After being completely ignored at Lowes and Home Depot while shopping for carpet, I decided to ask around for recommendations and Floor Mart came up several times. I went in and Sam greeted me immediately and I told him my budget for my pool bedroom, home office and home gym. He showed me several options and I found one I loved. When Sam came to measure my rooms, he showed up on time and it came in below budget. Adam, my installer, showed up on time also and did an excellent job installing the carpet. I am beyond happy and I highly recommend Floor Mart!!!! Thank you, Floor Mart, Sam and Adam for making this flawless. My rooms look amazing!!! FYI...Sam called yesterday to see if I was happy with my decision, that is a definite YES! Wondering if Home Depot or Lowes would have called????? I think NOT!!!

I had heard of Floor Mart from a neighbor who had work done by them several years ago. He highly recommended them so my wife and I went over to shop for a new floor for our house. We met with Sam, who was an excellent listener, and showed us tons of samples and encouraged us to take home several different samples to compare in our house. After deliberating for a weekend we decided on a beautiful luxury vinyl planking floor. We then had Sam select the molding that was to go around the kitchen cabinets. It was a perfect match and highlighted both the floor and the cabinets. Sam was accommodating in all aspects of the job and even stayed late on a Saturday when the store was closing so we could select samples. I would highly recommend Floor Mart for their prices and the people they employ like Sam who go the extra mile to satisfy the customer!

Upon entering we were greeted with a smile. We never felt pressured and Sam was very helpful. Our problem was deciding which floor to go with since there were a lot of nice products to choose from.

Dave came out quickly to measure and provided a fantastic price the very next day. Installation was within a few days. The guys who installed my carpet were polite, professional and did a fantastic job. Great price, people and workmanship. Thanks Dave.

We had a great experience with Floor-Mart. Nick and Sam made the experience extremely easy and smooth. Nick came and measured and with the help of Sam we picked out materials a few days later. They were able to schedule us within one week. On the install day, they moved the furniture, took out the old carpet, installed the new floor and quarter round within 7-8 hours. They did a fantastic job and the price was great as well. The entire experience from start to finish was stress free and easy. I would recommend Floor-Mart for anyone looking for new flooring and install.

This is my opinion of my experience with floor mart.I had a tile floor put in by floor mart recently.I have had problems with the install from day one. I have reached out several times to Jeff (the salesman) and we have set dates many times for someone to come out to address my major floor issues. Every time a date was set for someone to come out, they have NO CALLED/NO SHOWED. After reaching out to Jeff for the final time (about the last no call/no show) appointment, he totally dismissed my frustration and actually THANKED ME for my criticism. How about an apology for the issues with my brand new floor and all the time I waisted waiting for a fix???This has been a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.UPDATE TO REPLY: My overhang is sufficient and my lania is certainly not draining properly (see photos below)

I had a great experience from day 1 after speaking with Sam! He was in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. The crew that came to do the job (that includes carpet, some tile replacement, tile removal, and vinyl flooring throughout the entire living room, dining and kitchen) was complete in pretty much 1 day! I wanted to purchase vinyl flooring. The store took payment in full and when the materials were being loaded, they only had half of the order. We were told that the selected flooring was sold to someone else the same time as me but I could have the remainder the following day. The salesman Jeff never called with any update or status...we had to call him....still no flooring...this was on Wednesday the 17th. By Thursday the 18th I decided to cancel the entire transaction. Their materials were returned, and IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND....Almost $1,900.00... very frustrated .... I will add that the manager did offer a decent discount for the trouble. I thought that was courteous. Im sure this isnt a common occurance, just happened to be my experience. Really hoping my money is returned soon.

We purchased a whole condo full of Vinyl Planking. They even arranged to have it delivered to our place in North Carolina. Dave went out of his way to make sure the delivery made it on time. These are good people to work with. Very Happy, thank you again.

Refused to give me credit for a box of tile saying it was a special order when the sales person said they had 5,000 sqf in stock.The order was delived to the wrong address, wich by the way i had to go to the erroneous address and pick it up myself.If you are willing to deal with the headache to save on the overall cost of the project, then i recommend it.They are a bunch of good people, they just needs to be more reliable.Not very professional to tell a client to go shopping somewhere else, because the owner didnt like the comment

Also, I dont know why he would leave his furniture on his lanai for two weeks. We never told him to move it. One transition piece came in with a crack, so we reordered.If you would like to read honest reviews about our company, please check out Angies List. There are over 50 reviews by actual customers (Bob Garcia was not, he is a competitor). Floor Mart has now won Super Service Awards for 2012, 2013, and 2014. This award is only given to the top 5% of businesses in the country.We are a family business and value our reputation. We walked in the door and were greeted by Jeff he was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. We purchased some very high quality carpet for a very reasonable price. And Jeff sent a carpet installer named Adam who was just excellent with the installation. Anytime I have ever had carpet installed my baseboard would need to be touched up, it would get scratched during installation! Adam was fantastic he took his time installing the carpet correctly no scratches on my baseboard amazing! We are very satisfied and would highly recommend FLOOR MART to our friends and family!

