I was treated very nice and friendly and I got my new glasses back on time..

I really dislike the services the front desk staff needs to go back to where every they came .doors is always locked they never answer the phone there has to be a way to report them

I dont like them they dont answer the phone, they make you leave a voicemail just for an appointment, and never return your call, all I want to know is some info on my eyes for another dr

The treatment they give you is horrible because i was just going to pick up glasses 40 minutes before they close and they did not even put the close sign on the door and they not attend me,3hr before that happened i called to say i was goong to pick up the glasses and he said he closed at 4:30, when i got there it was 3:57
