My appointment somehow didn’t get put into the computer but Justin definitely saved the whole experience! He was AMAZING, he could tell I was stressed about everything and got it all taken care and came back to me and told me what the plan was, which I appreciated so much, instead of being stressed with the details. Considering the store had to send someone to get my tire from another store it was handled in a timely manner, my car was just the way I left it (even my seat and I’m little) so thank you everyone at tires plus and especially thank you to Justin for making it a great experience! We’ll definitely be going back in the near future!

Bought 4 tires from here a while ago. Had to stop in for issues and felt like I was putting them out. Doesnt matter if you have an appointment or not; theyll get you when they get you. Stopped in with a question about tire pressure showing low, despite NO cars in any bays and nobody waiting, was told it would be several hours. Went to Swift Lube on P.I. Rd. and they took 1 look at it immediately and fixed it - FREE. AND they had cars in the bays being worked on. Never again to Tires Plus.

The manager told me that they spoke to my father to get the okay about changing my breaks while I waited 5 hours to just do my tires. I went home to ask about that because I was skeptical; turns out that the conversation never happened. I waisted the extra money for no reason never will I trust this place again.

I had a flat tire after leaving the new car wash on Pine Island Rd. After putting the temporary spare on I stopped here for an estimate. When I walked in my hands were filthy from just changing the tire. I was allowed to use their absolutely spotless bathroom to clean up. They were extremely busy. I requested an estimate for a new tire and their price was the lowest of every place I called including Costco. I was very impressed.

We always come here to get my oil change and tires done for our Kia Soul. Price is always right and they take great care in their work and report any issues or find that they come across when working on your vehicle.

Trying to contact this particular tires plus.I have gone to ypres plus for years. Also have my grandsons going to them, including the one company truck. We have always been well cared for and fair in pricing.Today I was suppose to come in to get a tire put on to my kia soul. I was told it was a special size and it had to be brought over from the warehouse.Im very happy to say that I found a place to put it on immediately yesterday early eve at 45.00 less.Please accept this as cancellation. I will not need this particular tires plus again.

Im very unhappy with the service i received when bring my car to get fixed. i have no problems with my air conditioning when i brought the car to get an oil change, then the next day it stoped working, a week later my started blow got that replaced and 2 days later my air-conditioning compressor blew making my car not drive able. this all was repaired at tires plus in cape coral . my air conditioning still doesnt work. its seems like every time i bring my car to get serviced something else goes wrong its like there trying to get job security.

Brought care in fir oil change snd tire rotation per usual. Less than 24 hours later new oil was all under the car. Called and explained. Gentlemen was very apologetic and told me to bring in the car. Asked if I needed appointment and was told no. I had to have an appointment yesterday so again I questioned was told no, they would get to when I got there. When I arrived in less than 15 minutes I was asked to leave the vehicle. I said no, I couldnt. Extremely rude man told there was nothing he could do and the would get to me whenever they could.

Never again. Let me start by saying I have been coming here for 15 years. What used to be an honest and upfront place is sadly no more. We called to make an appt for two rear tires (bought two new fronts from them couple years ago). Got there and they said no appt was made. Told us it would be over an hour and then refused to rotate the tires. When I asked the manager why they wont put the new tires on the front (its a front wheel drive, new tires should be on the front) the manager said they need to be broken in before you can rotate. Lies. It was near closing and they didnt want to spend the time, thats all. I inquired again when I picked the car up why I was told I wasnt allowed to rotate the tires and the gentlemen said he had no idea and has never heard anything like what I was told by the manager. So now I have to make a new appt to spend another hour to have the tires rotated...15 years of tires for multiple vehicles... Way to kill customer loyalty.

Great service other than NOT telling me exactly the cost of the extra things they wanted to do...told me that they needed to do so many extras, opted out on a few but not all and then it was TWICE the cost of what I was initially in there for. The man at the front desk, while super nice, did NOT tell me it would be so muchextra for just two parts and 1.5 hours labor after so many hours of labor already done(most of whichunder the impression of the time being fixing my tires and alignment ) I will never go back to this location.They seemed all great about communicating pricing at the beginning, but not so clear once they started adding on extras.

Took our tire there to fix a flat on an 8 month old car after running over a piece of metal. The tech, without looking inside, told us the belts were shredded and it had to be replaced. My husband then took it to Bjs Tire Center and the fixed it with no problem. Will never hold back to Tires Plus.

