I’ve had enough of poor customer service and inflation. I moved my family to the northwest cape a few years ago and have always loved our Publix until recently. I never, EVER in a million years expected to be pushed aside from buying my family’s dinner so that two selfish employees could have a very LOUD conversation in Spanish in front of the Publix Ready for the Oven meal section. I waited patiently for a few moments and the employees didn’t get the hint, so then I even tried going around them and “backing up” but there still wasn’t enough room, so Publix you just lost my money on something I would normally treat my family to for dinner. The sad thing is, when I went back to the fish and sushi section, the woman working behind the counter actually couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. She was great 👍🏻 and so is the sushi. I really don’t know who is in charge of hiring and firing over there, but allowing your employees to block off sections of the store to be lazy losers and as coffee break chit chat corners is reprehensible and NOT the Publix I’ve come to know and love for decades.

As with all publix, the stores are well stocked, exceptionally clean and the staff will do anything that you need. This particular Publix does have an unusually slow deli. So if youre looking for a sandwich or some cold cuts be prepared to wait.

All I needed was a greeting card, and they fit the bill with a very nice Hallmark card section with any type of card you need. Very pleased!

They have fresh baked breads of all kinds cooked chickens best 😋in the S.W Florida and a lot of great buy one get one desls

You cant go wrong when you go to Publix. Always bogos and the staff is awesome. Full transparency working at Publix was my first job and I was trained well.

Food quality is good, just as you would expect from Publix but the Deli service is absolutely awful. No one is pleasant and if you have less than 30 minutes to spend dont bother. Even pre-orders tend to run very late.

This grocery store is wonderful. It is so clean and the staff is super nice and helpful when needed. The prices are very reasonable. if Im ever back in Cape Coral I will definitely go back.

Highly recommend online ordering from this Publix location. I ordered a week of groceries and liquor for 8 adults and we had a great experience!When we arrived for our pick up the groceries were brought out to us in coolers and transportable bags by several Publix employees.The order was filled perfectly and employees refused a tip!

I went in to use the restroom, it was very clean. My husband went to get lotto. He says the young lady was nice.

We always have good experiences when shopping at Publix. This is the location we go to when visiting Cape Coral and they always have good products as well as helpful and seemingly happy employees.

All of the employees are very friendly and helpful the store is always clean and organized. My only complaint is when ordering Subs online at this location majority of the time youre better off just waiting in line occasionally they are on time but generally 10 to 20 minutes later than the scheduled pick-up time.

My favorite Publix! Great sales, great staff. Shout out to Chris & Roxanne in the deli & the young lady in the bakery with the two babies, (forgot her name) 😓

Staff very helpful. I have a mobility challenge and their considerate employees make my shopping a pleasure. I also dont have to shuffle coupons for a fair price. One last thing. Their flowers seem to bloom forever.

Expensive in all categories, Aldi much better pricing on meat, dairy, produce and general items. Wal-Mart, or Wal-Market Marketplace cheaper for canned goods, etc. Ill even take the Winn-Dixie over Publix, of course they are a huge supermarket with the works (bakery, deli, seafood, sushi, etc) but with inflation effecting the cost of groceries, it seems more costly to shop publix than anywhere else these days.

Ordered a cake. Was notified 30 min prior to 10am pickup that they did not have the cake requested and gave me other options. I reluctantly chose a different cake and went to the store for pickup. When I arrived at the bakery they handed me the cake like I did something wrong. After looking at it, they didn’t spell the name on the cake right as requested on the piece of paper and it looked like it was decorated by someone working there on their first shift. Slab of icing in the middle and the incorrect spelled name in the top left. I mentioned It to the associate and got soul piercing eyes. I just took the cake, paid and left. Won’t be ordering anything else from the bakery.

Overall......Publix stores are the best grocery stores I have ever done business with. Their stores are always clean, employees friendly and helpful and the bakery is to die for!!

Me and my boyfriend had a last minute buy at 9:30 and only one cashier was open. There was a customer with a 400$ order and the poor girl was bagging all these groceries by herself. I stepped up to help her as all the managers and customer service staff talked their heads off and didn’t step up to at least bag the groceries for this young man. Managers #1 task is not to bag groceries hut if you see a cashier struggling, help.

The hot deli is just falling apart. The last couple times there is just nobody to help and and people just waiting. Just ordered food for a birthday party to be ready at 530 that I ordered a month in advance I get there and only my sandwiches are done. Chicken she had to put together and my fries didn’t have even cooked. Took them 15 minutes to get my order and everyone was already at my house before I even checked out.. nightmare

A usually pleasant place to shop for groceries is even better now. It is less crowded since many of thr snowbirds have returned to their other homes.

Great location with excellent customer service.

We ordered the Thanksgiving meal and picked it up on Wednesday at Publix. We followed the heating instructions for the meal next day and it turned out perfect. We added corn, biscuits and pumpkin pie and it was actually one of my favorite turkey day meals. I would definitely order this again for a stress free delicious day.

Unacceptable customer service! The little older lady representing them should be stocking selves! As far away as possible from customer contact. I have owned 3 businesses with hundreds of employees.

I dont know why but I feel like people at Walmart are more friendly than the staff at this establishment. Not impressed.

Publix seems to have lost any semblance of customer service or on basic business. Literally every time I go to the deli, the associates seem to not care that anyone is there, they almost never have fried chicken or even seem to care about that either. Its not just this publix, its every one of them... from Miami to North Georgia. Management doesnt seem to care about short staffing (their bonuses are tied to labor costs, so its in their best interest to cut staff to the bone). Shelves are frequently unstocked or product is inaccessible. If I had a choice I would go elsewhere.

Its a supermarket, but the best run supermarket, very clean, staff helpful and courteous.

Its ok but nothing special. Produce is more expensive than average. Ive tried this store about 25 times during the past 2 years and its still the same.

Too many people. The hamburger buns from bakery were too dark. I bought them and the next day they were dry. Had to throw them out.

So disappointed in the service at the deli. Only one person is slicing for people that are present. This is bad management. I would expect better.

Got the jambalaya in the bag from the seafood department, it has shrimp, and sausage, rice, scallions, peppers and it was amazing. Says it served one but it fed 2 of us. Price was 7.99. It was just an explosion of flavors, and not overly spicy. Highly recommend this, I also made extra rice and cornbread.

Very cool publix. 4 stars because sour sushi.

Do not order from the deli...even online! No matter when you place your order, it will not be right. Whe you call to rectify the order, the staff will not be accommodating. The whole reason for ordering online is to avoid the line in the store and get what you want at the designated time. It never happens! Do not waste your time. I love Publix, but this deli location has been disappointing time after time.
