COSTCO CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I went into this shop after I had checked with the Costco automotive website as this was one of two recommended shops in the Cape Coral area. I was having issues with my 2010 Ford Expedition transmission shifting poorly. After obtaining the diagnosis for the problem and being advised that they recommended replacing the transmission for approximately $7000, Premier Auto Service Center, refused to honor the 15% Costco coupon for the diagnosis stating that it was only for work performed on the vehicle. Additionally, I was told that if I intended to replace the transmission at their cost of approximately $7000 they would not honor the Costco coupon at 15%. He would only give me a 5% discount. This is extremely bad business and I will be contacting Costco and request that they are removed as a recommended shop. Now heading to AAMCO where I should have gone for the problem. Live and learn.Thanks for responding. I understand and take responsibility for paying the $69.97 for the diagnosis. Would you care to comment on the 15% discount vs. your suggested 5% discount for transmission replacement? Please explain why you won’t honor the 15% Costco discount?

Emailed regarding air conditioner in car not working. They were very Friendly and able to look at it same day. Called with resolution to issue along with reasonable price. Car to be done next day.

I took my vehicle in originally to the dealership where I purchased my car. I had brought to their attention of the issues I had noticed. They denied any issue not once but twice. I then took my vehicle to premier auto and they we very professional . They replaced my rear differential and my vvt intake/exhaust solenoid . Very happy with the service. Will continue to do business with them .

Took my daughters car there because it wasn’t running good and they told me she needed a whole new engine. It is her first car and she was heartbroken and cried so much thinking her car was gone. They wanted to charge me $6500 to repair. Got 2 other opinions and they did not agree at all. They fixed her car in under 30 minutes and all it cost was $85. Her car is running amazing.

We have been customers for many years. Referred business and friends and family. After and oil/filter change the oil cap was left off and in the engine. Oil all over my engine, front of my car, underneath wheel well and possibly brake pads . Not mentioning the driveway stains. Worst my vehicle has no oil in it. They had every opportunity to correct when we brought our car the next day for a new window washer pump. Didn’t even mention the oil all over the engine or front of car. I am very disappointed and furious that this was done. This mechanic put our family in danger ..

After closer inspection, the problem turned out to be more than a wheel alignment, I needed a new rack and pinion because the bushings were worn. Thought my turbo or wastegate went out but they diagnosed and repaired the actual problem in 1 day. Dealerships were saying 3 to 4 weeks just to get he truck in to the waiting line. The office personnel were so polite and professional. I will use them again and again.

I’m very upset about my oil change appointment today, it was set for today at 3:00 pm since last week with CHAD by phone and when my husband arrived the person on the front desk say “WE HAVE TO CHANGE APPOINTMENT AND YOURS IS FOR NEXT WEEK “ very unprofessional because I’m a client since 2011 and they have all the information to call the client for any inconvenience, for me that is UNACCEPTABLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL because I have my plans and now I’m going to other place more professional because my car needs the service today. Not recommend this place for my friends anymore

Vehicle was towed to Premier Auto from another repair garage. Marisa, Gene & Chad were very friendly and understanding with my situation. They contacted me when the vehicle arrived at their facility, and explained the suspected time frame to diagnose, which the shop was booking appointments out a week. The shop had a cancellation and they were able bring it inside much sooner to proceed with diagnosing the situation.. I was informed of the problem, the price and that the part had to be located and shipped to the shop, communication was excellent every step of the way. I even was able to utilize their shuttle service to pick up my vehicle! Thank you for fixing my vehicle in a wicked timely fashion.... where others could not! Awesome customer service!

Excellent. I came in with a quick fix problem just needing the lift for 5 minutes. They took a look and fixed it in just a few minutes and I was on my way. I was in and out so quick I didnt get a chance to find out names, but both guys were great. I will certainly bring my car back to them if I need service.

