Best boba tea in town. Excellent serviceUPDATE: a month a go I had posted the above review and rated it a 5 star unfortunately I took my mother today for a tea and an associate name: Olivia was very disrespectful. Refused to take my order because she claimed the floor was wet and that I need to wait 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes she still did not clean the floor and refused to take my order. Another worker laughing in the background as Olivia refused to take the order. I am very disappointed because I honestly enjoy their drinks but I will not recommend this location again.

Amazing! I’ve never had better milk tea before. Their cotton candy milk tea and peach fruit tea are incredible! I highly recommend you try anything on their menu!

Hello, me and family go to your shop quite often. The drinks are always spot on. They never disappoint. However, I have on complaint. All of the employees are lovely. They welcomely say hello and ask how my day is. Expect one person. She has short red hair. She’s extremely rude. When I go to order she stares and judges me and rudely asks what my order is. Once I tell her she looks at me rudely again and turns away abruptly. I wait for my drink and once it finally finished, the red hair person is the one to give it to me. I always say “Thank you!.” Or “Have a nice day!” And she looks at me rudely again and turns away without saying anything. She seems like she hates her life and her job. She ruins my day and my Ara Vita experience.

This place has such cute decoration, so when I walked in I was anticipating a delicious iced cold brew. There was the cold brew machine right at the counter so I asked if they have cold brew because it wasn’t on the menu. They said no. I ordered my drink and they said they were out of cream. What kind of coffee shop is out of cream? It also took an excessive amount of time to brew the coffee, which came out sour. I had high hopes, but was extremely disappointed.

Celebrated our daughter birthday starting with a Bubbly drink!The server was great at helping us understand the process and the kids loved their drinks. We will be back!

The tea tastes good but the boba is always undercooked I’ve tried them a few times now always hoping that it was just an accident the time before. It ruins the drink… maybe they don’t use a pressure cooker to make their boba? Idk but it’s bad. I drank the tea and left all the boba. I bit one in half so you can see how hard and dry it is on the inside.

I stopped by there this morning to get my daughter a smoothie after getting dental work done. We had a great experience. The drinks we got was very good. Great customer service. The place was very clean. We will definitely come back when we are down that way.

The employees were incredibly rude, creating an unwelcoming environment. My girlfriend and I walked in, saw/heard the employees talking about us in a derogatory manner, and promptly left without ordering after the experience. We will not be returning to this establishment. For a company that pushes friendly customer service everywhere, the employees my girlfriend and I experienced today were not anywhere close to on par with the standard of the business.

I was so excited to go to a boba place. But I wasn’t happy worth the result. I ordered coconut boba with black pears but the coconut tasted like watermelon and cotton candy. The black pears did not have the syrup with them. I wasn’t happy.

Workers were not friendly at all. I walked in and did not feel welcomed at all. I asked for recommendation and the two emo workers gave me a look and just pointed above. The drinks were not that bad but terrible customer service ruined the my first experince here.

Ive been here many times and it never fails. The milk tea is amazing, with many selections, and the boba is just as good!!!

Tried today and wow! 🥰 the green tea with pineapple and peach and then lychee popping bubbles 👏🏼 so good! My daughter loved hers, too! Clean place with an instagram wall 👀 staff was also nice. We will be back soon 👍

They serve smoothies, bubble teas and coffee.Bubble teas are all the rage in asian countries. They come in a large healthy varieties.At the bottom and thru out are little orbs of tapioca and other flavors in your drinks.I have tried quite a few in the past but I am not a big fan.I tried the coffee here. It was very reasonable priced 16 oz. buck fifty. Smooth and delish.The staff Brea & Caitlyn were wonderful.I will definitely be back for more.

Really wanted to like this place. As an avid boba drinker, I was very excited about their location and selection- particularly the green apple flavoring. However, the tapioca just isn’t right. It ruined the entire drink for me. It was hard and dry, instead of nice and chewy. It was a disappointing experience, might give them another shot in the future to see if the popping boba is any better but as of now I’m displeased.

