Wow, love this place! Family owned with high attention to individualized service. My wife and I stopped in as we hadnt found a furniture store that focused on primarily tropical furniture that really says SW Florida living. Met Joel who encouraged us to take look around ( no high pressure), and we immediately found furniture that we absolutely loved. High quality, North Carolina based (buy local, buy USA) manufacturer of rattan themed sofa, swivel chair, end tables and coffee table. Met owner Joe, who gave us a great deal on all of the above. Quickly arranged for delivery that day at a time convenient for us in Cape Coral. Delivery personnel were fast, friendly and efficient and got everything set up in 5 minutes. Outstanding sales, service and delivery. From purchase at 3 pm to delivery and set up by 530 pm!

We left most everything back in New York. Tropical Furniture was the best furniture buying experience we’ve ever had! Beautiful items, amazing owners who love to help with the many many choices! It is a very personal shopping experience and our furniture both inside and out looks fantastic! Even the delivery pros were great. Put everything right where we wanted!

DO NOT buy from these people. I managed to make it through with Kelly just fine. However her husband is a rude mess and belongs only behind closed doors. I called today to check on an order from February 3rd 2021. The owner answered the phone and sifted through his paperwork until he found my order. He said he would make a call to check on the order and return my call. He did immediately return my call. He stating that the factory just received the blue fabric and it would be an additional 10 weeks until assembly was completed and then another two weeks until he received delivery. When purchased I was given a four to six-week arival time. I told him that was unacceptable and I would like to cancel the order and have my money returned. He told me that was not an option. I told him that I was misled by a four to six-week wait time and that I am Furnishing a vacation rental. I can not wait another twelve weeks. I said you just told me they just received the fabric and havent even started assembly. So now would be a good time to cancel. I asked him how would he feel if roles were reversed and he was the consumer. He welcomed me to the shop in person to further discuss and told me I will not tell him how to run his business. I told him I would need to calm down prior to coming to his business and seeing him in person. He again welcomed my visit at anytime. I proceeded again to tell him that if he does not return my money, I will go to social media and he hung up on me.So much for keeping your business local and supporting the small businessman. I wonder what is a reasonable time frame that he will decide to return my money. We just might find out after 10 more weeks what a judge feels is reasonable. For everyones information City Furniture sells the same product for less money. They too are out of stock. However if the product does not make it in by its given lead time they WILL refund your money. A much safer and reasonable option considering the times. I am looking forward to your follow-up phone call in 10 weeks. If we can agree on anything maybe it is that Kelly should take over from here.

We are brand new to Cape Coral. We left nearly everything behind in Pittsburgh. We drove by Tropical Furniture and decided on a whim to stop in. What a great decision that turned out to be. These are good folks who want to help. The selection is just what we were Loki g for. They have a lot of item in stock. We are actually receiving a bedroom set the day we bought it. The prices are comparable to big box but have outstanding consulting and delivery. We now have friends at our new home!

Service was awesome. The layout of the different furniture was very tastefully done. You feel comfortable walking through the place. Take a stroll through and like me you will get something to enhance your place

I had an amazing experience with my online purchase at Tropical Furniture Gallery. Buying such a large piece from another state made me nervous at first, but I decided to try it anyway. Absolutely thrilled that I did, because the sofa is perfect for my space. Kelly was wonderful to work with too! He communicated quickly, accurately, and thoroughly. My sofa arrived as described and was in expected condition. I would completely recommend them for any future purchase.

Byer beware, Do not buy from this small furniture store, if you do make sure you are 100 percent that you like what you are purchasing. My wife went in on a Saturday 6/19/21 and purchased 2 pcs of furniture that were both floor samples, a round table and 4 chairs and a server that matched. That same night I went to our new home which we are not living in yet and measured and decided that a round table would not look good in the space. So I told her to call and cancel the order, remember both pcs were floor models in stock and she paid 4300.74 on amex. She called and cancelled the same day but got an answering machine and left a message that we wanted to cancel. TROY the rude owner called me back 2 days later on Monday and said you can not cancel the slip your wife signed said all deposits non refundable all sales are final- No offer of a store credit just that he will not refund our money and has the merchandise-- DO NOT BUY FROM HERE- I PUT A DISPUTE IN WITH AMEX- it was stock not a special order and we never received the furniture.

Don’t buy anything from this guy, terrible service. We bought a outdoor table from them for $8000 the fire pit wouldn’t work, I called him 5 TIMES, he kept telling me he would take care of it, this went on for months. I ended up calling the factory, and fixing it myself!

Friendly, small business owner . The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Very nice selection of “in stock” items and will hold your furniture until you are ready to have it delivered. Support your local small businesses!

After driving past the Tropical Furniture Gallery for several years, we finally had a need an thought we would stop by for a visit only. An hour later we left having made a purchase of a table and six chairs. Very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to receiving delivery.

We just moved to Cape Coral from New England. We walked into Tropical Furniture considering a piece with a tropical theme. We loved the selections and our delightful salesperson. We purchased two beautiful chairs.Upon their arrival in our home, they just were not the right style for our sofa and we decided to exchange the chairs for two others we had seen there previously. The chairs were in our home 2 days.We were basically told “you bought them, you own them.”Not only will we not buy the preferable chairs, we will never set foot in the store again. To say we are disappointed is an understatement and I am shocked that a proprietor would be so non- flexible and inconsiderate...and willing to lose business. I have $1200 chairs, I can’t use nor enjoy.This review is in no way a reflection on the lovely saleswoman who spent time with us, helping us make an educated decision.My advice...”Enter At Your Own Risk...”

Before you buy here they make you sign a contract stating no returns . Beware ! They Sold my 82 year old mother a little chair for $700 and it was junk . They came over twice and could not fix it and started yelling at me saying it was worth $700 . My mom wanted her money back and they said NO WAY ! Please dont buy there !
