Nice place, good selection and friendly people much better atmosphere then shut up and fish

This place has one bait, but its good for all your other fishing stuff. I would recommend going to an actual bait place though if you are.looking for bait.

The guys at the fishing and Diving Center in Cape Canaveral are perfect for beginners who want to fish along the shoreline. They will recommend the right fishing pole for you and the right set-up for whatever is running. They installed my rod and threaded the line. If you are visiting the area and want to go fishing in the Atlantic Ocean you cannot do better then the fishing and Diving Center.

Only had a day to enjoy myself. I rented a surf rod across the street. I had setup my own rig before but it had been years and I didn’t want to take the time out of my one day to research how to do it properly. I bought the bait and everything I need to setup the rig. The man in the shop had no problem setting up the rig and only took 5 minutes. Prices were more than reasonable. Also went back later for more bait. There was a “tall kid” working the shop. He seemed helpful and polite. Not sure what those other 2 commenters problems were.

Really glad to see this place still in business. Have been visiting this place for all my fishing needs since 1975. Have been gone for 20 years and recently decided to go buy some fishing gear at this place. Still ran by the same family which is wonderful. Prices are a lot different than 20 years ago as expected. Lot of memories of this place.

Simply the best tackle store in the Cocoa Beach area. Friendly, knowledgable and well stocked. If they dont have it, you dont need it.If you surf fish, this is the place to go...

Really cool local business with lots of equipment and fishing gear. I go there all the time plus for anything I need before my annual Bahamas trips and they have a good selection of masks/fins/spears. Shop has everything you need fishing/diving wise too, plus really nice design shirts and hats! Good location. Definitely recommend.

Nice local store. Not a lot of inventory but they had live shrimp and Tackle. I bought a pole spear. They also have scuba masks for sale.

He helped me find a snorkel mask that fits me. Very nice

Shop is extremely clean and well organized! Things are easy to find, but if you’re lost and can’t find something Nick is your guy! He’s extremely helpful and not only does he know the shop well, he can also tell you anything you need to know about anything from fishing to diving.

Great service. Didn’t quite know what to fish for in cocoa beach and Nick told me everything I needed to know. Would recommend going there for bait and tackle.

I took my two boys here so we could do some surf fishing while vacationing. The staff was very friendly and helpful getting us set up with rods and other gear. I appreciated that they didnt try to sell me equipment beyond what we needed for the week but was also very pleased with the quality of what we bought. We went back for more bait later that week and were greeted like friends. I definitely recommend them.

Great Local Shop with a can do attitude to take care of their customers...They are one stop shopping, good inventory of relevant local fishing needs... if they dont have it they will get it for you within a few days or tell you where you can get it...They are definitely more than the ordinary bait shop!!!

Thanks for getting my rod back in shape - replaced my rod tip while I waited. I left another rod for repair, the spinning guide insert had fallen out - they did a great job fixing it!Usually stop there for bait on the way to the port - easy in and out is a plus.Nice staff always willing to help.....

Rude. The son acted like spogody from ridgemont high from the movie took tanks to dive shop in Merritt island got my certification...would not trust them. As my life is my air.under water...maby a bait store .not a dive shop except for bad air an awful service.get new help. Will never go back will drive 7 miles. For my safety..........
