This was my first time visiting any Pearle Vision and let me say, I am so glad I did! The staff was amazing and so helpful. The location is brand new and super nice. I love the fact how knowledgeable and efficient the staff was. The two gentlemen working in the front were so awesome! (Sorry I couldnt remember your names.) My eye doctor, Dr. Chan was the BEST! I absolutely am satisfied with my experience and will be returning in the future.

Pearle Vision Cape Coral is awesome. Dr Green was very common sense and thorough. The frame selection was amazing. I walked out with everything I was hoping for without feeling like I paid too much. Its a great location, great staff, wonderful service. Ill be recommending Pearle Vision to my friends and family for sure!!!

I went in on a Saturday after waiting a couple weeks for my appointment. The eye doctor, although informative, lacked any bedside manner. She seemed annoyed and a bit degrading. Despite this, Pearle Vision is known for its quality. I ordered my glasses 2 weeks ago. Im STILL waiting. This survey got to me before my glasses did so I cant even comment on that experience. I called them and they had me go to their voicemail during regular business hours. I received a text right after, in hopes of getting my glasses but instead it was acknowledgment of my call and to please ask any questions. I askedI for a status on my glasses and m still waiting. This is my only day off. Needless to say I am disappointed. I even waited to fill this out in hopes of giving a better review but honestly, this is my experience. I just saw an ad for them. 2 glasses for $78. Mine cost over $400 with my insurance. Just not sure what else to say at this point.

I am so happy we found a wonderful office so close to home. Dr. Green was absolutely amazing with my two children. She was patient, personable and kind. It was very obvious that she cares about her patients and their eye health.The staff were considerate, knowledgeable and very welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of frames. They had numerous designer frames to select from instead of low-quality, budget frames.We will certainly be back! Weve found our new choice family optometry practice!

I have always had a great experience. Everyone is extremely accommodating. A big shout out to Lester as he really has the knack to pick out just the right glasses frame. This experience was like none other, since i entered the office the professionalism was outstanding. Lester treated my spouse and i very carefully listened to details and was very efficient. Dr. Len Brown was outstanding with his professional service and his passion as he performed our eye exams. i recommend Pearle vision to all. you will not regret it. oh! and they carry the best eyeglass models and styles in town in my own opinion, were very excited with the choice we made of Pearle Vision

I’m a HUGE fan of Travis as he’s always so very kind whenever I need anything. Dr Chan is the best optometrist I’ve ever had on top of it and I’ve been wearing glasses for over half my life. I’m so happy I randomly decided to stop in today with my mother and can’t wait for my new spectacles!

Top notch service! Very nice and professional staff. Extremely helpful with all my questions and great selection of frames and lenses. I didnt even need to get my eyes dilated as they use top of line technology to exam eye health. For the eye exam, lights were on the whole time by using a monitor and not old school projector. Ill be back with my family members and tell all my friends.

Not only did he help me pick out a new pair of glasses, but he offered to fix my existing superglued frames. Very pleased!

Lester was very professional and helpful at guiding me towards the perfect pair of eye glasses! I felt very welcomed and like they were trying to create a good experience from the moment I walked in until I left and after with a phone call. With COVID going on it was clear that they are practicing safety, sanitation and social distancing at this location.

What a fantastic group of people. Everyone was extremely pleasant and informative. All the staff including the Dr took the time to expalin my options and recommended several options for treatmen . I am a difficult case, and everyone worked with me to get me my personal best results. Most importantly NO PUSHY SALES. Thank you for the solving my issues today professionally.

Our shopping experience with Lester at your shop was one of the most positive weve had this entire pandemic!

I brought in my prescription,all I needed were lenses, already had my silhouette frames. I paid 576.00 with a credit card, asked for a receipt, they told me takes too much time right now, I will get when I pick up my glasses in 10 days. Well, on the 15th day, no one ever called me, I went in and,yes my glasses were in the back, but still had to be put together. I left, came back, got my glasses. I asked for my receipt and was told the computer wasnt working right, they would email my receipt, two days passed, no receipt, i called and Lester(Very nice, not my salesperson), emailed my receipt. Soooo, what do ya think? Yep, a 34.95 protection plan, that i was never told about, nor asked if i even wanted, never mentioned. After all this, i was livid. Bottom line, i went over there and turned in my lenses and got my money back. How deceitful, not to mention illegal. Shame on them. Will never do business with pearl vision again Back to square one!!
