 gas line that is no use to me at all. Disgusted to say the least.

My hubby loves this store. We spend 1000s here a year. He builds old cars. They can always get what he needs if its not in stock.

The hours for Saturday show 3pm. I needed hydraulic hoses made so I remove them and drive to the store,based on the hours advertised, and they are closed! Saturdays are days people work on things and with them closed the option of NAPA is gone. Change your advertised hours!I have done business there before with good results but when I needed them ....fail!

Service was great everything exactly like a parts store suppose to be hands down
