Custom closet. We are very happy with all the process from consultation, pricing and final product. We had to wait a few months to get our closet done, but it was worth the wait. Installer did an awesome job and was very professional. Highly recommended.

From the point of sale to installation and customer service, everyone was professional. Our closets turned out even better than we anticipated. We made one adjustment after installation that was something we wanted. The installer came back within a day and made the adjustment with no issues.We had looked at four other closet companies before choosing closets by design. All the others were more expensive and the quality did not appear to be as good.

Our closet was literally a blank canvas. The designer came in and gave us exactly what we needed. It was a small project and the installer completed the install in around 3 hours and it looks amazing! We were lucky to get a promotion that allowed us to really upgrade our closet past wire shelving.

We had some California closets installed. We are very pleased with the product Closet By Design offers to their customers.Colon came to install our closets. He was very friendly and polite. He worked very hard all day. He did a very good job and cleaned up very nicely. We were very satisfied with the Colons job and the construction of the closets.

A l little wait time due to COVID, but the overall experience was fantastic. The designer was very helpful in finding the perfect layout for our space. Special kudos to Chad, our installer. He was professional, on time, and took much pride in his work. We love our new closet.

We had a closet designed and installed. There was a two month wait for the product. The price was a bit inflated for the product.The day of installation there was a little confusion about signing off the work and the warranty. We were not home, had friends let them in.The finished look was nice. Some of the shelving pegs were in the wrong holes and one of the poles was installed crooked. They could have swept up and wiped their finger prints off the metal rails for an extra touch.Then two days later when my husband was putting his stuff back in, the lock on the “only locking cabinet “ didn’t work.We have called and they are supposedly coming to replace it.Looking forward to enjoying our organization!!M.C.

Horrible service. Spent 2 hours designing 2 walk-in closets and presented detailed pricing. After agreed price and installation date, signed contract and was charged 50% upfront. One day later received a call to tell me that they will not install at the contract price and if I still want the work done I would have to pay an additional $2500+ . No changes requested and we have a signed legal binding contract but the now refuse to install. Be careful when dealing with this business or go use the competitors.

My wife and I selected Closets by Design to enhance and create space in our existing wire master bedroom closets. We had other quotes, but we felt most comfortable with our designer from Closets by Design, Laura. She was very professional, listened carefully, and made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. She was also able to schedule us in the time frame we were seeking, prior to us moving in. I took the existing wire shelves out myself, and patched/painted the small holes prior to install. The installation team arrived promptly and in the window they had provided. My only minor criticism was that there was a little sawdust left from cutting out the molding on the floor. However, we were very pleased with the overall finished product. Highly recommended,

Their installers were considerate, punctual and friendly, cleaned up well after completion of the installation and answered all of our questions.

From the first meeting with the sales Rep ( Mark S.) thru installation Closets by Design was easy to work with. The design of our 5 closets was exactly what we were hoping for which significantly increased the store capacity of our condo. Their attention to detail ( i.e. exact measurements, and quoting only options that made sense for our project ) meant that the price was the best out of three vendors and made the professional installation go very smoothly . Would highly recommend and we would use them again without hesitation. Good Job!

From the In home design consultation to the final install everything was coordinated. They made it really easy to have our master bedroom closets completed. The quality of the product is really high and substantive. The clothes bars are made of oblong, heavy duty chromed steel so hangers slide easily. Our install was done by Mikey; super nice and did a really tight, square and clean install.

We just had our closets redesigned and we LOVE them. Our designer captured exactly what we wanted at the price point we wanted to spend. The install went super smoothly! They showed up on time, got the job done and left the work area clean. Easy process and we’d highly recommend them!

I am in love with my closet! My bedroom closet is huge, but the plastic coated wire shelves meant a lot of space went to waste. Now I have drawers and shelves as well as hanging space. Shari did a great job in helping me design the space, and Trevor and John did a fantastic job of installing the units.

We called Closets By Design to customize my husband’s closet which ended up an easy and good experience…. we were very happy with the end result. So when I finally got around to customizing my master closet I didn’t hesitate to call them back. They were very patient and helpful during the design process and when it came time to install the young men were polite and professional. They were even able to finish the project in half the allotted time. We have not one complaint for either project and won’t hesitate to call them back for future projects we have lined up. Highly recommend!

The installer, Trevor, called 30 minutes before arrival. He arrived and promptly began working. His work ethic was apparent and his attention to detail was appreciated. Taking care to not disrupt our routine, Trevor was very neat and made certain the areas that he worked were clean at the end of the day.The second day, Trevor had second hand, Dustin. Both worked very well together to ensure the installation was done on time and correctly. Both Trevor and Dustin worked seamlessly together.We were very pleased with the installation and workmanship. Lastly, I have already referred Closest by Design to a neighbor. They are equally pleased and I am certain they will be impressed with the installation. Without doubt, I recommend Closets by Design.

My experience with Closets by Design was very positive. The quote to do the work was clear and the closet design was clever and well thought out. Communication with the office was great and they called in advance to make sure I knew of the upcoming installation date and how to prepare the space to make things efficient. Design was perfected tailored to our needs and matched to existing drawers etc.... Installation was done professionally and in a timely manner. All the people we dealt with were top notch.

So sorry we hired them. New designers need to be trained better and they need to really listen to what the customer want. Check and recheck their measurements because we trusted and listened to him and he did ours all wrong. We learned the hard way not to trust what they promise. Material was not the sturdy hard wood they said it would be. It is pressed board that we could have purchased ourselves from a store. I do have to say that our installers though were wonderful (yes, they had to redo our closet so we had two days that we needed to free up for installs)Then dealing with the owner was even harder. So much for keep the customer happy because it took a lot of back and forth before we actually had the project fixed. Would NOT recommend.

Very disappointed and I do not recommend this company to ANYONE! Workers arrive LATE and very unprofessional. Very disrespectful and mouth to my husband. Ended up leaving the job and I now have to reschedule installation. I don’t even want their buisness anymore but have already paid. Do yourself a favor do NOT use this company. The saying the customer is always right does not work in this case their unprofessional employees are always right. I recomend building your own closets before you come so desperate in using this company.

Excellent service and product!

Product is okay. Installation, clean up and presentation to the customer were not. The installers arrive with product right out of the factory full of factory saw dust. They do some cutting, and drilling on sight creating more. Yet, they only use a broom to clean up the floor, no vacuum. I had to clean the entire closet unit to use. This is poor presentation. In addition, the installers failed to recognize that they secured the closet unit to a wall with a pocket door. The screws used were too long and damaged the door surface. Their fix was to fill in the groove with a crayon stick and call it good.

Very wise use of closet space with a lovely appearance.

Great price, called as a reminder a week before they came, and called with an accurate ETA the morning off. Product turned out exactly as expected.

From the original sales call to final installation, all aspects went very well. I am pleased with the design and quality but the installation is definitely a bit pricey. Fortunately, the end product provides significant benefits in organization.

Chose Closets by Design for my new master closet. Consultant was very good, Steven. I chose a basic design plan. The installer was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. He started off by parking in neighbors drive, too lazy to walk further. Was not friendly! The job was subpar; tops of cabinets were not smooth and even. Left holes where wire racks were literally torn out of the wall. A little spackling was applied but drywall was bad. When I asked him to go over it again as it was unacceptable, he went back in but no better. I felt he basically didnt care. I heard him take a call and he seemed in a hurry to meet up with someone. Looks cheap and the cost wasnt! Very disapppointed in what I spent and the poor quality work I received.
