This was my first time in this new dealership! It was not only extremely clean but the service staff was very Helpful as well! I enjoyed an espresso and a few nice snacks all compliments of the dealership! They took care of my repairs, helped me choose the best options for parts While waiting you can watch TV, hook up to free wi Fi and have access to charger ports everywhere! Great place, nice people and a beautiful showroom!
Buyer beware Sutherlin Nissan purchased a brand new Nissan Sentra. Was promised a $500 visa gift card. 4 months have not received it, spoke to Manager Steve who was Rude advised my salesman no longer worked there and he wouldnt honor it. My 2021 Nissan has been towed 3 times and Sutherlin did NOT acomodate me! Very disappointed filed a complaint with Nissan Corporate office case number 44672376.
Went in this am to inquire about a lease. Johnny Ramirez, who was helping us out was very friendly and was well versed about the particulars involved with leasing a car. There was no pressure from him, or anyone. We leased a brand new Rogue and are happy with this experience. Raymond, who was our finance adviser was thorough and handled that part of it smoothly.Very good visit, good service, and the good financial figures.

We had great service today! Joe Tiu remembered from 3 or 4 weeks ago that we had been to the dealership to try to test drive a Nissan Armada. They didn’t have any at the time, but he remembered and we got a call from him today to let us know they just got one in. We came to test drive it, and next thing I know we had bought a new car! He and Kevin worked with us to get the terms we needed and we were in our car just hours later that evening! Clean, full of gas and ready to roll. Love it!

I bought a used 2017 Chevy Volt from Sutherlin Nissan of Cape Coral and had a really smooth transaction and experience. I worked with Mike L. and David D. and both were attentive and polite during the entire process. While closing on the car, they detailed it, charged it and gassed it up for me. Even after signing all the documents, I found a small amount of detailing work that needed to be done on the spoiler/hatch after they washed and detailed it and I was giving it one last look over - they wanted to be sure I was happy, so they had me come back during a weekday when they had someone available to buff it out. He was able to buff it right out and get it looking shiny and new. They are easy to work with, friendly, and follow through on their promises. Thats what Im looking for when buying a new or used vehicle and they delivered.

I came here to share my experience with the dealership… it was very unpleasant and felt ripped off on a used car. In the beginning I came in and explained my budget no more no less and they told me we can get that done no problem after driving and testing the car we fell in love with it, but when the time came to crunch numbers they came at me with a price that was $11,000 over my budget so be careful when going to this dealership they just waste your time
Worst dealership I have ever been too, I had to return 4 separate times just to keep updated on financing issues with them even though my credit is excellent. The try to charge you $1,000 for gap insurance which I got st my own bank for half that! Salesman promised a full tank of gas after we complete a survey that he was sending to email, he never sent it!!! We dogged them until we got our gas tank filled! This is a shady dealership and they have lost all my business. Never again
Today we were provided amazing service by finance guy Ray, and sales reps Blake and Jerold. We have never been to another car dealership In Southwest Florida that showed so much passion, kindness and care to my family to be sure that we left with a good car and a great deal. Without getting all into the numbers we are in a tight situation and they managed to put us in a car no money down -6500 in equity AND rough credit. Whaaaaaaaaatt!!! Bought a 2017 nissan frontier today and bought from khasai in sale, he made sure I was comfortable and worked with me as much as possible to get what I was looking for, we took a good test drive and went over the different things the truck had to offer. Very bad experience, the manager who assisted us was at the point of telling us what to do. He asked 3 different times to run my credit before even giving us pricing. He wanted to tell us which used car to give us. And when he did, he gave a red rouge that has the service engine light on. Which we all know not to buy a vehicle like that. He was aggressive and dry with his delivery the style was all wrong and we were not accommodated at all. And note to the clerk, when a sales person simply says “hi” it doesn’t mean you belong to that sales person while she sat there looking at other customers after us were attended before us.

