Let me start by saying I didn’t get a boat here.....at least not yet. I did put a deposit down on one of the few units they had in inventory. After reading reviews in the boat, I had major concerns. I shared them with my sales rep Ana, and she was in total agreement with me. I found a boat elsewhere (in stock), and decided that immediacy was pretty important to my family. Ana, refunded my deposit, no issues. They seem genuine and very transparent, and most important, ETHICAL! I would definitely go back there in the future for my boating needs. Finally, Ana really knows her stuff.

The Boat House service team were spectacular for me. I had purchased a new boat and three times out had three tows in. A fuse kept blowing. Myself, friends mechanics spent many hours trying to find the issue to no avail. Took it to the boat house and they went over it with a fine tooth comb and found the smoking gun (bear wire in the engine) issue and fixed it. They also did a great service on the rest of the boat and engine and it now runs like a dream. I am so happy!! On top of this, they called me each day to let me know how they were doing and the great news they finally found the issue. They went above and beyond to provide the best experience and super skilled engineers to fix the issue. The boathouse will have all my service business from now on. Thank you all. I forgot the ladies name who called me often but she was great !

Loved visiting and eating and drinking here. The Sea Turtle drink was so tasty, absolutely want to visit again just to get that. The gator bites and the Everglades sauce was delicious. Our waitress recommend the Everglades sauce and she was right, super yummy with a tiny kick to it. The grouper bites were crispy and perfect, loved them and the sandwich my husband had he said wasn’t terrible but wasn’t amazing. It just seemed a little too stacked with turkey with no bread in between like a normal club sandwich however it doesn’t hinder us from coming back, just something we weren’t a fan of.

What I love about dealing with The Boat House is that these people are patient, they listen, and they are responsive and take the time to make sure your questions are answered and you are satisfied. I have dealt with everyone from my sales person to the finance department to the VP of Sales to my service advisor and the actual technicians performing the work. Every one of them is great! If you are into boating you must check out this facility. I can’t say enough good things about them.It is not just about the sale and then goodbye. Every one of them has continued to help and support me after the sale.The boat house treats you right!

Purchased a Pontoon boat at the Boat House in Cape Coral. Great people Ana our sales person could not be more helpful. I was constantly calling or texting her and she was ALWAYS very mice and answered all our question on the spot. Very knowledgeable. Michelle the business manager had our paperwork ready for us when we walked in the door and the appointment was done Right on time with no waiting Very nice lady.A few days after we picked up our Boat we got a follow up call from a Lady named Joy to see if we were happy with our purchase and if there was anything she could do help us in any way She really was a Joy to talk to. She made us feel so important to there business.Got follow up call from Ana.I really believe this company cares for its customers.Took Boat in for 20 hour service last week plus a couple of warranty items. They had to order a replacement part. Again I was kept informed and the service people are great. Tony the assistant service manager answered all my questions and give me tips on docking. Really good guy. There whole crew was great. For the record I dont know anyone from the Boat House.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Boathouse of Cape Coral. Highly recommended!!! After being strung along by another local dealership (who is currently without certified marine techs) for over 7 weeks, I picked up my boat and brought it to The Boathouse. Claire was fantastic with communication regarding exactly what we were to proceed with, when, and at what expense. No hidden fees, they call you and keep you updated on all details. At this point we could not be happier!!! Again, highly recommended!!!

I initially met with Don in the Service Dept to make an appt for servicing my boat. He was thorough in detail as to the hourly rate for each segment of the service and needed parts. I brought my boat in on Friday and it was ready on Monday!! Fantastic.Upon checking -out, Claire and Kim went over my final bill which a bit higher than quoted but was correct. Kim did find a small error which lowered my bill a little. Very thoroughly, Claire and Kim went over all the expenses and I was truly satisfied.Overall, everyone there was great. Ana did a fantastic job of following up. Met her two years ago, at a boat show. Wanted to buy a boat then, but Covid 19 hit.. Went to the boat show again this year. Asked for Ana, bought a boat. This young lady is a great sales person. She knows her product, and understands her customers. Could not have had a better experience.

Picked up a new Everglades today. Everything was perfect. Tim Kendall my sales person was outstanding and Captain Steve Levy who delivered the boat was great. Definitely would strongly recommend The Boat House.

If it was possible to give 6 STARS, I would. The people who work here are amazing. We had an extremely unfortunate circumstance happen and needed the boat to be repaired in a short period of time. We were not even in the state to help transport the boat. Kim, Jeff, Tony all went above and beyond to make the repairs happen and ensure the whole situation was resolved. Cannot say enough about this team. DO NOT take your boat anywhere else to be repaired. Other places might be cheaper, but the level of customer service and quality of repair will not even be close to the Boat House. THANK YOU again to everyone here.