I made an appointment on 8/21 for a tire repair, oil change, and one other repair request( door handle). I waited for the repairs to be completed. Once they called my name, they only completed the oil change, and the other two repairs were not listed on the work order. I inquired as to how this could be, they took the tire to the back to repair/ patch it. They said it couldn’t be repaired and tried to sell me a new tire instead. I asked to see why it couldn’t be repaired. When the tech showed me he explained it was separating and was very dangerous to repair it. The nail was through the tread toward the center of the tire. I told him I was in the tire industry for 15 years and what he was showing me and telling me was wrong. He was showing me tread wear, then I showed him the other tire on the truck was identical. His response was “oh” then started quoting me new tire costs. He then said that it appeared to have tire sealant inside so they couldn’t by policy patch it. That I understood, but to lie to me about ply separation. I went in for 3 repairs. They only wrote down one. Lied about the second. I didn’t even trust them to look at the third by this point. They’ve lost my trust, my business, my family’s business, and anyone I can spread the word to. They didn’t even try to make it right once I called them out on it.Also.... I bought two tires from them one year ago. They said to bring it in and they will plug/ patch for free for the life of the tires they sold me. Sounds like they changed that policy without telling me, as they kept changing the subject as I was explaining it. That was the main reason I went there to begin with....

Worst experience. Went in for brake job that I was quoted 1-2hrs and sat in the lobby for 3. 680$ later for new front pads and rotors and back pads. Had to go back 8 days later for a bad right rear caliper that caused brake fluid leakage that just appeared and wasnt caught during the inspection. $360 later. I will never go back for car service here after my brakes went out unexpectedly with two kids in the car.

SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!STAY AWAY !!!!Took my car in to get a flat fixed and nail pulled out. Was told can not be fixed. LIES........ Told them to plug it, they said oh we dont do plugs nobodys does and havent in 15 years and never work I asked them to patch it, they said I was way to close to side wall for patch. I measured the hole from center of tire, it is literally under HALF A INCH FROM DEAD CENTER OF TIRE. My tires are a few months old but was told I need NEW TIRES, and they will have to be SPECIAL ORDER. Waited almost 2 hours for their LIES when I was told 1 hour. LIES LIES LIES. WILL NEVER GO THEIR. I fixed it myself. $5.00 and about 15 minutes.

I recently had a tire with a slow leak, but no visible punctures or damage. I dropped it off and explained what I had been seeing, as well as the fact that I had put tire sealant in and noticed it leaking out around the bead.I was told that if it needed patching they would not be able to since tire sealant had been used. I have never heard of this, but just thought it was their policy. They agreed to take a look at it and let me know what the problem was but it wouldnt be ready until the following day. Drop off was around 11am on a Saturday.Sunday afternoon around 1pm I stopped by since I had not had a call. I was told that the system showed it needed a new Tire. After asking what the problem was, I was told that they did not even look at it, and just stated it needed a new tire since it had sealant.I see that they are only interested in Selling new Tires instead of determining what the actual problem is.i took this same tire over to another shop where they pressure tested it, and determined there was no punctures or damage. It looks like it just needed to be re-seated on the bead. I have had no problems with it since.

I help my father in law who is a 100% disabled veteran who is fighting ALS. His sole form of transportation is a handicap van. We had a series of stressful things occur recently, including being displaced from a new home due to a gas leak and his wife falling and breaking her hip and wrist. Needless to say I did not want him to worry about the screw in his vans tire. I dropped him off for a doctors appointment and went to four different tire places in Cape Coral in the rain. All four said they could not help me even after I explained my situation and needing to pick him up in less than an hour. Some of them had guys standing around in the garage doing nothing. Unfortunately I ran out of time and had to go pick him up. By this time the low tire pressure sensor was going off. He now had to worry about this on top of everything else. I called Store #105473 on Hancock Bridge Parkway and spoke to the manager ANTHONY COUCH. He said he was busy but understood I was in a bad spot and said bring it by and he would take care of it. We showed up and the tire was off and fixed in less than fifteen minutes in the rain. He was able to accomodate the handicap van and took care of my father in laws needs. This is how a GOOD business is run. It was nice to see someone with the leadership and decision making capabilities to make a moral decision and get the job done. I can not say how much we appreciated this. THANK YOU TO TONY AND HIS TEAM!

Great service, in and out quickly, they let me know what my car needs for maintenance or repairs, ask if I want it done, and that’s it, no high pressure tactics, and everyone is nice even the guys working on the cars are great. It’s so nice to have a shop so close to my house I can go to. I work at a dealership in town and I can pay less money and do it there but choose to come here because I like it better and trust them.

