The store manager here was very helpful and she knew a lot about vehicles and was very knowledgeable about the product I needed to buy after I ran the computer test on my car to see why my check engine light was on.

Yes I had visited AutoZone!, my experience there was very present and knowledgeable. The staff that help me had explain some things about my car that I will keep in mind for the future concerns. The prices compare from another auto shop AutoZone priceswas lower Thank you!

Worst customer service the cashier whose name was Lori or Laurea goes outside to help somebody with their car like shes a mechanic and the line grew. then the other woman who was a cashier had to go back into the parts area which means the line grow even longer then she comes up fussing saying I cant do this alone. it was the worst.

Employees Too slow

Great place, helpful and knows what theyre doing. Can be slow at times (extremely slow) but if youre patient and doesnt mind the wait then you may enjoy it. Note: I didnt give it 5stars because of the long wait.

Employee female Hispanic lady was very rude and lazy. I asked about my wipers since I only had a month was under warranty since they installed them. She said no nastily. So I purchased a new one. She then didnt want to install it and quoted I dont have to do this! You are a man you should do it. I said no Auto Zone installs them for me so she said she doesnt have to after she said Im not a little old lady!

I love auto zone. The employees are very helpful. Whatever I need assistance with its never a problem. I needed a brake light replaced I went to pep boys they told me I needed an appointment, I went to AutoZone they changed it without hesitation.

Theres no need to be sorry you did nothing wrong I just was there with somebody I cant give it an experience I dont drive

Worst customer service ever. On October 4th A female answered the phone and put me on hold for 8 minutes the first time 6 the second and I waited 6 the third before I hung up. Complete lack of professionalism. Terrible!

Had to purchase a brake light that I found out the was broken. The staff was helpful with finding the specific bulb for my car. Was not as expensive as I thought it would be.

Erick V went above and beyond customer service helping us inside and outside the store after his shift ended. his knowledge of automobiles is incredible we cannot thank him enough .without his help we would have been stranded 50 miles from home! Thank you Auto Zone for hiring such a wonderful employee !

Friendly quick and reliable customer service

Dirty, unorganized and unhelpful was how I found this Auto Zone. People taking up multiple parking spaces to work on their cars (which I thought wasnt allowed) makes it hard to access. Had to go here for a part only they had and unless that happens again, I wont go back. Autozone in Maple Shade is so much nicer. Take the extra drive...

AutoZone is a great place to get what you need. There prices are fair and the workers are knowledgeable.

Everyone is extremely helpful here. Theyll even come out to the lot to help install what you bought. Which is good for people like me who dont know the difference between an engine mount and a door mount?

Friendly service but slow and no sense of urgency when busy. Had a huge line and employees just kind of milling about. Then all of the sudden another emerged from the back to help after 25 minutes waiting in line just to drop off my used oil. No one thought to go back and tell that other employee in the back that they needed help up at the register?

I’m under my dads email, lol but today at auto zone I went in for a new light and employee HECTOR A. took the time in the cold to come make sure the light was out before I purchased anything !!! He could have just sold me my item and continue his shift but he didn’t ! I really appreciate his service, he was hands on and right to the issue & he fixed my light I didn’t have to spend a dime ! Thank you hector for taking the time to help me, I didn’t know what to do lol I’m a young female who doesn’t know a thing about cars so thank you !! Hector is located at store 1892

Worst autozone here bad customer service the manager called Luis was very rude and disrespectful!!

Just No!!!!! Do not expect to order anything online that they say is in stock and expect it to be in stock or for you to get it! Even after they charge you for what you do not have! 2 days in and I’m still waiting on something that I needed to pick up that they said was in stock, only to get there and it not be in stock!!

Horrible customer service at this location, I feel bad for AutoZone shareholders I could easy double the sales at this store if I was the manager. I was there at about 12:50 pm on Tue 4/10/18, I was by myself waiting in line for about 5 minutes while two customer service clerks people ate and drank and discussed high fructose syrup. At length i couldnt stand the indignity and walked out even though I really needed the part. These star CS people were Luis C. with the designer glasses and Erick V. the heavy set one. To be fair I think Erick does need to worry about HFS. The AutoZone on Rt 130 by merchantville has much, much, much better Customer service, you would think it was a different Franchise all together.

I was treated excellently today. Got everything I needed. Was treated fast and well.
