Excellent work! Happy I came here to get my tires balanced! Dealer did a horrible job.. but these guy got it right. One in the front was off by 1oz on the the rear was off by 1.50oz the other rear was off by 3.75oz. Im very happy and pleased with the discovery plus the fact that they rectified the problem. Its un believable to think the dealer could be so off. But I get it. Its the cash cow of their business! So if you are looking for specific tire specialists then Tire Choice Auto Service Center should be your destination. These people are professional and they are subject matter experts on tires. Im very satisfied with the services they provided! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tire and rim specialists. But here is the kicker! They perform many other services also which Im sure youll be pleased with. They do a variety of services multi point inspections transmission service. Coolant and radiator services. Oil changes etc. They also obviously not only service tires but they sell every tire you can think of. I literally was asking questions about certain differences and with no hesitations got straight forward answers when comparing tire options. These people really know their stuff! The parking lot is ample and also clean. The facility inside is very comfortable and clean as well. Do I recommend them? The answer is YES! HIGHLY. I will be returning for any further work if I ever need anything done to my vehicle. Thanks guys! Im supper happy I got this lingering problem fixed!

Fast, Professional and Friendly! Had a large nail in my sidewall. Called John who gave a great price and said he would have the tire in two hours. John called back in two hours saying he has it and a tech standing by ready to install. Got there quickly and was out in 20 minutes tops. The Tech made sure I was pleased as he handed me my keys. Awesome job to all! Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service experience. They were honest and spoke in clear, non mechanic jargon that was easy for me to understand. They gave me a break down of all the charges before they began working on my vehicle so there were no surprises. I was updated about future maintenance without the hard upsell to have everything done immediately. Overall, my recent and previous experiences have been A+.

They were very nice and polite, they were very transparent on what my car needed did see any sign of attempts to sell extra products that were not needed, then of course I’m also a mechanic, cashier gave me a few suggestions on were to look for tires as they do match up the price on other site which I thought it was a nice gesture

It was a free oil change and was done in 15 minutes. Usually all fluids are topped off and vehicle checked for any possible repairs. No fluid were topped and had to replace tires that they said was good. Seemed like they rushed the oil change since it was free. No inspection was done on it. Not going back.

Stopped by to see if they could fix a valve stem in a 13 trailer tire. Fast service and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back.UPDATE: 4/10/21Didnt plan on going back so soon but had an allen wrench puncture a tire and stopped in for a repair. I will never do business with this company. I ordered 4 tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered to Tire Choice Store 1523. Tire Choice is a preferred installer for Tire Rack. Tire Rack for those that dont know is a online tire retailer. As a preferred installer they quote a set price to Tire Rack in my case $78, when I got there they told me it would be $180. Mind you I had with me the installer quote from Tire Rack and they also had the same quote on their shipping ticket. There was nothing additional added from the online quote to what the store was asking for. So I took my tires with me and will have someone else install them. Let the buyer beware! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TIRE CHOICE if this is the kind of scam they pull.

After a horrendous experience at Walmart trying to get new tires, Tire Choice was a breath of fresh air. They got the job done in the length of time promised and did not charge me for a job I requested because it didnt need to be done. All employees were pleasant and well-mannered. Also, tire prices were competitive.

Nice place to get your car work on good on tires

Brought my 2018 Dodge Durango in for a routine oil change, top ALL fluids (this was specified to them knowing my coolant was below min) and check alignment ended up paying $170 just to pop my hood when I got home and find that not just the coolant still below min and not topped off but not even the wiper fluid was filled either. I called and spoke to the manager Henry and was told they are supposed to top everything off but he didn’t have the correct coolant to put in my car so just didn’t do it and didn’t even tell me it wasn’t done. Yet, he offered for me to return in 20 minutes and he would fill it after he already told me he didn’t have the correct fluid. I decided it was best to just do it myself at that point. I then returned to get an oil change on another vehicle and give them another chance and was explaining the situation again to another man at the desk and he had the nerve to ask me if I paid for the fluids to be topped off after I just told him I paid $170. Horrible customer service and obviously don’t get what you pay for here. Felt 100% taken advantage of.

