I just have to say Ronnie was an amazing sales person!! He was so helpful and also made the process run smoothly and quickly… He answered all the questions both my mom and I had I originally walked in just for a mattress but we ended up leaving with a few other items needed and he made sure he had them in stock and called other locations for me to be able to have them same day. Jeff, our sales person was wonderful working with us to choose our mattresses. He greeted us to make us feel welcomed in a way that was comfortable. He mannerisms were considerate of our needs. There was zero pressure one might face with, say, selling for commissions. We mentioned a mattress advertised and although it was only available online, he offered to do the online order for us. We ended buying a nicer mattress and the sale was completed. By the time we left, he made us feel not only happy with our purchase but like we just met a really good, down to earth person. Updated 11/22/20-My original 5 star rating has now been lowered to a 3 because of a delivery issue. The store ordered a king bed to be delivered with a California king base. I was told I could refuse the delivery and Darius would schedule the correct base and mattress for delivery 11/23. We then received a call that our mattress was sold to someone else so now we have to wait until 11/29.ORIGINAL REVIEW:My husband and I ran in here for a quick look. We were up front about only having 20 minutes. I was pleased to find that 20 minutes was all that was needed to find our perfect bed, schedule delivery, and pay. I can’t wait to sleep in our new King-for-the-price-of-a-queen bed this weekend!

I originally was going to buy online to avoid the salesmen who chase customers around a store but I had a question about the financing so I ended up calling this location. The salesmen were so nice, accommodating, helpful, and not pressuring that I decided to actually go into the store because it would have been a smoother purchase.These guys are awesome!! They were so professional and informative. They had everything ready for me to look at, prefilled a sales sheet so they had my information, and looked up my card # for financing. They were honest enough to tell me that there has been multiple delays on my mattress because of how popular it is, which I appreciated. I liked them so much I plan to go back in a month or so to replace another mattress.Highly recommend this location and company.

Great service.We told our salesman excactly what we were looking for within our price point and he led us to 2 products that worked perfectly.

We shopped on line @ mattress Firm and ordered by phone. Upon delivery the products we ordered were not what was delivered!! On their behalf, they sent us a confirmation that I didnt check thoroughly so I didnt know the order was wrong. I called the Cape Coral store which was not responsible for the error and Jeff told me he could help me but I had to wait till the morning. This morning, Saturday, we went to speak with Jeff. He was very nice and helped us even though we ordered online with a phone call!! Within 1 hour Jeff had everything straightened out and our bed and accessories will be delivered tomorrow, Sunday!!Thank you Jeff, you were great and your store has much more to choose from than online and with your expert advice!! We ordered our Sealy hybrid plush mattress today, with the help of Jason and can’t wait to receive it. So far we are very pleased with the ease of how things went with Mattress Firm!

Last week I bought 2 XL Twin mattresses with frames. So far, so good. Ashley was very helpful without being overbearing and Joan was helpful on my delivery day (within 4 days, which was a priority). Not crazy about the frames as they look cheap but theyre OK I guess. Mattresses slipped around on them but Joan suggested putting rug slip resistant pads between the mattress & frame & that worked for the most part. All in all a good experience.

Highly recommend Patrick at Mattress Firm. He helped my 92 yr old mother find the perfect bed. He spent well over an hour explaining all the features of the beds as well as availability and pricing. He saved her alot of money with their sale, free chill pillow, free mattress cover, free delivery and pickup of the old bed! Don’t want to give it a 1 star, because the sales guy was very good. Not pushy, very customer service oriented. Bought a bed and had it Tuesday and by Saturday I was in bed watching tv and the frame collapsed and broke. The delivery guys spoke zero English to begin with and everything they did seemed like a rush. Found weld broken on frame. If gentleman took his time when assembling it’s likely he would have noticed. Called today, Tuesday a week later and it took nearly all day to receive an answer rather they were going to replace our bed frame. Finally got an answer at 7 pm, so naturally we have to wait till Thursday for a new bed frame. Which is an all day delivery window.... 9 am- 9 pm!!!! Had bed less than 5 days and it’s on the floor, takes 5 days to get a new frame. Not enough help in the store and crappy delivery service makes all of this possible. I won’t every purchase from here again!

Finally after another 5 minutes of being ignored we decided to leave. Went to Cape Coral Mattress to buy are beds. We will never return.

This was an awful experience. I spent 3 hours trying to buy a mattressbut I could not do it because the salesman wasnt allowed to take mycredit card number. I had to go online to make the order and then I had to prove I was not a robot and I couldnt see the little pictures I had to seeto check things in them because the pictures were too tiny and so I gave up. cancel any order you may think you have from me.