My husband and I received exceptional service from the second we entered the door. Jeff helped us pick out the perfect carpet, and even ordered some special samples for us. He came to our house and measured how much carpet we needed and was very accommodating throughout the entire process. The installer, Adam, was very nice, extremely thorough and did a great job installing the carpet. We are very pleased with the entire staff that we worked with, and are happy we chose Floormart for our carpet.

The gentlemen who came and installed our carpet and linoleum were very polite and professional. They worked quickly and diligently to get the job done. We were a little less than ready when they arrived and they had to work around a bit of our mess without one complaint. Quality of the carpet and linoleum is good and the price is right. We purchased new carpet for master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms last January. We recently noticed both guest rooms, which are only used during the Christmas holiday, have stretched in several different areas. The master bedroom has no issues and looks fine. We were told they only guarantee installation for a year and suggested that maybe we used a wheel chair on carpet and or moved furniture around, both of which are false. We were informed they would charge us 75.00 to stretch carpet. Very disappointed in service and will not shop there again as obviously there is a issue with the installation of the carpet as one room has no issues. Buyer beware!

I purchased my tile from Floor Mart at a cost lower than anywhere else I could find. I tiled my entire home and Tile Mart was professional and easy to work with. Although I did not use their labor, the materials were better quality and lower price than huge box stores. I will defiantly use them again.Google reviewers are smart enough to see that one bad customer is bitter and needs to move on.

This is the worst Company to deal with. Carpet was owner Nick is very rude and nasty will not do anything to correct the matter that is with the carpet that we’re having problems with I put a dispute against my card on them and he has a foul mouth he cursed at me and said he was putting a lien against my home for $200 that I disputed on the bill he broke a chair candlestick holder and still has not corrected the matter on the rug Do NOT GO To THIS place Yeah located at 307 North E. 2nd Pl., Cape Coral, FL 33909 they are the biggest rip off’s going And he had the nerve to say to me they was going to put a lien against me for $200

CUSTOMER BEWARE! We tiled our whole house with Floor-Mart and it was the worst experience we have ever had with any company, period. The owner, Nick Boss, will spin a web of excuses, half-truths and flat out lies rather than taking ownership for multiple mistakes. We have pictures of the way our home was left (trash, cigarette butts, old carpet nail strips laying around, pieces of tile in our grass, food wrappers inside and outside the house, empty cans, etc.) as well as the “quality” of work we were left with. Do your homework and go with a reputable company with an honest, professional owner and salespeople instead of Floor-Mart! ** The money off Mr. Boss was referring to was $500 off a $14,700 total...less than the 5% coupon they have on Angies List. If you read the responses from this owner here and other websites with reviews- it reveals the type of businessman he is. Please feel free to email me for pictures of the job that was done, the condition our house was left in and the color of grout I chose from the beginning of the job (from the brochure they provided) compared to what we were left with.

Some close friends of mine spent quite a large sum of money at this business and not only received poor quality workmanship and product, but poor treatment by the owner of this company. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

We couldnt be more pleased with our experience with Floor Mart. Chuck walked us through the dizzying array of tiles and options, and then visited our home to see the layout and make recommendations. When it was time for the installation, the crew (Edwin Arias, Nelson Izaguirre, Yobany Arias and Jose Ventura) carefully relocated our furniture before beginning to laying the tile. The workmanship was perfect, the crew cleaned up completely after the tiling was done, and replaced our furniture perfectly after all was complete. Additionally, the crew was polite and considerate of our needs during the operation. And like the professionals that they are, after the job was complete, except for the fact that the house looked great, you could not tell that they had been on the premises following their excellent cleanup. Hats off to a great experience.

I am not a customer of Floor Mart, nor do I ever plan to buy anything from them. Some close friends of mine had a horrible experience with shoddy workmanship and when they complained, they were met with a barrage of abuse and bullying. The owner called the wife a hysterical woman, demanding, etc, and called the husband a dick. In reading posts from other users on google, yelp, and Facebook, the owner/admin of the pages has no qualms calling out past customers. He said one lady lived in a pig sty. He called my friend a dick. He claimed another person was a competitor and therefore, a liar. When I posted on Facebook, his response not only called out my friend, but also stated it was no wonder ___s friends are still single. Yikes! Now, heres the deal. Aside from the fact that Im actually engaged, how does my marital status have ANYTHING to do with the company, its product, or its workmanship? The more I hear about this company, the more I can see how unprofessional they are and how tacky and class-less they are. Their rude comments to me, and to others, reflect on them as a company. I am not single. My friend is not a hysterical woman. Her husband is not a dick. The other clients did not deserve the libel written by the owner, the name calling, or the rude comments.No, I am not a customer. No, I wont ever be a customer here. Yes, I will share my friends experience AND add in my own as the owner attempted to belittle me because I believe the companys responses to negative reviews is a clear reflection of who they are as people and as a company. And who they are as people is petty, unprofessional, and not anyone with whom I would want to do business. I used to live in Florida and have many contacts there, so I feel it is my civic responsibility to inform them, via social media, about this companys lack of integrity. I have posted on Facebook and have heard, so far, from several friends who plan to NOT use Floor-Mart for their rental properties or for their homes.