Ive visited several times since they opened recently. Service has been great every time, usually it is quiet and empty but over the past few weeks their business has been ramping up so its been getting a little busy depending on when you come.Lots of flavors to try, my favorites are the blended green tea and Thai tea so far. Really thrilled to have a dedicated bubble tea spot in the area.

Really want to like this place and have this as my go-to-place for boba tea, unfortunately my wife and I have been disappointed several times already. The number one issue is the boba pearls. Its either too soft and soggy or undercooked and too hard. The flavors are just ok, some taste a little bit off. My wife is from Hawaii where boba drinks are very popular and she cant find any made with fresh fruit instead of powder and where the black tapioca pearls are perfectly cooked. I recommend taking a sip of your drink there to make sure your drink is good so you dont have to waste money and throw it away after tasting it at home.

I went to AraVita to pick up a few bubble teas for myself, my husband, and my kids. This was the first place that Ive read good reviews about for bubble tea, so I decided to try it! It is pretty far SW Cape, and the opposite direction from everywhere I typically go, but for good reviews, its worth it!I bubble/boba teas are basically milk or iced tea, with little tapioca balls (boba) that float to the bottom. The regular boba is black boba, and it is exactly that, a black ball of chewy tapioca. Some people prefer to swallow them with the tea, but I like to chew them while I drink :). AraVita has flavored popping boba as well. The popping boba are not my favorite--I prefer regular chewy black boba. The difference is that the outer shell of the boba ball is really think, and with slight pressure, they pop in your mouth with whichever flavor you chose.Rody, the manager, was really outgoing and personable! He was very helpful in deciding what to get my husband (whos never tried bubble tea before). We decided on a lemonade based tea, with mango and strawberry flavor and popping boba added. Rody asked how sweet he likes drinks, to help adjust the amount of sweetness in the drink.I got the cotton candy flavored milk tea for my kids, with rectangular shaped rainbow jellies. It was good, but I think next time I would make it lemonade based, with strawberry and mango popping boba. My kids would probably like the taste of it more :).All in all, there are so many options of bubble tea to try, and Rody was GREAT and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back for my next bubble tea craving. If you dont like a flavor of your drink, you can just tell the staff and they will help customize it to be sweeter, less sweet, or whatever you like!

The drinks were delicious but there were no masks OR gloves and all places that serve food, Corona or not should have gloves. The employee touched our money and proceeded to make the drink. Not very hygienic but the actual boba was good. Just a little overpriced.

Coffee was very good but they could have like some Danish to go with the coffee or bagels. Service was good. Croissant could have been fresher.

This tea was gross! It isnt bubble tea at all! My bf and I were not pleased! The boba was made out of liquid!? Those bubbles are meant to be made out of tapioca. Really wierd and bad experience of boba tea! Wont come here again! >.

One word, disappointed. I was hoping this place would be my go to for bubble tea, alas it is not. The service was prompt and courteous but the product was subpar. Also, the boba was undercooked, too hard.

This place is SO cute and SO clean! Fun board games. Relaxing atmosphere. The BEST bubble tea Ive had in a LONG time! SO many options, seriously hundreds of possible combinations. Great location with lots of parking.

I loved this place. I’ve been twice, and have tried both their cinnamon and s’mores lattes. Phenomenal! They also had great snack options. My younger siblings were very excited about the different bubble teas available here as well.

So excited to have this close to home. The drinks have all been delicious, the staff has been very polite and friendly. Love seeing the people sitting and playing games or just talking. Great local place to hang out and have a great drink and snack. Keep up the great work.

It took a good 10 minutes to get a drink. The cupcakes were so dry along with a topping of crusty icing. The tables werent wiped down from previous customers. The inside looks so nice and bright with cute decor!

