The service shop is good. A few really great people working there. But as someone that purchased 3 Kias, the sales side is not great. Ive only talked to one sales person that was good, but because they cant beat other Kia dealerships prices, Ive never purchased a vehicle from them. Ive traveled 2 and a half hours away for better pricing. On the flip side, those service shops arent as good as Kia Of Cape Coral. So I continue to have my vehicles serviced here.

Bought a new Kia Soul last Monday. My 3rd. On my 40 mile per day commute I noticed that it pulled to the right. Im 58 and been driving a while now. I asked my roommate to take it for a ride. He came back and said it pulls to the right. I made a service appt. for 8am 6/8/2021 and told my issue to a man named Douglas. When I said that my roommate had also guessed my issue he sarcastically replied oh is he a technician I said no but he has been driving over 40 yrs. 5 hrs later and I pick it up thankfully no sign of Douglas. They say the tech took it for a ride at 60mph and put it up to check underneath. According to them Im imagining it. Really.... I just wanted to inconvenience myself and make an appointment for 8am after working 3-11 the night before. If I could return it I would but Im stuck. Im gonna go to a front end alignment joint and see what they say. In the meantime.....This sure isnt Fucillo anymore and if I have to do any warranty work I will not be going here.

Not sure where to start. I needed a battery this week and they said it was $350!!! We are talking about a 2018 Kia Optima not a BMW! Went to Tires Plus on Del Prado and got it for $237. Never buying another KIA ever! Also...My AC has gone out already and the motor in both my back windows are not working! Of course the 100k warranty doesnt apply to the AC... and I had just gone over the 60k miles.. Back to Honda soon!!

I never write reviews but I HAD to let you guys know about my experience here.I had my car breakdown due to engine seizure on the side of the road near Fort Myers. After being stranded over 6 hours on the highway (and being ignored by AAA tow truck drivers) I had the police arrange a tow to the nearest Kia Dealer in hopes to get some good news, but I knew the situation was not looking good. I took my car to Kia of Cape Coral in hopes get some help, and boy that was the BEST decision I have made in years. Let me tell you guys about Douglas Smith.Douglas is a Service Advisor at Kia of Cape Coral. I spoke with him, letting him know what happened on my breakdown. He let me know the diagnosis, and the repair was very costly. When I realized I couldn’t afford to pay close to 10k to have my repairs done, I had my car towed over 200 miles back to my house when Kia Consumer Services told me they wouldn’t be able to cover the costs. I was distraught and felt hopeless in my situation.About a month afterwards, Douglas reached out to me asking if I had gotten everything taken care of, which I hadn’t yet - a new engine is very expensive. He let me know that KCS wanted to run a few more tests on my engine with a hope that I might get some assistance from KCS to cover the cost of the repair. I told him I wasn’t in a position to have my car towed back across the state of FL (I live in Miami), and so Douglas put on his Superman cape. He went out of his way to come 200 miles to my house on his own with a rented trailer to personally pick up my car and drive it back 200 miles to Cape Coral on Fathers Day so that he could have the tests run.He called me the next day, letting me know I was approved for the new engine at no cost. He took care of the rental car right away, and got my car repaired within 5 days and I was back out on the road thanks to Douglas. He really really took care of me and always said “it’s because I care about my clients.”Guys, I was blown away by Douglas and his commitment to amazing customer service. He was very professional, made sure that everything I needed was communicated, and made me feel like I mattered as a customer. He really didn’t have to do a lot of what he did, but because he did - my car feels brand new and I’m eternally grateful for people like Douglas Smith of Kia of Cape Coral.I would HIGHLY recommend this place simply because of my experience with Douglas Smith.

Anthony sat down and showed me all sorts of models and trims I would enjoy and made sure to answer all of the questions I had that day. Just leased a 2021 Kia K5 GT-Line from here on Friday. My experience was fantastic from start to finish. My salesman Jason Geduld was excellent from start to finish as well, he was in constant contact with me answering all of my questions from my first visit on Tuesday to Friday when i finally drove off in my new car. JJ the finance manger also was great in working out a deal! Without a doubt will send people here that i know of if they are looking for a car. Wish i could leave 10 stars!