Very disappointed with the services and will never return. We went in on 6/13/20 for an oil change and dealt with a very rude guy behind the counter. He definitely needs to get some more training dealing with the public. After he gave us an overly priced amount on the oil change, that we went in for, not even looking at us when grunting the numbers. We then told him that we had a coupon, then the price magically went back to almost the same original price that he gave us the first time. After we stated that it was too much money for having a coupon, he then tossed our keys on the counter to us. Stay as far away from this place as possible. They are not a trustworthy company. Im just sorry that I had to give them a star to leave this review.

Got some 22 Lexani wheels and 305/40/22 tires Road Force Balanced due to the steering wheel shake over 50mph. Got there at 820am and was out before 9! They did an Excellent job and now my Durango RT drives like new! If you have aftermarket wheels and steering wheel shake bring it to these guys to get it straight quick!

Purchased two tires for my great niece and had oil change. Was impressed with service and staff. Manager Went out of his way to help and assist us with tires and service. I am in the market for 4 new tires for my vehicle and will certainly get an estimate from Tire Choice before I purchase.

We had a nail removed from a tire there. Jorge promised immediate help and we were allowed to bring the car back one hour before closing time. Perfect service. For the wait, Jorge recommended a restaurant around the corner where we - according to his co-worker -would get a 50% virtual rebate (that is, we paid it all ourselves). Apart from the uncontrolled tire pressure after the repair (5 quarts at a gas station later in the south were on us), we were very satisfied.The repair costs of just under $ 40 are negligible compared to the price of an aircraft carrier. And the 1.25 for the air pressure measurement are no longer significant. Even the self paid beer and wine dont hurt anymore.After all, we have not had any problems with the tire since then. Highly recommended, the people there!

I’ve usually do business down the street and was happy to get some new tires at this location, Horrible experience! Walked in and waited 25 minutes until “JP” walked and quoted a price that was different than was quoted on the phone. While leaving to go to the awesome tires choice further up the street “JP” made some sarcastic remarks to me while walking out. Will never return or recommend. This place is garbage and a joke.

I just had the oil change over here. The guy checked my car carefully and gave me good recommendations about my car. He also explained well to ensure that I understand the issues. Everyone is nice, and I definitely go back for my cars next service.

They Took me in Sunday Morning without an appointment. Got my oil changed and the Manager JP gave me an inspection on my car with a detailed explanation of future work needed to maintain my vehicle in good running condition. Im glad I called this place. Well, my experience was great! I found myself almost stranded in a very bad Thunderstorm and I came across Tire Choice @ 6:00 on a busy, Friday night. I walked in & Anna & G. Gilbert took very good care of me.:) My tire could not be repaired so G. Gilbert, ( sorry, I forgot his name!) put my spare on so that I could make it home safely. Anna ordered me a beautiful, new tire and called me the next morning & I came in, she greeted me promptly & took my truck to the back. G. Gilbert did a fabulous job mounting my new tire & putting my spare back. They were both very Professional, caring, & personable, which I really appreciated. I will be back! Great job! Thank you both! I called first. Courteous on phone. Had coupon for oil change. Knew I was about due for 60,000 mile tuneup. They gave me estimated costs with no pressure. I just turned 58,000. I would definitely go back.

I Needed a tire patch, was willing to wait but no acknowledgement walking indoor the door. employees talking at counter about another employee name “JP” at another store. Typical answer “not gonna be quick, have a lot of cars ahead of you”. So much for “making customer wanting to come back for more service”. Won’t help you with a $20 fix.

We found a nail in my wifes rear tire of her new car. We called the dealer who never called back so we took it to our new Cape Coral Tires Choice.John called a little while later and said it was just a nail head and it didnt go through. So thankful for everyone here! A check engine light launched a full-blown investigation and they took the time, energy, and care to thoroughly find and repair the problems. Additionally, they took the time to do a thorough investigation of the vehicle and noticed my front tires were so close to the end of their life. Meanwhile, I had my back tires repaired in May somewhere else and the other place never mentioned my front tires wearing down. Yet the workers at The Tire Choice took the time to care for the entire vehicle and helped prevent a serious accident even though that wasn’t the initial reason I was there. When you’re new to an area finding a reliable, trustworthy, and competent mechanic is such a task, but I’m so happy to say I have found mine. I’m also very appreciative that they took the time to actually explain to me everything that was going on and show me the problems. If you want your vehicle truly cared for, come to The Tire Choice. Great mechanics, convenient hours, and honest pricing.