Nice clean new building & service waiting area, friendly & knowledgeable service representatives and salespeople, glass wall permits viewing the mechanics working on your car in the Express Garage waiting area (which has free coffe & multiple varieties of tea). I would give this dealership -5 Stars if I could and I would give the general manager John -100 Stars if I could!!! I walked into sutherlin Nissan of cape Coral on August 12th and walked out roughly around 9:45 p.m. with a 2020 Nissan versa along with my son who is also on the contract my son put down $1,000 and traded in a 2016 Kia Sportage which was still financed through Kia motors that same evening when we left and went to McDonalds to eat something we noticed a huge dent across the front of the hood of the car pictures are attached I immediately went to the dealership the following day and showed Russell the salesman the pictures as well as texted them to him he said he would get it taken care of fast forward to August 27th 15 days later the dent still on the hood so I called the dealership to find out about the dent as well as financing and the payoff for my sons trade in I left numerous messages for Leo the finance manager never got a call back so I decided to call again on August 28th finally got Leo on the phone he informs me that the deal has not been financed yet so I asked him what happens to my car payment that is coming up actually due today he tells me thats a good question I dont know the answer so I get a bit heated and tell him can I speak to somebody who can give me an answer he transfers me to the general manager because I asked for the general manager and I leave him a message of course he never returned it either that same evening my son gets a text message from Leo telling him I got good news for you my son informs him I work the weekends late nights so Ill be in there on Monday August 31st. Fast forward to August 31st we walk into the dealership and go see Leo he informs us that we need about $2,500 more borrow it from friends or family we inform him that we cannot to give us our $1000.00 dollar down payment and our trade in back and of course we go back and forth for a couple hours 2500 turns into 1500 turns into another thousand and when we finally said thats it weve had enough give us our money back and give us the car back he says give me one second let me structure the deal differently finally we sign a contract were told its done and finalized through Nissan motors and our first payment isnt due until October he takes the tag my son has takes off the paper plate registers the tag on the car and we leave. Fast forward September 14th the Trade In has not been paid off and we still dont have any info from Nissan motors and the dent is still on the hood. I speak to John the general manager on the phone he tells me the deal is finalized he doesnt know why the car hasnt been paid off but hell get to the bottom of it and give me a call on Tuesday the 15th of September at 10 in the morning. Fast forward September 16th After no call from John at noon time I have called the dealership 3 times asking for John the general manager since he never gave me a call back all three times Ive been on hold for over 22 minutes finally I get in my car and I drive to the dealership I asked for John the young lady at the reception desk tells me somebody will help me in a minute of course not John but Leo Waves me into his office tells me something about that their finance charges were too high according to the state limits and he has to do some special thing to get us financed I flat-out tell him I dont care I want my car I want my money and I want it now then I asked him why my car has been sold at the auction if the deal hasnt been finalized I dont know Im not the used car guy then John the general manager walks by and I make a comment to Leo saying how come he cant talk to me then he comes in the office all cocky and says what did you say about me and i responded why did you lie to me I didnt lie to you I had Leo call you back no nobody called me back well I dont like being called a liar and if youre calling me a liar you can leave right now so thats what I did I got in my car and I left (see part 2 of my review under [email protected])

Was in the process of negotiating a price on a Titan SV and Dustin said Call you right back Never did because he sold the vehicle to someone else and never had the courtesy to let me know. Asked three times for the window sticker and the dealer addendum so I could compare the total MSRP and never received, every other dealer doesnt have a problem giving you the info. So much for customer loyalty.

Too many issues to name over the year and a half at this location. Waiting 2.5 hours for an oil change previously and today a service rep tell me an extended warranty is not a warranty, its extended is different... very unbecoming. Also somehow, in service logic land, a deductible is the same as a diagnostic fee that magically disappears if and when a problem is covered. Huh.
Bait and switch. Website shows a truck with pictures inside and out. It gives you the final price as it calls it. I drive an hour to see it and am told all those pictures of the accessories are not in that final price. That price is a base model not the truck advertised on the website in those pictures. You don’t get customers this way you just get people like me who won’t return to your dealership again.

