I am very pleased with the service we the service we received. I usually take care of my own issues but this was for my daughter and I am 4-1/2 hours away. Feel like this will be a great place to go if we have any more issues while she is in school down there. I also liked how they gave me an estimate on what it was going to cost. And even came in under that amount. I appreciate it.

I would leave these great folks 10 stars if I could! We were looking at a ruined vacation, but they got us in and repaired my car in less than half a day! Just incredible customer service... And recommendations on fun stuff to do as well. Just cant say enough. Really appreciate their good work and kindness.

They recently replaced the front struts on my moms car. They also did an alignment. They seem to have done a great job on the repair. I called another mechanic and the prices do seem a little higher than what I would have expected to pay in Amarillo. Overall Im satisfied.

Love Robert and his staff! They are amazing to work with and also are fast at getting your vehicle repaired quickly and correctly! So far we have had an alternator replaced, and a thermostat replaced, both repairs were completed the same day I took them in with the issue! I can not express how much these gentleman know what they are doing, but also doing it with a friendly and caring manor!

Called asked how much a diagnosing a problem would cost, was told between $50 & $150 depending on how hard the problem is to findWhat I actually paid $165.They had my car for less than 2 hours with other vehicles to work on.Not worth it in my opinion.

My daughter is a student at WTAMU and her car blew a spark plug, not only did Robert get her car fixed quickly but he came to WT to pick her up!! If your child goes to WT and needs a mechanic far from home this is the place !!

Wonderful service. They took a quick look at my truck and were able to get me back on the road within an hour. They gave a detailed quote and showed me the problems. They offered options and recommendations and did not try to push me toward one or the other just because of price. They gave honest opinions and respected my decision. A wonderful shop.

Good, down to business people, fixed my cooling pipes while I was in class within 3 hours, fair prices. For sure recommend this place.

I dropped my car off on Tuesday 6/27 after it had started to misfire. I talked to Bruce and let him know what was happening. Bruce was wonderful to deal with. Before leaving, I let him know that I want to see why it was misfiring and lets go ahead and do the spark plugs as well since I had the parts. Now, Im not upset on how long it took or how much the repair was, but rather how I was treated on day of pick up. I received a call on Thursday 6/29 saying my car was done and so I head over. Upon entering I meet this gentleman named Robert. This is where my experience went downwards. I ask him if its okay if I start my car and see how it runs before I pay my bill. I get a response Well it doesnt matter since you used your own parts there is no warranty. I completely understand the no warranty rule, but to say it doesnt matter if my car is fixed before I pay is what makes me upset. So, I head to my car and it was showing the same symptoms of when I brought it in. Robert insists we fixed when clearly my car is still not running correctly and saying there isnt anything they can do. I ask to speak to Bruce, now he assures me he changed the spark plugs and checked to see if it misfires. While Bruce and I are talking, Robert decides to chime into our conversation to tell Bruce he shouldnt waste his time on my car. Now this is where I get really upset. For a employee of an establishment to tell another worker not to waste time on a customers car when I pay for my repairs so you can have a paycheck at the end of the week is astoundingly rude. On top of saying Bruce shouldnt waste his time, he also is finding excuses of why my car is running bad. Now, do you really think I would put a modification on my vehicle so it can be detrimental to the vehicles performance? So, moral of the story is, I will be finding another shop to fix my vehicle due to the horrible customer service Ive received from Robert.

Our delivery vans battery ran out of juice after a delivery in Canyon today. After calling around looking for help,we ended up calling Monkey Wrench. In less than 10 minutes, they were there on site and had our truck running. We followed them back to the shop and had the battery replaced, They waived the jump start charge and had us back on the road in under 30 minutes!Thanks Monkey Wrench for the great service and Justin Miller thanks for the referral! -Kris

I ran over flying debris and something came loose underneath my car. I dropped in and they fixed my fender well quickly and efficiently. I was so happy!

Replaced u-joint in less than an hour. Understood that we had to return home from palo duro state park the next day and couldnt leave truck overnight. I dont live in canyon but would make this shop my go to for repairs

Car broke down while we were down here visiting my daughter. Talked with Robert he help me get my truck towed to the shop. 3 hours later they have me up running again and at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much Robert!!!!!!

The gentlemen at Monkey Wrench are always prompt with a diagnosis and repair, and honest with their prices. They do excellent work and I will always use them as long as I am in the area.

Have been honest and fairly quick to diognose and repair our vehicles. Prices seem standard. Good to know for our college children living in Canyon. They have dealt with us parents long distance cheerfully and fairly.

Robert and Bruce are great people and very knowledgeable mechanics, they will work with you on getting the best service for your vehicle in a very timely manner.

Im on vacation. Im from out of town. And my car breaks down. But Robert took care of things immediately and got me back on the road fast. I wish there were more places like Monkey Wrench.