I’ve use Premier Auto on multiple occasions and will not take my to any other center. I just had them repair the cooling system on a BMW, so rest assure it was a third of the cost that the dealer would have charged me. I purchased new tires and alignment for the same car over two years ago and saved money there as well. I dropped the car off there last week and while I was waiting for my wife to pick me up (FYI they offered a shuttle) I listened to three other clients come in to pick up their car. I told my my wife this on the way home, it sounded like I was in “Cheers” but an auto shop vs a bar. It was all first name basis and sounded like they were picking their car up from a family member, I’m not kidding. Please understand I’m not bragging, but I own some nice cars and it’s very hard for me to trust anybody working on my cars but I’m very comfortable with Premier and hope you’ll have same experience. I usually won’t take the time to post reviews but I’ve used them multiple times and I’m not exaggerating my comments above, so they’ve earned this review. Thank you to their whole staff!

I would never take any of my cars anywhere else. I know that when I go to see Gene or Jamie, first and foremost they’re going to be honest with me and tell me what NEEDS to be done, what should be done and what they would do if it were their own car. And they work within your budget and genuinely care about the work they do. Thank God they didn’t shut down for the virus. They’re definitely one of the most essential businesses in my life.

Excellent service from Gene and his crew. First time customer...I was looking for an alternative to a dealership for my 2009 Chevy HHR. I read their reviews and sent them a text from the website. Gene replied right away and I was able to get an early morning appointment. I was sure I had a bad transmission and most likely bad brakes.In less than an hour Gene explained it was bad front bearings. My transmission and brakes were fine. I was quoted a great price and told my car would be done in a few hours.Free shuttle ride home made everything so much easier for me. A few hours later they picked me up. Now my car runs like new, couldnt be happier. Ill never go anywhere else. Parts even have a three year,36,000 mile guarantee! Nationwide! I suspected that I needed some suspension work, so I looked up places in Cape Coral. I talked to Chad when I called in for the appt and he was my throughout. Everyone was very professional and the work was done in a timely manner.I cannot believe how well the car drives now - I had to have new wheel bearings on both front sides. Thank you!!! :)

People that work there have good intentions and service but charge way to much. I’ve had them change my mothers head lights told them both light bulbs needed replacing and they only done one, charged $50 plus for it. They told my mother I Never said to do both when I did as well as had purchased the light bulbs from auto zone left them in the middle console let the cashier know he repeated it back to me. Also have taken my daughters Mercedes to have her ac checked I paid for a full diagnostic on it paid for service asked them to see and tell me why the car smelled burnt when running. They gave me the car back saying the fixed problems a/c was fine but burnt smell was still happening and they never mentioned anything about why. I believe all they did was a simple recharge to my ac and charged over $100.

My husband and son had attempted to fix a window regulator in my sons car, and were unsuccessful. Due to time constraints we decided to take the car to Premier to be fixed. The door panel was already taken apart and ready for the new part to be installed. When we picked up the car, they hadnt even bothered to put the door panel back on. We were charged $166 for a part we got for $40 on Amazon, and $191 for labor, to remove and replace components as required to access and install materials. They didnt even have to remove the door panel, but couldnt be bothered to put it back on. When my husband called to ask why they did not put the door panel on, that this should have been included in the labor, they told him We are sorry you feel this way. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service, and needless to say, we will not be returning to this establishment.

The manager Gene went above and beyond to help me out. He runs an honest shop and could have easily stuck me with a large bill but hes just not that type. He also went in early on a monents notice during a weekend holiday to do a thorough inspection on a used car I had just purchased knowing I had a long road trip ahead of me. Ill be a customer for life!