Dustin Davis in finance was a breath of fresh air. Normally, when Im car shopping when you end up in Finance thats where your patience really gets tested.That was definitely not the case when dealing with Dustin, he got me in and out in no time and was extremely knowledgeable and he made me feel comfortable while I was signing the paperwork.He answered all my questions and was extremely thorough.
I bought a very equipped Nissan Sentra back in late April. The salesperson Matt was new, but he was really nice and he did a relatively good job. It got late and the salesman had to go pick up his kid so another guy finished the process.That part did not go very well. I had to pull all the plastic off it myself it never really got detailed, nothing. I returned the next day to get the plastic I couldnt get off removed, a cargo net and I also noticed some spots on the trunk lid that were in the paint. After a fairly intense conversation between Matt and a manager hey took it in. But I felt like somehow it was a problem.Upon the cars return the spots were still there and the paint had very small surface scratches all over the paints finish. For this I was told to bring it back for the good detail crew.I just let it go.It was in service for a recall and I requested two other services which were never completed. When I questioned why I was told just to bring it back or schedule. Great get to wasted another day at the dealer. Just what we want to do on our day off.The real trouble, for me, came when I tried to contact someone to discuss my overall customer service experience. The phone rings and rings until a message tells you that the extension you dialed is invalid. When you finally get someone to answer the phone the receptionist wants a detail of why you want to speak to a person. Once, I understand, but when you leave nicely leave unreturned message several times you lose faith.Ya know I like the car. Its the service and customer service that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Little things 101.I really did not want anything from anyone. I wanted to share my experience to an effort for you to change the customer experience in a positive way. Its all about repeat busisness. Why would I return to Sutherlin for a 4th vehicle.

They trapped into getting a new car when I was only going to get my 6 month old car repaired. I dont like the new suv all the people I dealt with is gone and they screwed up my paperwork, my note tripled and I went back to fix it no one can help smh but customer service is pretty good there
I went there in need of a truck with a very specific price range. I had Michael Longo and he put me in a truck I knew was mostly out of my price range and he told me if I love it hell get me in it and he did. They were a huge help and I would highly recommend going there and getting a vehicle with these great people
BUYER BEWARE OF EXTENDED WARRANTY SCAMS. Let me start off with positive. My sales guy, Ebron and his Manager, John, were amazing to work with. However, once the sale is made and you are turned over to finance it is another story. My finance guy, Julian (who is no longer there), sold me an extended warranty. His words, verbatim, were you will never spend a penny on this car with this warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty. My first visit for an oil change and tire rotation resulted in suggested repairs upwards of $300 that I was expected to pay. Come to find out Julian sold me 5 years or 50k miles worth of oil changes and tire rotations for $1,000.00. Now Im no rocket scientist but I immediately figured out that oil changes every 5k miles for the next 50k miles is 10 oil changes and tire rotations. Using the coupons you get from Nissan for $49.95, those same 10 oil changes and tire rotations would have cost me a total of $500.00 over the 50k miles. I immediately spoke to the one of the finance managers, Nacho, who said they would upgrade me to the highest maintenance plan at no charge or refund the $1,000.00. I request the refund and was assured it would be taken care of. Understanding that these things take time, I waited about 3 or 4 months to see if my loan had decreased by the $1,000.00 and it has not! I called Nacho back and he conveniently does not recall our conversation or his promise to refund my $1,000.00. I am not surprised at all! Now he sends me cancellation paperwork which is now prorated to get a refund of $685.00. I will never buy a car from this place again which is unfortunate because the sales staff are great. But.....when the finance people cannot back up good sales people it ruins the entire experience.

My husband surprised me with a new Murano from Sutherlin Nissan of Cape Coral. We had exceptional service from our every member of Sutherlin with whom we had contact. Weve owned Nissans for years. My husband went to the dealership a few days ago to buy windshield wipers and a new battery for my 2018 Nissan Murano. He ended up looking at the 2021 Murano Platinum, knew I would love it so he worked out the particulars with a great sales person, Ed Rossi. When we returned this today, everything was in order. Ed is friendly, great sense of humor, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and very professional. The car was ready for pick up. Full tank of gas and spotless. The car is so pretty, a sparkly pearl white. Ed went over all features of the car, and synced my phone with the Murano.Leo Williams, the finance manager, was the consummate professional. He went over and explained each document before he asked for signatures. In the past, Ive had documents pushed in front of me with a sign here. Not the case with this finance manager. Leo made the financial process smooth and worry free. A pleasure to meet. Also, a huge thank you to Leo Williams for his service to our country.Thank you Sutherlin Nissan, I am beyond pleased with my beautiful, new Murano!

