I received my vehicle back which was unfinished due to a part that was back ordered. I was told the eta was 9/24 but then told they have not heard anything in ref to the part. I currently have tape on my door to help with the rain situation. It’s been over a month and still nothing. At this point I just feel as though since payment was made there is no rush to get the vehicle done. I understand the part is ordered from another company but this is beyond frustrating and I am concerned that my vehicle will rust.

A huge thanks to Erica, Marty and everyone involved fixing my pick up truck. This staff has been very good to me and kept me posted with a step by step process on the status of my pick up. My truck was recently apart of a hit and run accident and I must admit my truck looks like it was never even hit. These guys rock and know what they’re doing. If I need future body work done this is my place right here.

I went with recommend shop that USAA provided and not pleased with their professionalism. I have been waiting since August 11th to hear back from Gerber collision in Cape Coral to when my passenger side mirror assembly would be replaced, it took till my Adjuster to call the shop(August 31st) to be told my car parts are sitting in the shop and will call to setup a time to repair car. I never received update when my parts have arrived never got the call for time to repair as Im writing this. If I could change shops right now I would do it.

After being involved in accident I called around to find a collision shop that would get me in under two weeks. Gerber was the fastest and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule.Ian was my estimator and point of contact. He has just been here a few months but I was extremely impressed from the moment he helped begin the repair process. He constantly kept me up to date with any pertinent information. He really went above and beyond what I would expect. I really hope they keep him around as he will be the main reason I am returning customer if need be. The rest of the staff was friendly and the end results were amazing. Extremely pleased.Bonus: anything they repair has a lifetime warranty

I had a mixed experience. I brought my car in through my insurance after a collision. There were significant delays in getting paperwork processed for the total loss (A week for the initial repair estimate to go through, and then another week where Gerber insisted they sent the remaining paperwork, and State Farm insisted they received nothing - Ill likely never know who really was at fault).That said, my in-person experience was much better - staff was nothing but polite and accommodating, and if it wasnt for the paperwork frustration, I would happily deal with them again.

Hello this is my third time at Gerber, I am a great driver!It is known throughout the great Ft-Myers area that Gerber does superior work so the cars that I personally own, I bring to them. I had two claims on a new 2020 Nissan pickup truck. Dealing with the insurance company was very difficult and nerve racking, but Marty and the office team made the back-in-forth a breeze. In addition to good customer service, the workmanship was great quality and the rear bumper with the grey coating they installed came out looking even better then the original stock option. I love my truck and am thankful for the staff at Gerber to have done a great job repairing it.Best Going Forward,F

Had my car repaired there they were fast they kept me updated but was very disappointed when I looked at the paint out in the sun it looked really good then when I got it in a little bit different light when I drove it away when nobody had gotten near the car after I got it in it but when I got to the new place I noticed it was two scratches on the newly painted part I called them to tell them that it was scratched and the guy said well theres no way it got done here it wasnt like that when it left here so I got stuck with a brand new car brand new repairs a couple of nice scratches on it

The detailer did an amazing job and it was glowing inside and out! They also finished a day earlier, which is amazing! Im so thankful for all their help! As a busy home healthcare nurse who desperately needs a working car at all times their amazing service meant the world to me!

The staff is super friendly. I received daily text messages updating me on the repairs. They took care of everything and my SUV looks great. I highly recommend this business!

The staff at the Cape Coral, FL office was phenomenal. From the guy that did the estimate to the front office ladies, everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful! Very satisfied and I recommend them 100%!

I went to Gerber to get my car looked at. When I entered the shop there was someone being help so I had a seat and waited . The person being helped left and I did sit there for a minute and the gentlemen ( which I should not even call him that because of the foul language he was using after the other customer left) asked me hey buddy have you been helped and I replied no. So I inform him why I was there and he tells me well we’ are totally booked and can’t see you till Friday and then I still think we are booked . I had to walk away especially hearing the way this person spoke after the female left with the cursing . I would never go back to this establishment . I went to Caliber they seen me immediately and my car repairs are scheduled for tomorrow . So THANK YOU Gerber for having such rude staff.

I’m impressed with this locations ability to keep their commitments and maintain their level of craftsmanship. My service advisor Christian was great from the moment I dropped the car off, he provided an rough estimate on materials, labor, and time frame.Knowing I was having to rent a car he made every effort to make sure I had my car until the parts came in. When the parts came in I was scheduled to drop my car off in a reasonable time frame for work to begin. During the process of taking the car apart some additional damage was discovered and Christian had to let me know there was going to be some additional time to fix the car. Having an accident isnt a good experience but getting the repairs done at Gerber was the BEST experience. They kept me up to date every step of the process. It was a no hassle experience. As bad as the dent was on my lift gate was so bad I knew it was going to have to be replaced. Nope, they fixed it! You cant even tell where it was.

Ive used Gerber before but when my daughters car got hit I thought for sure there was going to be a problem matching the non stock paint. No problem for the guys at Gerber. It turned out perfect then we get the car back sparkly clean and shiny. Gerber Collision and Glass in Cape Coral had our Cadillac CT6 for three weeks and all the time we were getting status text messages from them saying that they were on schedule with the repairs. The day after we got a text saying the car repairs would be completed in two days as expected and that she would be ready for pickup on Feb. 1 we got a phone call saying that they couldnt get some of our parts because they werent certified to install some of the parts. They informed us the car was on a flat bed being towed about 100 miles to Sarasota to the Cadillac dealership for repairs. So there it say for another 3 weeks. I finally got my car back today, March 1st. How can this happen? How could they not know they werent certified to instal the parts.

Not anywhere near satisfied. They told me it would be a 2 day fix. Ended up being 5 days because they messed up the paint job terribly. I called before i picked it up and was promised that it would be passable. Went to pick it for the second time and its still not right. I accepted it because i cant keep coming back and fourth with the same mistakes on my car. This place is a joke.

When I had my car repaired here in 2012, it was called Collex Collision. They offered a lifetime satisfaction guarantee on repairs. 5 years later, my 2013 Kia Forte is rusting where the repairs were done. It is not rusting in the same area of the car on the opposite side of the vehicle with factory paint. I spoke with Linda Blinker about the rust issue. I submitted my original paperwork to her. She said since the company change hands, she would have to check if they would cover it. That was over two months ago, no answer, no reply. I dont know what their current financial condition is, but beware of extended warranties. They could change hands again, and you will not be covered.
