Everything about this location is amazing. Inside is clean and you feel welcomed. The waffle cone was fresh tasting and the ice cream has a perfect consistency. Their milkshakes are amazing as well. When we walked in the place smelled bad. There was a really odd odor in the shop, so we looked and walked out. Sorry, but if your shop smells bad, there is no reason for us to give you our business. Also you serve Love Boat ice cream, so there is nothing unique about this place. Your better off going down the road the Love Boat shop.

Absolutely fantastic ice cream, however more importantly this is a mom and pop shop any local would also knowledgeable about their product.By the way, lots of other cool nostalgic candy as well. If you like high-quality ice cream and even better service and atmosphere, then this is your place in Cape Coral!

In town from Chicago and needed a ice cream fix and this place hit the spot. Definitely worth a try, friendly staff, clean store, and a wide selection of stuff to try.

This place is absolutely awesome! Stopped by after dinner and the owners are the nicest people ever. So helpful and patient! All of our ice cream was fantastic, red wine slushy was super good and we got some popcorn to go. We can’t wait to go back!

From the moment we stepped into Sidecar, we were greeted with a super friendly staff. The choices of ice cream was overwhelming (in a great way). The ice cream itself is wonderful, Im literally eating it as I wrote this. Make it a mission to try every flavor.

This was a sweet little shop. The homemade ice cream was delicious. My family ordered a variety of flavors and enjoyed them all. They also added flavored popcorn to the order and loved it as well. For a small, local owned shop this was amazing. We highly recommend to anyone looking to find a night out for family ice cream ❤️

We drove by Sidecar and were attracted by the cool designs on the building. We decided to give them a shot on our way back and glad we did. The service was excellent, they were very attentive and friendly. They had a great selection and everybody left satisfied. We are hopeful to visit again.

Went in today to get a simple soft served chocolate cone and they said they do not have chocolate now. A sign would be nice to let customers know. Youre and ice cream shop, how do you not have chocolate soft serve. Not impressed.

They do not know what they are doing. Have no clue on how to make a sundae..Price way to hi . May serve Love Boat ice cream but seems to be old.Should be out of business before to long.Just not good on any front

Just had the BEST raspberry cheesecake ice cream cone I have ever had! Sidecar Treats is such a wonderful little ice cream shop right on Cape Coral Parkway east. It’s run by super nice and friendly folks who make you feel good about being there! Don’t pass this quaint little ice cream parlor by! It’s part of the fabric of downtown Cape Coral.

BEST STAFF/OWNERS and ice cream in town!!When you walk through the doors you are Instantly greeted by big smiles and a very welcoming atmosphere. The owners Christine and Chris truly care about there customers and go above andbeyond! The girls behind the freezers are just the sweetest and are always so helpful. I ALWAYS feel like family walking into there shop.Love boat ice cream isn’t comparable to anything else. It is simply the best. Oh & did I mention, they LOVE when you bring your 4 legged furry friends up there with you! How cool is that! I can’t say enough good things about these guys. If you haven’t tried them, you are sadly missing out!! I will forever be Side Car Treats BIGGEST fan!

We found this ice cream shop after we received poor service from another ice cream shop in town and I will tell you this is hands down the best place for ice cream. Not only are there so many great options to choose from, the staff is so friendly. We went there three nights in a row and each night they remembered us and greeted us like we had been coming there for years. One of the staff was so cute and brought the ice cream out to the car for our son who decided to wait in the car. This is a must stop for ice cream. You will love it!

We love Sidecar Treats! We usually go after the dog park so our pup can get a treat, too. The owners are just the nicest people. They always come out and give our dog a pup cup. As soon as we walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. So many great choices of icecream ...and when you couldnt decide you could get a sample to try first. If you like cheesecake...Blueberry cheesecake was very good! Would definitely recommend.

I took my family elsewhere.As a food service operation, hygiene is paramount and amidst a global pandemic where masks are proven to prevent the spread of coronavirus and in most places mandatory, true customer service is show by doing your utmost best to keep your customers safe and comfortable. You failed in this regard.

Sidecar Treats makes me happy. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I drive past 2 other ice cream places and go 4+ miles more just to get their ice cream. Its JUST SO GOOD!!!!

Great place for ice cream.Worthy of a try.

Im giving one star due to my affinity for Love Boat ice cream, however the prices and free attitude will drive me to never return. For 3 waffle cones, and a small sorbet a $28 price tag seems hefty. The ice cream was so soft it dripping everywhere and when we asked for a dish, the elderly and very impatient man huffed, hah well sure but its going to cost you extra in a totally serious and rude tone. For some place thats supposed to be offering sweets, things sure were salty. After that service I can safely say I will not be returning.

10/10 recommend. We came in really close to close and the staff could have easily been annoyed but they were extremely friendly and conversational. They helped us pick out our flavors from their favorites because there were too many for us to choose from. I got the key lime pie ice cream and it was delicious!

Absolutely the best ice cream and adult shake/icy place.Mom and pop shop, super friendly, and appreciative.Adult milk shakes are great! And many interesting ice cream flavors. COFFEE OREO.

Nice enough people but nothing is worth these prices 6$ for the smallest kiddie cone. We had 5 small children who didnt eve n finish th e cones and it cost us 50$ then they pressure you for a tip on top of it. We avoided isssscream for pricing Reasons and would have preferred to pay those prices for gourmet designs and ice cream rather than those same prices for a single scoop on a sugar cone that you can buy a whole box of for $1.50.

Amazing ice creamery with other treats as well. We loved it so much we went two days in a row and brought the rest of the family! The ice cream was so delicious. The owners were incredibly nice and gave us information on which flavours had nuts in them so we could safely enjoy the ice cream. 100% recommend Sidecar. Not only do they have the most amazing ice cream for kids and adults... but also for your four-legged kids as well. The doggie ice cream is yogurt, peanut butter and bananas.... mixed together and frozen.

We found this awesome family owned Ice Cream shop/old fashioned candy store, from a recommendation and it is our new favorite dessert spot! The owners couldn’t have been nicer, and even offered Dexter a pup cup, which immediately made me a fan of them! We got to try any flavor ice cream we asked for, and ended up going with milkshakes, probably the best milkshakes we’ve had. The only complaint is there are so many flavors to choose from, it took a while to decide! They even make adult milk shakes and speciality drinks, which we will definitely try next time! We will 100% be back.

This is my first time being inside an ice cream place with an adult menu!!!! I seriously felt like a kid at a ice cream factory lol. The staff were awesome and service was amazing!!! My entire family enjoyed their treat. For a small place in this big city was like finding a needle in a haystack!