I just can’t tell you enough how impressed I have been with my boat purchase from the boat house in Cape Coral. From the moment we walked around the yard looking at boats until the 20 hour inspection it has truly been an exceptional experience with everyone we have met. Starting with Danny our salesman, professional, knowledgeable and caring. He just did everything he could to make our purchase easy. Today 6 months after the start of our boat shopping I can still call him with a question or two.I will tell you I was a little disappointed with the Godfrey (Hurricane) final inspection team, but again I was throughly impressed with the service team at the Boat House. I worked with Kim in the service department and she listened to my concerns and with the service team were able to accomplish all issues quickly. Finally, I received a follow up call from Joy on how I was doing, how was the boat and they sent me a little something for me as a customer. You don’t get this type of customer service and follow up everywhere, but you do at the boat house.

I had a brand new 200hp Suzuki put on my shearwater about 1 month ago. Darrel from the boat house did an over and beyond job to make sure my boat is water ready everyday. If anyone is looking for work done or need any parts from the boat house they are the place to go.

This is the best place for parts! One of the few marinas around that actually stocks parts. Typically has everything you need to service your motor or your boat in general. Staff is always very helpful! I highly recommend checking them out!

THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO TAKE YOUR BOAT FOR REPAIR !!!!!!I needed some work done to my pontoon boat and decided to use a different repair shop then were I bought the boat from due to terrible service. So I decided to call the boat house repair shop and give them a try since they are less then 3 miles away and wow the service and professional attitude there was outstanding. They set me an appointment then they changed it to fit my schedule for the very next day which was great, when I arrived with the boat the tech came out and listen closely to exactly what I wanted done and was able to repair my boat and give it back to me same day. The work was done by a experienced technician I can tell just looking at the maintenance I had done. Don’t make the mistake I made hiring who I thought would save me money go to the professionals it will save u time and money go to the Boat house repair shop off Delprado

Not impressed at all with this marina. The service manager needs to learn customer service. Hes very condescending and rude. We believe he was not happy that we hadnt bought the boat at the Boat House to begin with so he wasnt willing to give good service, which we dont understand because we were giving him repair business. We had a recall on the boat and wanted them to fix some other warranty issues and he argued with us on the other issues. He asked questions about the boat (ie what kind of battery it had in it) and when we said we didnt know, he chastised us for not knowing our boats details. This is just a small sampling of his rude behavior. Because of the treatment we received just trying to get our boat repaired under warranty and recall, we will not even consider The Boat House when purchasing a new boat in the future. On a positive note, the 2 ladies in the office were a pleasure to talk to and work with. Its too bad one bad apple spoiled the experience for us.

I needed to get my boat power washed and acid washed because I had barnacles growing on the bottom of the boat. I contacted the service department and virtually gave them very little notice. In one day the job was Complete and the boat looks like new.Josh and I developed a plan to power wash on a scheduled basis. Josh is a dedicated employee who cares about his customers. The service department is top notch.

After purchasing my boat in January 2019 i quickly realized that the starboard engine was not idling correctly and would often stall out. I took the boat to two different mechanics and both said they fixed it but changing the idle air control, but it still had the same problems. Finally I called Yamaha to find certified mechanics in my area and they pointed me to the Boat House in Cape Coral, Fl. I took the boat there and Rob in the service office was great. He got me an appointment quickly and the technician diagnosed the problem as the fuel injectors and a bent propeller rod. Those repairs were done and for the first time the engine ran great. However, after completing the repair the technician didnt secure the propeller with the cotter pin, so when I was testing the engine the propeller came off. I called Rob and he quickly found me a new propeller and they installed it securely and now the boat runs great.I then had them do some cosmetic work on the boat and they gave me a nice discount on that work due to the propeller issue.The propeller issue was definitely a mistake, but I feel like Rob and the staff tried to get that issue rectified as quickly as possible. I thought their overall customer service and expertise to properly diagnose and repair the engine problem were very good and the cosmetic work came out well also. Now I will only use the Boat House for any engine work and I recommend them to anyone needing boat repair. Had I not had the propeller issue, this would be a 5 star rating.

My boat unfortunately sunk and I was completely devastated to have this happen. The boat house took their time evaluating every facet of my boat to ensure they provided the most accurate assessment for my insurance company. Normally this place has every part I have ever needed in stock which makes it easy when searching around locally. The restaurant is right by the beach and has a wonderful view! The service was great, especially the server Jordy. He is very personable and made our time so much fun. He needs a raise! The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Went to the parts shop and were pleasantly greeted by both people behind the counter. We asked for the part but didnt have a number off the engine that was needed. She told us what I do we needed to have ready and she would have the parts ready upon our return. Very friendly and professional throughout the transaction. Highly recommend! We rented a deck boat from The Boat House in Cape Coral. It was a beautiful new boat with all the amenities and ran like a dream. Being a boat owner, I was concerned about the boat condition, knowing that they tend to have issues. The boat we rented was well equipped with GPS and safety items, clean, and quiet. Ana at the boathouse was great to work with. It took us over a year to decide on what boat to buy, and Ana patiently worked with us until she put us in the exact boat we were looking for. Justin handled the financing and insurance, and both did it with no sales pressure. Boat came fully equipped and they arranged a boat captain to take us on a “3-hour tour” to learn the boat and the local sea. I highly recommend the Boat House to put you in the right boat, especially if you are a newbie boater.

