I recently purchased my Truck from Greg Lair. It has been in the shop 5 times in the three months I have owned it. After passing the so called multi point test before I bought it, it has repeatedly been in need of repair.My last trip in, I was asked to leave the truck for a diagnostic, I was never told it would be a week before they could even get to it. When I called to get an update on it, I was made to feel that I was an annoyance. I am sorry I am an annoyance to Greg Lair Buick GMC. I have taken my business elsewhere so that they will no longer be annoyed by me.

Quick. Done when I was told, even though we added tire rotation to the oil change after I got there. Friendly, personable, even a little entertaining! Comfortable waiting area with a stocked drinks fridge, coffee, and tv. They even made room for my service in a busy schedule because I was scheduled to leave town later that afternoon. Highly dissatisfied with getting my vehicle serviced here. honestly for what I asked for they are crooks for what they charged! Look at the receipt! Then I had someone from the company confront me in public about my review. Told him we can settle this like men in the parking lot and JP decided to follow me outside! The whole restaurant heard about this crooked endeavor! Over 50 people have heard JP tell me to never buy a GM product ever again!