I stood in lobby for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. 2 workers walked in and out of lobby repeatedly and looked at me without asking me anything. I was having wifeys car looked at due to shaking after buying tires a few weeks earlier. No charge for new tire replacement. Problem also wasnt really fixed. Car still shakes when driven. Overall, not friendly folks, it great service. Why visit then?

Please make sure to check your paperwork when you get tires and purchase plans and warranties. I bought 4 new tires and got road hazard, rotate/balance and alignment. I thought I would be covered if something happened to one of my tires since I had purchased road hazard. The employee working there NOW tells me that they pro-rate and I still have to pay for the tire. Approximately $65. When the plan was sold to me it was explained there would be NO cost since it PROTECTED YOU from road hazards! And of course, the person who sold everything to me is no longer there. I hate to say never, but I will NEVER do business with them again. In addition to all of this, THEY wanted to charge ME $18 to transfer the tire from another store. I said ABSOLUTELY not and THAT charge was eventually removed. Never, never again.

I had my truck in the shop three times for the a/c they said it was this it was that it would work for a day so if you need a/c work do not take it there!!!!!

Tires plus in cape coral is the ONLY shop I will ever go to. Tony, Danny and the rest of the crew are so nice and trustworthy!! I went to the Edison mall location and the heavy guy was so mean I left in tears, called the cape location where I normally go and was treated with kindess and understanding of my situation. This is one of the best places to go for car repairs. They are trustworthy and reliable not only do they let me know whats going on with my vehicle they also show me on my car whats going on. Very friendly staff will not take my car any place else.

I have been using Tires Plus for approximately 11 years and wont let any other shop touch my vehicle! My husband uses them as well as my three children, and all of us has been more than satisfied. They have always been friendly and accommodating, and I know I have in the past brought in some real clunkers! I have never felt ripped off or have been treated in a condescending manner. They have never tried to make me get work done I didnt want or hard sell me. I am so happy Joe and Tom are there, as I have always tried to go to the store they are at or big Tom is at. Today, while I was there, one of the employees offered to drive a woman to pick up her daughter at school if her vehicle was not ready in time. How often do you hear that?? Their waiting room and rest rooms are always clean.. This is an awesome place to go. I work in a dental office and steer all my patients there if they are looking for a repair shop. :-)

This location is my favorite place to go to get my car worked on. Not only are they HONEST and FAIR. They are also fast and trustworthy. I will not take my car any place else. ALL of the sales associates are super nice and they are like family.

A bit expensive. $150 just for a metal brake line replacement. However they did a fantastic job. My brakes have never worked so good!

Most tires plus Ive been to are a get you in and get you out. This one not so much. Sales staff will casually talk about my car issues with me to help find a solution. I notice the same care with other customers aswell. Also after a visit From this tire center I never have to go back with the complaint now this isnt working.. highly recommend this tires plus.

Stop by, because I had a nail in my tire. All it needed was a plug. They said they didnt have time today come back tomorrow. Went right next-door to Valvoline and the guy plug the tire. He took three minutes. And he didnt even charge me. I gave him a $20 tip. Thank God for Chris at Valvoline!

Tried to charge me TWICE for labor.....$20 for a simple bulb that i didnt ask for for. Tried to make the price sound better by saying they gave me a free fuse. Bill was originally 106. Changed to 204 when i picked up the car. I think the mechanic thought i was stupid...only rhing i needed was to replace a brake switch....rediculous

Bought the lifetime alignment on my 2015 Lexus. Had my alignment done twice by them. Both times they failed to tell me they couldn’t adjust them properly because I have non adjustable parts. Instead, once I burned through $500 In tires. They tell me they couldn’t set my alignment to factory settings. They refunded my lifetime alignment, but I was out $500 in what were brand new tires.

Best care care place in the Cape. Tom the manager is always spot on with customer service and price. Techs work hard and take care of your vehicle like it is there moms.

