I also was vacationing on the area and fell asleep on my glasses. Both lenses fell out and the frames were bent. Within minutes Michelle fixed them and handed them back to me. Wonderful service with a personal touch. Nice looking frames there by the way.

I had a great experience here! I highly recommend them, I used Dr. Neville and was really happy. Its so hard to find a Dr. that is knowledgeable, personable and listens to you! Wonderful place with eye infections with my kids or the latest contacts all around great place.

I broke my glasses and was in total panic being far away from home and no spare pair. My husband brought them here and they not only fixed them but did so free of charge. I can not thank them enough as I have a very high prescription and can not see a thing without them. Highly recommend.

My problem was with the optical department. I ordered a new pair of lenses for my existing frame. While the optician was installing them, the frame was broken. They told me I would have to pay the cost, minus a 20% courtesy discount, to replace the front part of the frame (where the lenses fit). In other words, I had to pay their cost to replace the frames they broke. I didnt think this was fair, and after discussion they agreed to replace the frame part. They also paid to overnight the frame, which I thought was very good of them. The only reason I am marking them down a star is because this was very upsetting for a day until it was resolved.