I bought two vehicles from this dealer! I have yet to receive my tag after 4 months. I have my daughter driving on a dealership tag because Whats seems to be urgent for them is to make a SALE! After the sale you are forgotten! As far as trying to reach out! Every answer is let me get with accounting department! Never received a call back after numerous attempts to get in contact with them. My daughters car had not even been through the reconditioning process. She has a broken driver side mirror assembly. They said that’s normal it’s a used car. Not to mention the tires where not in good shape and they said that the tires I would have to purchase from them. Oh they said they would help me out with a discount lol! Purchasing a used vehicle in any other dealerships there are better standards so I would not recommend Sutherlin Nissan of Cape Coral to anyone! I also purchased a new rouge 2020 and the bumper seems to have been installed incorrectly! A NEW CAR! Still have not received a call from the new car service department on that concern either. This is what happens when you buy a used or new car from this dealership I guess that’s the way they run their operation! Sales first and forget about the customer! Never had any of these issues with HILL NISSAN IN WINTER HAVE FL they always went out of their way to over communicate after the sales and years after the purchase would randomly call to see how we all where doing!! That will be my dealership of choice I would rather drive then shop at Sutherlin Nissan of Cape Coral fl! Service was pushy it was all about making a two car sale! And not to mention everything that was promised was not delivered they tell you what you want to hear and don’t DELIVER! Still waiting on a call for all of my concerns to be addressed!
I give no stars for this dealership. After buying Nissan’s since I bought my first new car in1984, I won’t buy another after this experience. They have not yet delivered all of the things that come with the purchase of a new truck, and it has been months. They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction, don’t return phone calls once you’ve signed your papers.
Ray is the man you want to see when coming here! He was professional, personable and most importantly patient. He never made us feel pressured to make the purchase and was more than happy to let us test drive multiple cars. Edward Rossi did a fabulous job getting me in my dream Rogue! He and Chris in finance worked hard to make this happen. I couldnt be happier.UPDATE: the Rogues AC didnt work, discovered 2 months later. I brought it to the service department. Best service experience ever. They fixed the AC (under warranty) and even washed my car. Everyone was friendly and kept me informed. I really appreciate having a place to take my car where I know I will be taken care of.

You won’t believe this one. I went in with two Nissan vehicles to trade for a 2021 Nissan SV, sunroof, storm blue with light grey interior. They had me test drive a SV, sunroof, storm blue but with charcoal interior. They said they would find me the exact car with light grey interior. We proceed to negotiate the price which changed dramatically from beginning to end. We agreed on a final “ out the door” number and was told the deal was contingent on me financing the deal. I had asked about paying cash. They called two days later and said the car was in. My wife and I arrived, didn’t see the new car but filled out all paperwork, declined all finance extras totaling $6000 and signed for my original out the door price. Signed over old titles, got the new keys and proceeded to the new car. One problem.....it wasn’t the same car as I test drove and negotiated for. It didn’t have the sun roof. After the sales people told me it would cost an additional $3000, the sales manager came out and told me the same. I told him the two options I see were to honor the deal or give me my two cars and keys back and I’ll leave. Well, here I sit with my two original cars. BEWARE.....make sure you look over the car before you sign all the paperwork. Make sure you understand the financing. It’s a rip off. Both our credit scores were over 800, top 1%. Our interest rate was 4.9%. (Advice....get a home equity loan, cheap interest rate and pay cash for car). They try to up-sell to make up for the good deal you thought you got. If you decline the upgrades, the original agreed upon price may change. It’s not the sales people, it’s the Sales Manager that can screw the deal. I will be writing to Michael Colleran, Nissan Senior VP, Marketing and Sales of Nissan US. I think he would like to know the lack of integrity displayed at one of his dealerships, Sutherlin Nissan of Cape Coral.
The sales department are all Liars !! They will tell you ANYTHING to sell you a car, they will promise you something then when the deal is done totally go back on the deal. The GM IS A TOTAL SNAKE. He will lie straight to your face then turn around and say he never told you that. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! WE were paying cash for a certified pre-owned car & knew what we wanted...very easy to work with and pretty much met our price that we had in mind. After a bad experience at the Honda dealership in FM., who had no interest in working with us for some reason, stating they did not negotiate...?? we were pleasantly surprised by Sutherlin of Cape Coral. We live in the Cape so its closer to home anyway! Would highly recommend! LOVE THE CAR!
Went to Cape Coral Nissan with nothing but a tiny bit of hope. When I got there, first person to great me and my significant other, was Danny Saenz. I have no experience in purchasing cars, as this was my first purchase at a dealership. However, Danny was amazing! Danny made sure to explain everything in detail, he was happy to answer all questions and took his time with us. The service was pretty good, I was in and out within 4 hours, by far the quickest at Getting you in and out with a brand new car! Wasn’t even expecting to be able to get a car today, but they were able to manage! Willie helped with the sales part and Nacho was my financier. Even though it was super hot out, Willie was able to show me around to be able to find the perfect car for me. Nacho amazingly was able to get my payments lower than expected as well! 10/10 Recommend this Nissan dealership! I really had no complaints