We went to Kia after hearing their commercials on the radio over and over again. We were in the market for a new or used car. Depending on what we could afford. The first time there we were treated very good. The salesman was very attentive and seemed as if he wanted to really help us get a car. After running our credit and finding out how much the banks would loan us, the salesmans attitude seemed to change drastically. It seemed just because we didnt get a huge loan and was unable to purchase a new car, he didnt want to deal with us anymore. He didnt return phone calls, he never seemed to have time to talk to us when we went there. We were under the impression that they would help anyone with any type of credit get a new car. At least that is what their commercials say. Dont believe them. If you dont have good credit or even no credit they dont want to deal with you. Go get your car from someone else. We went to another car place and were able to get a car with no problem.

I went to this dealership because I wasnt happy with my previous dealership. Yes its further and less convenient for me. However, I am very happy I went there to buy my new KIA. Right when I pulled into the lot Matt Hubert was right there to ask me how I was doing and if I needed any help. I was glad I got Matt because he was an awesome sales man to work with. Matt is super laid back, knowledgeable, and efficient at his job. Matts attitude throughout the whole process was that he wanted to see you in a car your excited about and he was never pushy and thats a big deal to me. I changed my mind on a couple different cars and he was always super helpful and never acted like I was a problem. Overall glad I choose this dealership and got Matt as my dealer. I will diffidently be coming back to this dealership in the future.

Beware!!! The process of buying the car is bad enough. Then wait 2hrs to see the finance dept. They tell you they can finance you for 2.25%, then you wait for another hour and a half. By then you are ready to just get out of there. Its closing time so the poor salesman has to have you sign the paperwork. Yeah and bad me, I didnt read through all the papers you have to sign cause you want to get out of there. After reviewing the paperwork the next day come to find out they charged 3.79% instead of 2.25%. Then to find out the amount financed was A few thousand more than agreed on! Pure exhaustion after negotiating and paperwork for 5+ hours! The salesman Paul was great, but steer clear of the finance dept.UpdateThanks to Carlos one of the sales mangers things were corrected as much as he could. He was very understanding and fixed what could be fixed. Thank you.

Wanted to up grade our Kia rio yesterday to see what cars were available on the lot which was very few. Shocked to see a stock new Kia was marked up over 2k plus for window tint and pin striping and another 3k plus for market value ?...and then an 800. Dealer fee...They also took our car keys for an appraisal which made us prisoners at the facility..by the way no appraisal ever took place. Used cars had no pricing on the windows..all smoke and mirrors...beware

I am updating my initial review. While I had some issues initially with the service department a couple of months ago, I have to say that the new owners are very serious in trying to keep their customers happy. Carl was a pleasure to deal with, and genuinely seemed as though he wanted to make things better. My vehicle was brought back to the dealership to determine what was going on, and they repaired it for me at no additional cost over what I had previously paid. Sean, the service manager, was very informative and answered all my questions. I would like to thank Carl and Sean for taking care of the situation and making sure that my son has a safe car to drive.

Huge shout out to Douglas and the rest of the service department. Sent my daughter to another shop for a brake inspection. She, then I were told she needed pads and rotors all the way around. They tried to take advantage of a 20yr old college student. I sent her to the cape dealership where I bought her car and Douglas was probably the most honest person I’ve ever dealt with regarding motor vehicle repairs. Her car left the dealership with zero brake repairs. Everything was within tolerance.Again, huge props and thanks to Douglas and the entire service department for their honesty and integrity! Just bought a 2016 Toyota Avalon with 60k miles. Was referred by my buddy Fred Becker to Paul Alvaredo at Fuccillo Kia used vehicle dept. I spoke to Paul several times on the phone, he even took my call on his day off. Paul was particularly attentive to my specific needs and my not-to-exceed out the door budget, responding promptly to my various and random questions. After shopping around at many other dealers, the fully loaded Avalon (oh yeah with brand new tires too) was the best deal for my situation. $14k sale price, blue book $19k, beautiful vehicle, no hassle sales and closing, lowest dealer fee in the county, and holy smokes today I get an email from Sirius turns out 3 months of free satellite radio courtesy of Fuccillo. 3 hours in total to buy the car from start to finish which must be a world record. Paul is highly recommended and I thank him, Fred, and Fuccillo Kia for this extraordinary deal.