I’ve enjoyed coming to buy bubble tea multiple times and from what an say is that the Thai tea is very good but I wouldn’t get it iced again because it’s hard to reach the pearls from the bottom. Also, the tapioca pearls were disappointing because they are not sweet and there isn’t a mango milk tea like other stores. One last thing is that the milk teas can be very sweet like the guava that can be a bit overbearing. Thank you

Very nice local coffee shop with a nice variety of beverages including bubble teas. Prices were very good as well. If youre vising the area, go here instead of the Dunkin thats in the same plaza!

I had no knowledge of Boba/Bubble tea prior to entering this place. But the lady at the register was very helpful in helping me decide and even offered to make me a different on if I didnt like the first combo I picked. I did like it immensely! Cookies n cream with black Boba!

I got the honeydew iced milk tea with strawberry and mango boba and it was great but unfortunately by my fourth sip I was pretty much finished with my entire 32oz drink. It’s really disappointing that I paid $10 for a drink that was gone that fast. It was PACKED with ice.

Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. If I was rating on these twoCategories only I would give a 4.However, we were the only 2 guests in the restaurant, ordered 2 Cafe con Leche (my fiancé did enjoy) and 2 grilled sandwiches.The sandwiches took over 25 minutes to complete.The amount of meat was minimal, still cold and cheese barely melted.We will not be back for food, but if we go back for their specialty bubble tea we will leave a different review.

We were not happy with our initial drink order of the Thai tea (wayyy too sweet) but after a pleasant phone call with Rody he apologized and invited us back to sample other flavors and offered to remake our drinks personally. Rody recommended the Lavender tea, which turned out delicious! Glad we decided to try again instead of just getting a refund!

This place is really nice. The staff worker was kind. I got a strawberry boba tea which I didnt really like that much, but now I know! I tried my boyfriends cookies n cream boba tea and it tasted so yummy and sweet. I personally really like the black tapioca pearls. They had Toy Story 2 playing on a projector which is really entertaining. They also have some board games you can play with in a yellow cubby. This place is really nice and clean! I loved it!

I stopped by because I was craving a banana peanut butter smoothie. The staff was friendly and honestly it was the best smoothie Ive had in a long time 😋

This was my 1st experience with Boba tea. I was timid and a little aprehensive to the idea but the manager and staff did a fantastic job explaining and making a recommendation. The tea and cookies were fantastic. Well be back to try more. The overall enviroment and games for the kids were the icing on the cake.

AraVita is terrible. The worst bubble tea & iced frappe I’ve ever had in my whole life.The bubble tea was too sweet, the boba tasted like nothing and was raw. It doesn’t even taste like bubble tea. The frappe has no flavour.I felt sick after a few sips of both. Don’t waste your money here, I was so disappointed I wanted to cry.I read that there was positive reviews and it’s hard to believe people said good things.Even small Chinese restaurants in Canada have spectacular bubble tea compared to this... and BUBBLE TEA ISN’T EVEN THEIR SPECIALITY.I thought that type of bubble tea was the worst but this place proved me wrong. At least I could drink that type of bbt and not get sick.Cape Coral or even Fort Myers is in desperate need of a decent, let alone good bubble tea place.

Finally a boba tea place in the Cape! Not only do they sell boba, they also sell coffee, smoothies, and pastries. There are plenty of customizeable options for boba tea including popping bobas, jellies, various milk and fruit flavors, alternative milk options (soy, almond and coconut), and the option to mix flavors together. They have good hours (most other places close super early). The service was extremely nice and explained everything well. The shop itself was clean and cozy. I had a blended cookies and cream boba tea with tapioca pearls. The base of the drink was fantastic. It was well-mixed and tasted amazing. My only complaint is that the tapioca could have been chewier as it felt like it wasnt properly cooked. However, this could be due to the fact I came in pretty late. I will definitely come back and give the tapioca another shot, but the drinks themselves are good either way. :)*Came back a few more times and the tapioca is good now!