I went with my parents car shopping- they’re almost ready to retire and they were looking for a “end of life” forever car. We walked around and honestly were there for 5+ hours. But I have to be honest: it was the best experience at a dealership ever. Everyone was nice but Danny Saenz went above and beyond for my family and me. When I tell you he did the impossible- he sure did- and got us my mom’s dream car for the best price ever. I visited cape coral sutherline nissan on 8/23/20. Thinking I wasnt even close to getting a used car much less an new car especially after having Honda of Ft Myers hit my not so perfect credit 14 times, low and behold not only did I walk out driving a financed brand new 2020 Nissan Altima with only only 6 miles on it, but also a super nice 2019 Nissan Sentra!!! These ppl at Cape Coral Nissan are absolutely amazing, patient and remarkable in everything they do!!! The finance guy Chris, he did everything he could to get me financed with little money down, not to mention he made me laugh like crazy thru a very stressful situation. waiting on approvals makes me nervous, but I was too busy laughing. David David, my sales guy was amazing and patient with all my mind changing and questions. Not to mention funny as hell too. These ppl are down to earth understanding patient and just plain awesome in every way and they made my first time car buying a memorable and happy experience. I wish I had come to them first. Honda of ft. Myers gave me the run around and have yet to call me and give me an answer, Id still be waiting today. Thanks my friends at Cape Coral Sutherlin Nissan! Buyer Beware !! Make sure you read the fine print when buying. DO NOT believe what they tell you, read the contract. I spent over 4 hours with two sales persons, who throughout the process told me, and showed me a 4 wheel drive new 2020 Armada. As I have owned 4 previous ones I did not test drive. After signing about 15 different forms, most of them minor unimportant notices, they saved the important one for last. I listened to what I was told and signed the papers without taking the time to read it. After taking the vehicle home I found it was NOT 4 wheel drive! I called three times, left a message and no return call. I emailed, no response. I called again and was given to a sales person and was told the Manager would call me back. Again no call. I would NEVER buy there again and suggest you take your business elsewhere.
Ed Bevan was the gentleman who helped me out. This guy was absolutely incredible. I’ve been shopping around for a while and had encounters with multiple different sales representatives from multiple different dealerships. Ed was incredibly informative, knowledgeable and very devoted to getting me a deal that was great for a car that was great for me. Unfortunately they only let you leave 5 stars because this kid deserves at least 10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are in the Cape Coral area that you speak to Ed Bevan!
Spoke with Melissa, the online consultant, and after I told her of the cars I wanted to see, she told me they were on the lot at Cape Coral Nissan. We arrived at the dealer after driving an hour from North Port only to be told: Well, I have something like that. And when I showed her the messages that show they said they would be on the lot, the woman said no, she didnt say that at all. Off to Cape Coral Kia we go. :)
Try another dealer this one hasn’t worked out the kinks yet! Normally you purchase a car and you drove it home and no problem. Not us since purchase on 12/19, as of today we have been back and forth four times! Way too stressful! Wanted to pay cash, they said better deal if you finance, we did and they added over $6,000 to contract. After they agreed to correct the contract numbers, they have yet to follow thru and that was 30 days ago. No one responds to emails or phone messages. Not finance department or GM have the decency to contact us.