I bought my 2020 Kia Forte LXS about a year ago from anthony. This dealership is at upmost the best in Florida. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the cars and helped me picked the best car for my first large purchase. The dealership was maintained well and the managers were very helpful as well. I absolutely did not feel like I was getting scammed what so ever like most dealerships attempted to do me. If you’re looking for a reliable car and a comforting place to buy it go to Kia of Cape Coral! They even have a super cool coffee/latte machine in their waiting room! Ive been getting my Kia serviced here at the dealership since I bought the vehicle brand new back in 2015. Ive always had a great experience having Mark as my service advisor. For some reason just 2 days after my most recent visit my car decided to blow a hole through the engine block while I was driving and the car was finished. I decided to give Mark a call to see what Kia could do for me since I just brought the car in for an oil change. Depending on what Mark told me I was either never going to buy another Kia again in my life or I was going to be a Kia customer for life. Without hesitation Mark told me bring the car in and he would check to see if there were any warranties for my engine. Once he had the car checked out he was able to confirm that I was eligible for an engine warranty. Mark got me in a rental car the same day and had my Kia ready for pick up just a week later. I was ecstatic! Mark was very helpful throughout this whole process and has always taken great care of me when I go in for service. I will be a Kia customer for life!

1st and foremost - Great dealership and Phenomenal people. I live in Atlanta and flew down to Florida to get my Telluride - that should tell you something. They have the inventory that other dealerships dont. My salesman - Matt Hubert was honest and knowledgeable - NOT pushy at all! Red Carpet treatment - Kia of Cape Coral sent a car to pick me up at the Airport after my flight was delayed almost 2 hours. I drove my Telluride 8 hours back home - Matt and Anjelica checked on me. We received a phone call about a car we were looking at. Their business development scheduled us for an appointment to look at the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, the salesman said they haven’t had that car in months. So he showed us a brand new vehicle for 30K more than we were willing to spend. The old bait and switch. The sales manager emailed my wife and she responded, and also gave him her number for more details or if he wanted to talk about the experience. No call or follow up from the sales manager. Beware dealing with this dealership. They are underhanded and deceitful in their business.

I always feel rushed. They advertise the .10 for a down payment. They dont even offer it to you at all.. But the prices are all over 25000. Thats to make sure you cant use it.I have purchased 3 cars there when Billy owned it. This dealership has completely change. Not to sure if I will ever go back.

Went to Kia of CC expecting to have the same horrible experience that I had at Kia of Naples. Boy was I wrong. First let me say that the first thing they did was give me sales rep Pete Larson who went above and beyond. He knew everything about each vehicle and what would best suit my needs and wants. Pete never made me feel pressured but instead showed his genuine concern for what I was looking for. I was able to drive my car home and Pete even came to my home to sign the papers so that I didn’t have to take that long drive back to Cape Coral. If you are looking for a car - this is your man! I use to be Kia of Ft Myers customer, but since I came to the one in Cape, I started getting better service since day one because of Fernando. Fernando he always provides incredible service to me and to other customers, he comes assist me the second I enter the building, take care of the paper, walk me to the guest room, keep following up with me before anything get done and checking with me and with other customers as well til he walks me back to my car to leave. I went in looking to buy a used car but got a better deal with a new car. Paul Alvarado is the salesmen who took care of me. He was super friendly and really seemed like he cared about my purchase. Don’t remember the financiers last name, but Nic was amazing. He fought the banker to give me the best possible interest rates and payments without having to put more down than I was paying. Be forewarned, Kia, like most dealers, lie. I received a call that they were selling the new Kia Souls for $16,000. When I arrived, I learned that that is not true. They are actually selling them for $25,000. They told me that all dealers do this. That is no excuse; a lie is a lie, and false advertising is false advertising. They will get you in and they will waste your time. They are very nice about wasting your time though.