While it remains true I authorize them to put a new headlight in for me while they were doing an oil change the manager deceived me into believing the part a bulb for a Lexus GS 430 was $159.00... Before I looked into it further by simply googling it and finding the Bulb for anywhere from 29.99 to 49.99...I am mediately called back and told them not To replace the bulb. When I got there to pick up my car from the oil change the bulb had been replaced I showed the manager the price for the Bob and stated that any business must be able to get the ball cheaper than I can buy it off-line he still charge me $159 for the Bulb and $35 for the labor.I do not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to pay unfair prices and be lied to by the staff! Also they were not able to properly program my vehicle to let the system know the oil had been changed so my car continues to blink oil maintenance required...Under trained staff using deceptive practices.

My first experience here went reasonably well as I stopped by for a tire rotation and oil change. My front tires are 90% warn but wanted to try a rotation to get through the winter before returning to our other home up north. About two weeks later I noticed the oil filter panel cover under the engine was never secured and hanging down. As I was looking under the car I then realized the tires had never been rotated. I went ahead and purchased two tires that had 95% of their tread on ebay before returning so I could have the tire issue behind me. I have been doing this for years as I have better luck with almost new OEM tires than whatever the tire stores have in stock. Upon returning I was told that they had a shortage of staff and that I should make an appointment for the next day. When showing up for the appointment I was quite surprised at the initial quote for $90 to swap two tires. I am leaving on a road trip tomorrow and have no option but to proceed since the tires are in my trunk. After waiting an hour I learn that they wont install the tires because they are used and no reputable store would install them. I have never experienced this in my 46 years. Explaining my frustration to my gal when I got home she called another local tire store on Del Prado and ask if they could install the tires and they should sure, come on over.UPDATE: While stopping at a rest stop on way back North I noticed the oil filter cover is not secured and hanging down so they didn’t address that either.UPDATE: OK..my bad...I left this review for the wrong location on Pine Island Rd. However, the manager of this store did reach out and offered to take care of me in anyway he could and credited the charge for my oil change at the other location. I will definitely being going to this location in the future.

I like this location as it is close to home, clean, the people treat you well and the pricing is competitive!9 Months agoI ran over something on my way to work and a tire was losing air. I was relieved that this location was so close. The store was clean and had a nice waiting area with coffee available. My tire was fixed in a short amount of time, for a reasonable rate.

Super fast tire changed in 20 minutes

I was a little hesitant after seeing some negative reviews, but after I had shopped around a bit, I found that they had the best priced tires in the Cape, so I gave them a shot. They did a great job!I needed to get new tires and alignments on both of my cars, and both Raoul and Kevin were extremely helpful and professional. They gave me quality tires at great prices, and they also gave me a $70 discount on my alignment for one car, and did the alignment on my second car for free!The job got knocked out on a Saturday afternoon, and now both of my cars are riding quiet & smooth, the grip of the tires on the road are awesome, and I am extremely pleased. I would recommend Rick Johnson to both family and friends, it was a great experience.

Walking into the new Tire Choice at 946 Pine Island Rd. was quite a surprise. New display area, new counters, new everything. Even the staff was new! And, Anna, the new manager, was awesome. Just an oil change today and a leaky tire. She looked up my previous choice of oil and got the job started. We even had a discussion about another persistent problem with a headrest. All in all, what an amazing job the team did. Chatting with the staff and Anna was like coming home to something new and yet wonderful. Since the old Rick Johnson took care of ALL (and I mean all) of our many vehicle issues, I was happy to see that this new Tire Choice will be equally competent, while still being fair and honest - still worth telling a friend to come over for great service.

Staff was very friendly and did their best to help me quickly with getting oil change/tire rotation for a road trip to NC for Dads funeral. They were very kind and sympathetic and got me in and out fast. The young lady was especially great and price was awesome, cheaper than anywhere I called.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are so dishonest its disgusting. I went in for an oil change and not only did they charge me DOUBLE (said my car required a more expensive oil, even though I have had another Rick Johnson location in Fort Myers replace my oil several times for half the price). They then took me out to my car and showed me my rotors and gave me some BS about do you see how these are smooth? they have been worn down and need replacing. . What?! Rotors ARE smooth, and they were clearly trying to take advantage. Told me all of my brake pads and rotors needed replacing immediately and it was going to be almost $500. I told them I dont have that kind of money and they said I should sign up for their credit card because this is urgent and needs to be done within a week. I left upset and got a second opinion at Drivers Choice Auto Center ( who I HIGHLY recommend), and they informed me my rotors were in perfect condition and only two of my brake pads needed replacing. Left spending $70. I will never go near another Rick Johnson because of the bad name this location has given them.

