I hope I can place 0 start for the pharmacy.I had very bad experience of COVID test for travel clearance.I have reserved PCR test at 4pm on 07/02 for my flight on 07/05,expect to receive report within 48-72 hours. After test, I waited for 2 days and found the pharmacy hadn’t sent out test samples on 07/02.They may send out samples on 07/06. Seems I will receive report on 07/08. I have to postpone my flights and do a costly rapid COVID test.

Be prepared for a very long wait if you come to this terrible branch.

Absolutely awful pharmacy experience with the Pharmacist herself. Complete lack of care or professionalism.

The pharm techs and other store staff in general are not very pleasant here. most of the times at the pharmacy, ive had to wait a long time on top of dealing with a techs attitude. i get that youre busy but you dont have to be rude - im happy to wait a few minutes if you were just nice about it. ive also been denied price-matching to the online prices by the staff which is so strange to me, considering im already in the store and dont need to go through the trouble of a buy online and pick up order. youd think it would be more helpful that way.the store also lacks a lot of product availability and selection. i only come here because its the closest pharmacy with a drive-thru to me (which by the way, usually takes a long time as well)

Very very very rude staff

One horrible employee with a bad attitude ruined this whole place for me. I know its tough finding employee but this chic needs to learn manners and customer service.

This place is bad at printing photo, do not go this store. Almost all of my printed photos at this store are in weird color and their printer probably does not work well at all.

Always have photos printed here. Fast & inexpensive.

Great place to get cards, have your pictures developed on the cheep. the parking lot has ample parking. the employees seem to be hit and miss. they also have a Pharmacy but i use another place so i can not say if they are good or not.

They had the beauty advisor over in photo and she was really rude. I KNOW for a fact that it only takes 2 minutes to print 3 4x6 photos. She was rude and argued with me that she was busy today. Then after all that she finally told me the computer was frozen. Okay why didnt you just say that and apologize. Its that easy. Really bad customer service.

Pharma is closed for an hour during afternoon but dont leave a sign about this. Why are they closed anyways. Hire more peeps to leave open at all times.

They never have my meds ready on time. They take a long time to answer the phone or drive through. Stuck up staff rude and indecent laughing behavior

The employees here are pretty much unfriendly....i dont find i go there oftem now that they are no longer with. 24hr pharmacy..

Im a foreigner and tried to buy a pack of cigarettes here. I forgot to bring my passport at that time, so I showed my home country ID card. Yeah, it was my mistake and it is right not to sell cigarettes without US ID or passport. But when I explained that the number on my card says my birth of date, the old clerk neglected me totally. She called someone right away instead of explaining something, and treated me as a criminal. I know that it was okay to treat colored people badly when she was young. This Walgreens gave me the worst experience in the United States.

I can usually get what I came for. Sometimes experiences with the staff are uncomfortably creepy.

Pharmacy is always understaffed. Long waits, missed prescriptions, afternoon breaks that literally close the pharmacy down, and always on hold for extended periods of time when you call. How can such a place with as much foot traffic as this be so poor. Terrible management.

All the pharmacy staff went above and beyond to get my scripts transfered from another place. Then, when picking up, the tech gave me a $25 off coupon for transfering! Awsome Servicd

Horrid customer service at pharmacy. Short staffed and waited 50 minutes for a flu shot

Went here twice today to pick up my meds. Left both times after waiting 10 minutes without even being able to talk to anyone. Taking my money elsewhere.