New car sales process was a 6-hour pain and on top, Fernando, a service adviser makes sure to not feel welcome at this dealership. Im sorry to say that it was not a great experience. The vehicle that I looked at had no price so I went to the website, it said call for pricing. Then the little pop up asked how I could be assisted. I asked for the price and got a big run around. Wanted to know what time was good for me to schedule an appointment to speak with a sales person. Never found out the asking price nor did I call the number she sent me. I choose not to do business with people who answer a question with a bunch of their own questions.

Had the most circus experience of our live time. The gist of it is that over a course of three days, I wasted more time with the sales person and manager. It was a total game back and forth and they would agree on one price and promised to do paperwork the next day and then call me back to tell me someone else was interested in the car...blah blah blah.... They are totally overpriced and their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! They never once listened to a word we had to say and would never ever do business with them period!

Loo Ignord hes any great guy but service department stinks bought a brand new kia Sorento wasnt a fan but this made me a fan wait I said a fan now I am changing my mind (1) THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THEY HAD FOR TWO DAYS THEY SAY NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE CAR SMH REALLY, THATS NOT EVEN HALF OF THE ISSUE THEN THE LIGHT CAME BACK ON NW THEY HAVE IT OVER A WEEK, THE SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME RODENTS ARE IN THE CAR REALLY HW MUST THAT BE OH WE LIVE FLORIDA AND ITS SWAMP he he finds two to three per month MY CAR IS PARK IN AN ENCLOSED GARAGE I WELL IT MUST BE AT YOUR WORK NO, THE CAR IS READY FOR YOU MY WIFE WENT THERE ITS THE SAME PROBLEM FIRST AND LAST TIME NEVER BUTY FROM THEM AGAIN.

My wife took her 2017 Sorento in for an oil change. She was charged 7 quarts of oil for an engine with a 5 quart capacity. She presented a ValPak coupon for $39.99 and was charged $42.99. This is clearly an example of targeting/overcharging a women. They were also supposed to fill the tires with the proper amount of air, they did not! I/We will not return. Billy Fucillo is turning in his grave.So Kia replied to my review. And they did not deny overcharging me. What a disgrace for a once great company. state

Me and my husband went their Originally to get our Kia Optima hybrid checked because of a system warning light came on on our dashboard we said why were here why don’t we try to get another vehicle because it’s going to cost $5000 to get the battery pack fixed on the 2013 Kia Optima hybrid we were there for four days trying to make a deal well come to find out they took my $1300 then said oh we can’t sell you the car because in the state of Florida it is illegal to sell to someone that has to sign her with a suspended license I will never do business with Kia ever again they are the worst dealership in Southwest Florida. So we went to country club motors on Pondella and 41 in North Fort Myers best service ever got us in a great vehicle I definitely recommend country club motors

Not a great experience. There vehicles are marked up 5 grand over MSRP. They send out mailers and use fraudulent advertising to lure clients into the dealership. When you arrive they flat out tell you they would lose to much money if they gave you that deal. Then why send it. Has gone down hill a great deal since the Fuccillo days. The sales person I worked with was great though bumping them up to the 2 star rating.

Saw the dime down, and make 350.00 a week.Well in small print, it says credit approval.If Billy was still the owner, I would of been approved.They dropped my credit so much it will take years to bring it back up.Never again.I bought six cars from kia of cape when Billy owned it.Good luck.

Went in there for a 2018 Kia with 20 k miles after we test drive they say they can’t sell me that one but can sell me a 17 with 70 k miles for the same price! That doesn’t make sense they just wanted to sell the car with more money in it. drove down the street to Nissan got the suv I wanted with 20 k miles on it after I get into finance at Nissan the rep proceeded to tell me the guy at Kia sent my credit to over 50 banks and totally tried to screw me over to the point he was asking for the guy at Kia name so he can call and tell him himself what a pos there Guy is Kia didn’t offer me a dollar for my trade Nissan gave me 4 k for it what a difference right trust this review drive the five minutes down the road to Nissan ull be happy U did

Peter Mekhael was great and helped us every single step of the way. Hector was also amazing. They got us into a brand new car. Stayed hourrrsss after closing time and made the process seeming less.
