I just placed an order for materials to remodel our second bathroom with James Kelly. He was so helpful on our first job that we are more confident in doing another one. Direct Flooring has great products to choose from and I was delighted with how our first project turned out. I selected porcelain wall tile, accent glass tile and waterproof vinyl flooring for the first remodel . So happy with the result I ordered everything again from James. He is very helpful in making selections.

We had purchased carpet and laminate flooring from Direct Flooring in the past and were very satisfied with these. So this time, we purchased tile from them for our Master and Guest Bath re-tile projects. Staff was great to work with in helping me select what I had in mind, prices were very reasonable and quick turnaround on my order. Very pleased with the results. They even helped with getting an installer.

Just had my master bedroom carpeting replaced with vinyl flooring from Direct Flooring. They did a fantastic job. Very professional by removing furniture, removing old carpeting, and installing new flooring. When finished, which was done in remarkable time, the cleanup was spotless, and furniture returned to original place. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

When I needed to replace all of the carpet in my condo I started researching local businesses. Direct Flooring had the best reviews so I decided to stop in and check them out. The owner, Jeff, was friendly, helpful and gave me the best price. Just over a week later my carpet was installed by Dale and Ethan. The were early to start and got right to work. You dont even need explanation to know this is a family owned company, and it shows in their dedication and customer service in making sure me and my husband really got EXACTLY what we wanted. We were looking to renovate for months but never got the courage until we stepped foot in this place. Now were doing the whole house! Theyre extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with delivery of materials and installation. Even installation crew was some of the top workers Ive ever seen. How do you find an honest, reasonable priced flooring dealer? Big box you pay for all the middle men! I am a MN snowbird looking for carpeting for an older house. Direct was recommended by our realtor. Confusion on our first quote from Craig but he quickly corrected it. Good quality carpet/flooring at very reasonable prices! Craig installed it like a pro! My wife and I shopped at this establishment for flooring, not knowing what type we should buy, James was very helpful in pointing the features, advantage and benefits of the different types available. Greatly helping us decide which one will best suit our needs. No pressure, and gave us samples to take home to help us with our decision. Everyone we encountered there was friendly and helpful .The gentleman that drove the forklift was a pleasant man and helped us load the car. All in all every aspect of the purchase was done efficiently, friendly and with competence. My wife and I installed 1,100 square feet of laminate flooring and it looks beautiful and we are no spring chickens . My wife 64 and I 68. Getting the first 3 rows was a little bit of a challenge but once we got past that everything went smoothly. We even bought the baseboard molding from them too and installed it.

Here is the floor that Chris Owens that Jeff recommended to install our life proof floor. This the great floor we were left with. Jeff thought Craig another installer could patch these areas. Let me know what you think. This is only after a year. Also after we received the invoice we found out that Chris Ownens is working without a license actually any license to do any work. Google this license CRC1331267 and found all the other ones that he no longer has. So this is the evidence we will be presenting in our breach of contract lawsuit against Jeff Shawver and Christopher Ownens. It may take us awhile longer to sell our house with the dangerous condition it is in. But it will be worth it when justice is served.

I have renovated several homes and worked with many different flooring companies, including the big box stores, and by far, I have been the most impressed by Jeff and company at Direct Flooring. They were not only friendly and very knowledgeable when it came to the products I was interested in, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to make the right choice by going out of their way to get the samples to me so I could view them in my new Florida home. Jeff and James are beyond amazing. I went into his store to get some flooring for our home. They showed me exactly what I wanted. Instead of going with them I went against my better judgement and decided to go with another store because We knew someone that worked there. I ran into major problems with the other store from charging me a ridiculous amount of money and not even getting the floor I ordered to overcharging me on flooring so they could pocket the extra. I finally mustered up the courage and called Jeff to explain what had happened. Instead of turning me away Jeff helped me every step of the way even though the problem wasnt his. He communicated with me back and forth and was able to get me in the right direction. Within days I was able to get the correct flooring. Jeff has been a huge help to me and I truly couldnt ask for a better flooring company. We still communicate to this day. If you ever need flooring go directly to Jeff. Direct Flooring installed the flooring in our condo and after two years it still looked like new, a testament to the excellent quality of the flooring and the installation. We just moved and without question had them install the flooring in our new house. We were in a time crunch and Jeff came through in ordering the floor and having Craig come out to measure the job. Wanted to carpet stairs at my mother’s place BEFORE LISTING FOR SALE and working through local folks (she is a “snowbird”) we connected with Jeff/James and worked out a price for job. At first we spent weeks working with Lowes on trying to get our flooring completed.We even paid money to get an estimate that was not done correctly...so we went over to Direct Flooring.. We were able to buy our flooring, at a better price, and also have all our questions answered and even installation set up and ready to go in less than 20 minutes! The owner was there on a Saturday to personally handle the sale he gave us great pricing, loaned us a flooring cutter, and was very supportive in our whole project.

Based on a recomendation from Nate at Cabinet Genies we decided to drive out to Direct Flooring. From the first minute when we walked in at closing time and Jeff said to take our time and look we knew this was not Lowes, or Lumber Liquidators. We wound up coming back 4 times to talk, get a smaple, and then decided to look at carpets also. We were redoing our kitchen in Cape Coral. We had waited 20 years to be able to do this. We knew we had to do a new floor from the front oddr, through kitchen and family room and down hallway. We knew we wnated wood. Jeff showed us the perfect Maple floor. When we found out the price was LESS than Lunber Liquidators. We also said we should redo the carpet in the 3 bedrooms since it was 20 years old.We both work in the visual arts and can be very discerning, plus we had 20 years to think about this renovation.Jeff hooked us up with his best installer Craig Miland, he came over to the house and measured everything. He was very professional.We did our due dilligence and looked around but kept coming back to Direct Flooring.We ordered the floor and carpet from them. They held it for us until we were ready for Craig to Install. He has installed the Maple floor and the carpet goes in soon.The floor looks Amazing. Our experience with Direct Flooring was wonderful. Jeff and the staff were very cooperative with our desire to pick the right flooring for us. We took several sample home on two separate occasions. Removal of tile from our 26 year old floors was done in one day with minimal dust because the contractor had a vacuum with a hepa filter attached to his chipper. Floor installation by Craig Inland was very fast(2days immediately following the tile removal) and the result was fantastic. We would highly recommend Direct Flooring.