My wife and I were in town for vacation from New Orleans and we had car issues. Mr Gene really took care of us and our 2007 Honda Element. We had an issue with the VVT valve. Premier Auto replaced the valve along with suggesting a new battery. Weve been home for 2 weeks and everything is spectacular. All their work is guaranteed by a 3-year 36,000 mi NAPA parts warranty

Went to Premier to have brakes looked at on my Chevy Colorado because they were squeaking and they came back and said brake pads were fine I just needed to brake a little harder to scratch up pad surface. I know a few other places that would jump at the chance and recommend full brake replacement. That shows integrity!!!! Then they did my oil change for 57 dollars in 15 minutes compared to Valvoline which costs twice as much. Thanks for the awesome service!!!!!

I own 3 vehicles including a large SUV. We have had oil changes completed in all 3 vehicles.This appears to be family owned business and I Love the welcoming from Jamie and how willing they are to accommodate us. I support this business and recommend. I tried to do a yelp review also but it did not register.

I recently ran out of warranty on my car at 30,000 miles; at 32,000 miles I noted red fluid leaking and saw a big bill coming my way. I went to have my car looked at and the gentlemen at Premier Auto Service Center in Cape Coral not only identified the leak very quickly but also found out that warranty for this particular problem goes up to 36,000 miles; they even got in contact with the dealership and were able to verify this fact. A big thank you for that - but I want to give them praise and an even greater thank you for being honest. All warranty information I was able to dig up said 30,000 miles and if they had fixed my car and presented me with a bill, that was about as high as I had initially feared it would be, I had paid without hesitation, but they were honest enough to tell me to get my car to the dealership so I can get it fixed for free. Not everybody would have gone the extra mile and investigate on my behalf, not everybody would have been honest, and not everybody would have given up the opportunity to make money and help a customer out in such an exemplary way. This is a great example of excellent workmanship and running a business with integrity and honesty – again, my sincerest thank you to you guys, you rock!

Worst alignment experience I’ve ever had. Requested certain specs and only delivered on half of what I wanted. Damaged all 4 wheels during the tire change. Technician used vice grips in lieu of the correct tool for adjusting steering rack. Removed wheel weights and didn’t bother to remove adhesive from previous weights. This is a very shady shop, in my constitutionally protected opinion. Gene and Kathy, in my opinion, are third rate losers and bait and switch artists. They also badmouthed Firestone on Skyline. Gene conveniently omitted a shop fee in the fixed price quoted during our telephone conversation and then try to nickel and dime me with it (a shop fee) in store. It’s simple, BE HONEST, and quote the fixed, “out the door fee” at the time the price is given during the telephone inquiry and stick to it WITHOUT any ATTITUDE at the time I show up for service. I never had the requested service done and left the store. Remember, the customer is always right, except at Premier Auto. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO (0) STARS, WOULD. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL LOSERS. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE. STAY WAY FROM PREMIER AUTO.

We were in town on vacation - clipped a curb and needed a new tire. HIGHLY recommend this shop. They got us in quickly - shuttled us to and from our vacation home - and got us back up in running quickly!! Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. I felt like they were very reasonably priced and honest about what needed to be fixed to get us home safely! I just can’t say enough about how great of an experience it was.

By far the best mechanic shop I’ve visited in SWFL. I was hesitant to bring my Lexus anywhere else besides the dealer but someone recommended these guys. They are super helpful, very knowledgeable and amazing customer service, also great prices! Only bringing my car here from now on, worth the 30 minute drive from Fort Myers!

What great experiences I keep having at Premier Auto. I guess its time I give them a good review having been a patron there for more than a year now.Initially, I came to Premier by word-of-mouth. Not expecting anything different from the other auto shops I have visited I was surprised by their customer service and excellent care for my car.My first visit was for your routine oil change. While I typically go to locations which try and sell me additional, unnecessary products and services, I was happy to know this was not the case with Premier. While they do look over my car when I bring it in for oil changes and alert me of maintenance that needs to be done, they do this in a pleasant, non-pressuring manner.Additionally, their prices are low and I get coupons and deals in the mail. Furthermore, I periodically receive courtesy customer care calls that make me feel like Premier cares about my experience and my cars health.Great job Premier family!Keep up the excellent work :)