Awesome atmosphere, great drinks, and good food. However, I wish they didnt use single use plastic cups for all of the drinks and instead invested in rewashable, durable plastic. (Hard to enjoy your drink and not to feel guilty looking at the water thinking about the damage all of that waste does.)

First I called and spoke to Chris about ordering parts and she could not be more helpful. Shes was a great help. Once the parts came in they would figure out exactly what part I needed and only charge for those. When I went to pick up the parts, the person behind the counter could not be LESS helpful. Brought out half my order, and reluctantly went back to find my other parts when I told him I had ordered more. I asked if we could go over the parts I actually needed - I got a blank stare. No help from him. I hope I got the right parts as I drove an hour to get there. Again, Chris was great, and the man who did not help me...an idiot.

They could not help me because of my unusual request. However they did have a recommendation that helped me greatly.

Purchasing the Harris pontoon boat from the BOATHOUSE on Davis Blvd in Naples must have been meant to be. So many factors had to be aligned for it to have happened so easily. I had been talking about buying a pontoon boat with my wife sometime in the future. This purchase went so easy, I was shocked when I got the call to come down and sign the papers for ownership. Now for the ratings.We dealt with the sales manager ERIC first. He explained the history of this 2015 boat, along with the options. Eric was an extremely nice guy enough so that we have become friends. He explained how they got the boat and how much they needed to get for it. He was direct but not the type of salesman who is pushing you to buy the product.The next person that we met was Jeremy the finance guy. He was also very nice and very professional. He worked with several banks to get us a payment plan that was EASILY acceptable to us. He also explained the options we had to protect our investment.When we took possession of the(beautiful) boat, Eric was there to explain the entire workings of the boat. He was extremely thorough which I appreciated since the boat was a Hugh investment for us. The boat was cleaned beautifully and everything worked as it should. (As this was previously owned). Eric followed up with us several times and was very helpful finding us an insurance company for the boat. His contact was $1,400.00 cheaper than my insurance company.In closing this book, I have to say that the BOATHOUSE and its EMPLOYEES made OUR BOAT come true. We love the boat and have already started making great memories on the boat. If you are looking to purchase a boat, make your last stop the BOATHOUSE. You will find friendly, knowledgeable and professional people to make purchasing a boat a pleasurable experience as they did for us.

I had my boat in for over a month. They didn’t fix everything and were very expensive. They don’t communicate well and don’t clean up after working on the boat. I would not recommend this company.

Our experience with the Boat House started at the Boat Show in Port Charlotte in Jan 2018.We met Ana Levin, Cape Coral salesperson for the Boat House, at their display and everything about our experience from that point forward was 5-Stars.No sales pressure applied ( a rare thing) and Ana was there to assist in answering our questions on the various boat lines and educate us on the manufacturers they represent.Anything she could not answer directly she got the answer quickly. Very clean and organized. Saleman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We didnt have a clue about buying boats. We still are boat shopping but definitely going to keep this place in mind.

Friendly staff upon entering. But the problem is the part didn’t work, was told “it obviously wasn’t the switch.” No, my switch was broke that is why I needed a new one. They said it was factory warranty to have it shipped back and they they determine if the part was defective. Then said oh but you can buy another switch at $xx and try that. So that means I’m out twice as much money waiting on the manufacture to determine if their part was defective. When I worked in parts twenty years ago we replaced or exchanged parts because that is customer service. Oh wait this is not then nor is it then facility I worked at (nation wide parts store by the way). I guess that means Buyer Beware. I was a mechanic for 15 years and I know how to work on electrical and mechanical problems.

I found the Boat House to be on top of their game. The sales staff was great and the offer for my boat trade-in was fair. The service staff is both capable and conscientious about serving my needs. I have bought several boats over the years and the Boat House tops the list.

Very nice sales people but their pricing is outrageous. Gouge you on your trade yet their used boat prices are very high. Know your pricing before going in there.

I showed up this morning at Boat House in Cape Coral with a part that I was not familiar with . It had fallen out while I was changing the impeller on the water pump. No one had seen the part before including some of their service people but the parts guys digging and came up with a schematic which showed the part and another part needed to get my boat shifting again. They even found the part elsewhere and were kind enough to send me over to another dealer about 15 miles away to get the only part left in inventory. The Boat House gets a five star rating out of 5 stars in my opinion. Most places would have just blown me off. Just a great job guys
