I had a great experience with Central Valley Marine. I called and explained a fuel delivery issue that I was having with a Nissan outboard. The person who helped me listened patiently to my issue and then suggested several possible fixes. I was able to pinpoint the problem to a missing O-ring in my fuel filter and will fix the problem on my own. CVM does not work on Nissans, but the person on the phone was kind enough to help me out. I am amazed at the outstanding service.

This is my go to boating place. They always have good service and almost always have what I need. They have 2 locations, this one happens to be the sales and supplies location and the other is their service location. They have always treated me very well here and that is why I continue to shop here for 18 years or so!

I live In Reno NV and when my local dealership couldnt help me with my problem stating they were to busy to do an update and it would be more then a month out. So I decided to try to call so dealerships around the north cal area. Thats when I talked with Richard and he was more then willing to help us out with our problem. He went above and beyond and went out of his way to do anything and everything he could to help with our situation. Richard is the ideal meaning of great customer service! I only wish that my local dealership could learn from him! If we lived closer I Definitely would do business with Central Valley Marine. Thanks again.