Great service and quick. My first flat ended up being a cracked rim (I assumed my truck could jump any curb). Any the guy working tried real hard to find a place to weld it to save me some money. So when I had another tire issue I went back here. Still same great service!

GREAT customer service and a good price. Had a flat tire on my Mercedes Saturday morning. They went out of their way to go pick up 2 rear tires for me at their warehouse, they said they would be there in an hour and come to come back. They called in less than an hour and had my tires, went there and and both tires were I staled within 30 minutes! Tires cleaned, wheels cleaned!!!! I couldn’t be happier!!!! Very highly recommended!

The service was quick and thorough, and the coffee was amazing!! 😁😁😁UPDATE:We went to this location to have a faulty tire checked. We purchased the tires in Indiana at an affiliate store called Tire Barn and were still under warranty. The Tires Choice fixed it at no charge as expected. They showed me the screw that I had picked up, which was the cause of the air loss. They patched it up and we were on our way. After we left, we stopped at a reputable store then went home, avoiding all road construction routes. The tire on the opposite side was flat by the time we pulled into our driveway. I put some air in it and it was leaking nearly as fast as I was filling it. I found a n obvious slice in the outer tread. I have photos that show different angles of the damage. They replaced the tire at no cost but I had to buy more roadside insurance for the tire and pay for mounting and balancing. This cost me over $40. I feel as though the tire was intentionally sabotaged by an employee because this store had to honor a warranty on a tire that did not come from their inventory. I showed the photos to people who know tires and the types of damage that can occur. They all said it was intentionally done. I will never return to this store and will warn anyone against it. And this will be taken up with their corporate office.

Thanks to Rick Johnsons for always taking good care of our cars tires! They are never pushy but will definitely tell me AND show me how far the tread has worn. I also stop by to make sure our tires are properly inflated from time to time and they never charge me and are happy to do so.

I am new to the Cape Coral area and stopped in for an oil change. I was greeted by Jorge who is so friendly and helpful. Was in and out in 20 minutes. This will definitely be my new spot for tires and oil changes.

The company checked out my car, and helped me find a solution with new tires, alignment and rear shocks. Also an oil change. Walk in on a early Sunday afternoon. Heard the advertisement for the oil change deal. We only waited 30 minutes. Employees were great as well. Shop and storefront very clean. I asked about other services they offered and attendant was knowledgable and informative across the board. Well done!

I was the store manager at this location before it even became a Tire choice my name is Jorge. I just wanted to let everyone. Know that I do not recomend this company to anyone after how they showed me what type of loyalty they have towards employees and there family.. What ever happen to taking care of those employees that gave it all for the business to grow and to stay focused on customer service.. This is the worst place to take your car. I went in wanting tires for my Pilot. They offer me a price on tires. I excepted. They called and said they have cheaper tires. Just as good. After driving it. The road noise was so bad. The alignment was bad. Which I paid for a alignment. After taking my car back 8 times. Taking time off of work. Being without a car. Hearing stories how they are ex police officers and they are religious and so honest. Road noise is normal. The guys being very rude. Saying they fixed my car. My mileage never changed. They never looked at it. I being a city bus driver and telling them that a bus drives better than this. This is a Pilot. I was finally told these are not tires for a Pilot. Never should of been put on the car. After EIGHT times I get such a lovely nice voice saying they will personally take my car and fix it. I had to pay $150.00 more. They finally put the right tires on after scratching up my factory rim with all the weights. My kids will tell everyone they are bad people. I heard horror stories from other people now. Wish I heard them before I went to the religious, honest guy.

Service was fast and friendly. Store was spotless and comfortable. My only gripe was that the coupon said 29.95 for a full synthetic oil change. The final price ended up at 46.95 after a bunch of extra charges.

I came in for an oil change and Brandon took very well care of me and noticed I needed wipers and was gladly to install them for me at a great price. Very helpful people. Will be back again

Great service and very reasonably priced. Dropped off my tire with a nail in it and they fixed it in a jiffy. Now Im rolling. No stress for me!
