Once they discover the issue with your vehicle they will inform you by phone call and estimate the amount and time for the repairs so you are aware of what’s going on step by step through the process. Since I drove from DC to Fl, I could not bring it back to Philmark (I was already in Fl). Philmark ensured all my issues were resolved, even using a different company. Who does that!!!??? Always very accommodating. I was referred here by a friend several years ago and I taken my cars here every since. She was correct. They are efficient, reasonable, fair, and honest. They have provided my family and I with excellent service. I highly recommend.

On vacation and my water pump failed. I called many places that were unwilling to help. Then philmark was extremely helpfull, knowledgeable and understanding. They got in in and out fast even though they are extremely busy. If I lived in this area there is no other place Id go for car repairs. So great full for their help.

Great customer service!! I have a Mercedes E350 and Ive had the A and B service done at Philmark. No issues or problems at all. My car drove like it was brand new. And the wait time was not long at all. Very reasonable compared to the dealer price. I recommend if you have a high-end car, to try Philmark. You wont be disappointed.

Mark & Crew take care of their customers and pride themselves on serving their best interest. Unlike many mechanics, they really try to save you money and avoid unnecessary repairs that typically run a bill up. I wont ever go to any other mechanic as long as they are around.

The Only Place I Will Take My Car Now!!I was referred to these guys through a friend and I just wish I could have taken my Porsche Cayenne to them sooner. The customer service, price and reliable work is the best you will find anywhere. They have been around for a long time and for good reason. Do not take your high end European vehicle anywhere else!

Philmark been good to me for years never had a problem with them they tell you exactly what’s wrong with your vehicle and don’t try to get over on there customers. Also customer service is great .

I took my E350 to repair a few items; oil+ filter change, flat tire replacement, rear break service, air filter, belt, pulleys and air vent replacement. The people at this shop are very honest and trustworthy. The service was done right the first time at a reasonable cost, the same day. I then serviced my Escalade and my MB C300, and again, the service was excellent and completed within a few hours in a professional and cost effective manner. I forgot to mention that the shop always returned my cars shiny and clean from the inside out!! I love the honesty, professionalism and the complete satisfaction always. I no longer feel under pressure thinking about car repairs when needed because I have found peace of mind, reliability, trustworthiness and honesty at Philmark.

I have been a happy customer for 9 years. The staff is great and very accommodating. What I love the most about them is their honesty. I have brought my vehicle to them on more than one occasion thinking that something was wrong with it. Fortunately they didnt take advantage of my situation once they realized nothing was wrong with my car. Being a women, this is a plus for me. Additionally, they provide excellent care and fast service. There has been many times when I needed last minute car repair and they saved the day. When I call, they are very responsive. Great service, my car AC was blowing hot air so I drop my car off and got my car back In the next day, everything fixed and now I am very happy with it . Highly recommended !!!