Today I walked into Nissan praying to get a new or used car, I didn’t know it was going to be such an easy and fast process. Edward Bevan was such a great salesman and treated my husband and I with amazing hospitality! He made us feel super comfortable and we weren’t pressured what so ever to buy anything we didn’t want too! Such a great day at Sutherlin in the cape! Edward was awesome and we really appreciate him helping us pick out our brand new Sentra!
Lets start at the beginning, I have been looking for a specific make and model of a Nissan Sentra. I was doing my own research on Nissans website when I saw that Sutherlin Nissan of Cape Coral had it so I called them to confirm. The salesperson said that the specific one I was looking for was coming in the on their delivery the next day and had me schedule an appointment. They called me three times in less than 48 hours to confirm the appointment, after I had already confirmed it, which almost steered me away but against my better judgement I still went. My appointment was scheduled for after I got off work at 7pm. After I got there saw the car, submitted my trade for my existing car and started working on a deal I was informed that I couldnt have the car until the next day bc they had to finished getting it prepped and they had already taken my car as trade so I had to Uber home and was told Id be reimbursed but wasnt. I was only planning to put 4K down but the dealership insisted I put down 5500, but I only had 4900 and had to wrote out a promissory note saying Id let them withdrawal the other 600 at a later date. Almost two weeks after my initial sale date the dealership asked me to come back in again bc they messed up some wording in my paperwork. While there I asked the finance officer if they could hold my check for one additional week (still being within the original 30 days that were discussed) and I was told that was fine by the financing agent and approved by a manager. However they took the money earlier than what was promised, putting my account in the negative and causing me over draft fees. I wouldnt wish this experience on any! I love my car, but the whole buying experience was a sham!

I generally try to review places and leave positive and informative reviews for others to follow. This is one exception. This was the worst car shopping experience Ive had in my 50 years. We went there looking for a car that was advertised online. After spending 3 hours at the dealership and test driving two vehicles they set us down to give us the out the door price. The price they gave us was twice what was listed online because of the different fees. The car was listed for 5,9 and ended up after all their fees at 10,1. After letting the fourth person they had come talk to us know that we were very unhappy with the false advertising and the process, he agreed to drop the price to 7,8. After he came out of the office he said 8,8 right? I informed him that he had said 7,8 and so he went back and changed it to 7,8. We then sat down at the table to make our payment. After sitting there for about 15 minutes another manager came in and apologized and said that the salesperson had us test drive the wrong vehicle that was much much more expensive. That was when we left. The dishonesty, the bait and switch, the ineptitude of the whole process was extremely frustrating and I am a patient person.As a side note we ended up going to Mint Motors in Fort Myers (my wifes idea I had given up on dealerships completely and was just looking at personal sales) and had a completely different experience. Honest upfront pricing friendly people and attentive. We were there and purchased a vehicle in about an hour. Would highly suggest them.
We have been car shopping at several dealerships for many weeks now, and we have had by far the WORST experience at this dealership. We showed up after seeing a used car we were interested in on Auto Trader marked at $10k with a link to their site.After test driving the vehicle and confirming we were still interested, the salesperson assigned to us came back with a staggering number of $16k.When we asked why the dramatic increase in price, when its listed on AutoTrader for $10k, he said Thats a secondary website which has nothing to do with them. So to confirm further, we checked their ACTUAL Sutherlin Nissan Cape Coral dealership website... and the information was the same. The car was priced at $10k on THEIR website.As the salesperson became desperate, he began saying the reason for the price increase is because we dont qualify for the rebates meaning we dont have a Nissan credit card or other things of that sort. After a heated discussion and threatening to walk out, he asked what number we would be willing to pay. We said no more than the marked price and no room for negotiation. The salesman then went away to discuss again with his manager, and as we saw him walking back with said manager, we knew instantly no deal will be made here.Do not trust this dealership, they are using sleazy sale tactics to manipulate customers and inevitably rip them off. We highly recommend to not waste your time here and to go elsewhere to find your vehicle.