I brought my sons recently purchased car to TIres Plus as I had been using them for the past 7 years on my vehicles. The car drove perfectly fine when I brought it in. I needed an oil change, wiper blades and I wanted them to check the air as it was not functioning properly. Devon even offered a complete vehicle inspection for $9.95. I told them that if it needed to be kept that both my son and I were working the following day and it would need to wait until Thursday.I was told that was fine. Later I was called and told the car required $2,200 worth of work. I allowed the work because I had never had a problem with these guys. The next day I received several phone calls from Devon telling me the car was ready. I told him I was working. He then proceeded to call my son at work and ask for payment over the phone, even offered to bring his car to him at work.. He was eager to get this car out of there. We went up Thursday and my son drove the car home. WHen I got in the car the vehicle did NOT drive right at all, stuttered, acted as if it wasnt getting gas, smelled horribly like gasoline. I shut the vehicle down and called Tires Plus. THey had the car towed back to the shop. WHile waiting for the tow truck I happened to look in the trunk and noticed that the subwoofer was missing. NO WONDER DEVON WAS SO EAGER TO GET THE CAR OFF HIS LOT Someone in this shop stole the subwoofer AND the car was completely messed up. I did let the car go back to Tires Plus because I wanted them to fix their mistake and perhaps make right the missing subwoofer. Now, I was told that no one ever looked in the trunk. REALLY?? you do a complete vehicle inspection and NEVER look at the battery which happens to be in the trunk. You dont check connections, cables for corrosion, proper connection?? THey said they checked the remote connections under the hood. OK Anyway - on the second trip they said I had a cracked fuel pump and that needed to be replaced. Fine. Again, kept the car for two days - told me I could come pick it up. I had trouble starting, REALLY. I COULDNT EVEN DRIVE IT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT These guys stole from me, messed up a vehicle that had to be TOWED from their lot to a dealer, and had the nerve to take $2,700 from me and my son. Whoever the general manager has working for him now is NOT to be trusted. They have no idea what they are doing. I am out $2,700 and dont even had a drivable vehicle to show for it.

2nd time with a negative experience here. You go in to have a tire patched, then next thing they are telling you is they can patch the tire but really the other tires are in worse shape and should be replaced.Then the quote given to you is much higher than the prices online for 4 tires. About $90 extra for shop fees. They did put 4 new tires on so no complaints on the work, just the ethics perhaps.Then they find your brakes are bad. You check around on their estimate vs other shops, tires plus is about $125 more.Do not recommend for much at all. Seems like the same practices are in place as about 9 years ago when they replaced 2 oxygen sensors, reset the codes, then the engine light comes on and they say it must have been the 3rd one we didnt change.No thanks, Ill change the $100 part myself when youve charged me $600 already for changing 2 of them.

Staff is very unorganized. Two of the wheel balance weights fell off on the drive home and they could not program the new tire pressure mointors. I came back the next day to program the monitors and rebalance the wheels. Still unable to program the monitors, and was told to take my car to the dealer and have them do it. Instead I returned the monitors, and discovered that only three of four wheels were balanced. I will not conduct any future business with this store and would not recommend them to anyone else. Four trips to the store for one set of tires is a waste of my time.

Brought my car in for brakes told me i need rotors and all this work was not true took it to Toyota he showed me where my rotors were fine everything was good just needed pads so as far as iam concerned tires plus tryed to make money off me and rip me off i have been told by others they do it all the time i have a charge card with them will pay it off then cut the card shame on them

Its amazing how horrible this place is. I took my car here to get wheels and tires put on. Shook like hell, took it back the following week. Shook like hell, and now tpms light on. Went out of town, arrived back took it back in. They tried to charge me 190$ for a tpms they knew the broke putting in new wheels. Well while they were ripping me off. I called dealer 125 installed Mopar sensor. Firestone 85 installed. So I called other tire plus Iocations, 129 out the door with tax. While still higher than everyone else, 190$ was ridiculous. After arguing with the store manager and shift manager. I was out the door for 132$. Tpms never programmed in 60 Mile drive. I went straight to another tire plus, as my tires shook when I left hancock. I went down to delprado. They ordered a Mopar sensor and replaced no questions. They balanced my tires no problem. They did notice 1 had a balance issue. Thanks guys do not go to hancock.

Dont let these people touch your car! They dont test drive your car before or after an alignment. I spent 90 bucks on an alignment and when I got the car back my steering rack had almost 3/4 of play in it. Not to mention they scratched the hell out of my tie rods using pliers.STAY AWAY!

No better than thieves. I needed back brakes on my truck. They tried to high pressure me into getting $730 worth of repairs done. I resisted and took their estimate home. I checked the walk in retail price on the parts they quoted. Tires Plus was charging 115% mark up over retail.For example, a rotor that cost $50 TP was going to charge $125. When I called them on it, they were unashamed and said they were cheaper than anyone else and everyone charge that mark up. I found a shop less than two miles away that did play those games. Also, TP claimed my calipers were bad. The other shop said they were not bad at all. Taxed, parts and labor at the other shop was $225, so Tire Plus tried to take me for $500 more than the job cost. As I said, no better than thieves. Stay away from these guys.
