I’ve been having issues with dry skin, patchiness and breakouts lately on my face and have tried so many products. Nothing was working or it seemed to make my skin worse! Margaret the esthetician helped me pick out the right products that I needed. She told me to try a gift set from Dermologica and see how I liked it. Well I finished it! My skin is now much smoother and starting to become clearer. I went back again but to buy the full size products and to ask her advice on what to use to reduce acne scars that I already had and she point me to the right place along with some SPF cream. She was very helpful and informative on what to give me! Thank you Margaret for your big help!!! Saved me time and money on buying the right products!!

Such great customer service, so good I spent over $300.00 and I rarely wear makeup lol. My daughter had her college grad pics coming up and we went in to get some items to match her gown, like nail polish and eye shadow. We had such great help we had almost $300 bucks of stuff we couldnt live without! Seriously though, the staff is great, store is super well organized, clean and really well stocked.

Came here today after a couple years of just doing my makeup with whatever junk I just had laying around... finally was ready for a complete upgrade on mostly every makeup product I had, so it’s safe to say I had tons of questions. Three different women helped me today (I wish I’d gotten their names!) walking me around the store and helping me pick brand-new products WITH my price range in mind. Usually I just feel like beauty store employees are there to get me to buy the most expensive things, but after telling one of the women that I don’t want to break the bank, she led me to the cheaper makeup and helped me pick all of the highest quality lower-priced makeup that she knew of. I was patiently color matched for both my skin and eyebrows, shown swatches, given explanations of different products, recommended products that the employees themselves loved, and so on.... all of this done with amazing attitudes, fun conversation, and what seemed to be a genuine interest in helping me out. Honestly it made my day!I don’t usually ask for help when I go into ulta, I just wing it. But from now on I will always ask- all of the products I used were literally perfect for me! Changed my whole game!! And no wonder, because the employees were asking me lots of questions about my skin type, my specific wants, etc.... incredible! I also don’t typically write reviews EVER, but I just wanted to say... thank you so much!!!!!♥️♥️♥️

Service was less than great quoted something to be on sale only to be told staff member was wrong and that their tags are wrong most of the time? How is that the customers fault..no remorse or offer to make things right. Second item purchased and next to the sign for all colors a sale item but turned out it was for one specific color had to really study the tag to see that. Poor service from such a big chain. Rather disappointing.

I went to Ulta on a recommendation of a grocery clerk. I had no idea Ulta had a beauty salon. My appointment was with Luz. She asked what I wanted for a haircut and when she was done she did exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend her. She listened to what I wanted and it was perfect! Ive never walked out of a salon feeling so comfortable and content with a new haircut! Awesome job!

I used to love this place and now I’m very disappointed. Yesterday I went in to check on some hair products with my mother and I noticed this skinny blonde haired lady following me and my mom, she even approached us to ask us what we needed help with, I told her and she pointed out at the products I was already looking at. I said thank you for you help and she just walked away without saying anything. At first I thought she was on something and then I just noticed she was everywhere I was. I didn’t see anybody else being followed, just me and my mom. I don’t know what her problem was, if it was because Im young or if it is because I’m Latina and she thought we were going to steal something. I hate it because I love going to the store, but I won’t be returning.

Does not carry Aveeda products. I was in the store looking at every isle and not one consultant said hello much less may I help you. I was in the store over 15 minutes. Never let a customer leave a store without offering assistance since that is why the beauty consultants are there, to help.

Requiring a mask to shop in store but not providing masks for customers. I have no problem wearing a mask if requested by the store however if its a requirement you should have masks available for customers like other store that require a mask.Guess I will be shopping elsewhere for my cosmetics and hair products which is fine there are plenty other options.

I will never go to Ulta again for any salon service. I know mistakes happen but how do you double book a hairstylist. I called to make my appointment and received my confirmation text Message. When I get there they tell me that they don’t know how two people were double book. Well obviously they messed up and don’t want to own up to it. No apology was given and the woman who I spoke to did not want to deal with me. Did not even look at me to acknowledge me.

U cant test if a color is right for you...... If you touch anything you have five people running up to you not to touch anything...

This is a very professional looking place and they have everything you could want. The only problem i have is that I am a licensed cosmetologist and they do not give you any discounts. Thats a problem I will not shop there because of this

I had my hair coloring done by Alec and he was PHENOMENAL! Ive been to other Ulta Salons in Florida and he has been the only stylist who explained everything he was doing, the reason why certain options were better than others, and let me choose which colors I wanted based on my skin tone and his recommendations. I came in with a picture of highlights that I wanted and he made sure he recommended a few choices of colors that matched me specifically and was as close to the picture I brought in. He did such an awesome job and my hair looks way better than the picture I brought in. He really knows his stuff and Im so happy I went to him to liven up my hair! The store itself is really clean, however like others have posted, the birthday gift is non-existent at this location. The cashier scanned my coupon and said I dont have anymore birthday gifts without even seeing if she had any. If she knew, she shouldnt have scanned the coupon. Now I have to find another Ulta and hope the coupon works after already being scanned.

Took my daughter here to get some makeup. The store and the staff seemed nice enough. I personally cant stand being told I have to wear a mask. Last time I checked Im still an American, Im still free and I have the right to choose. Maybe its time we let our money do the talking and start boycotting businesses that require masks when they arent mandated by law.

Ulta has a good selection of stuff across all price bands. Finally are carrying Sunday Riley, which has a great line up of face products. Started seeing more of the buy direct stuff their lately (Madison Reed, Meaningful Beauty, stuff like that) which I think is interesting.

Went in for a trim, lost 4 inches. My hair was healthy, but needed a trim to keep it healthy. I went in and told the stylist I need to keep it in a ponytail at work and I wanted an inch off the bottom and some long layers. She cut it too short, especially in the front, and wouldnt stop when I told her too. Then my layers are abrupt. They are not smooth. It looks like a three year old cut my hair. Curly hair is forgiving, but not that forgiving. The stylist said that is how other people like it, as though that made it better. Now My only choice for the next 3-6 months is a tight ponytail and headaches.

Top of the Beauty Spot to go for all your beauty needs. They are always willing to help and they have great ideas and great recommendations. Also if something doesnt work for you they are very good about allowing you to do exchanges or returns.

This is the only place that my wife will allow to touch her hair. She buys all of her makeup here too. Very friendly staff and very competitive priced on a lot of things. They make my wife happy and thats all that matters to me.

This is the candy shop for all ladies looking for makeup hair supplies perfume whatever you need its there. Love shopping at Ulta. I especially love during the holidays when I can pick up all these amazing gift packages to give to friends and family. All the staff there are very nice, and very helpful. I was looking for a specific hairspray to help with the humidity of Florida, and this young lady knew exactly what I was looking for.

Love the jumbo liter sale, which is what I was shopping for. When I was checking out I had a question about the price of one of the items. The cashier was clearly annoyed by my question. I have been a customer at this location for the last almost 3 years. I love my stylist Carolina, she’s not only personable but she’s amazing with my hair. However, due to COVID they closed for two months. Today was my first time sitting in a chair, and I didn’t realize I would be leaving without having anyone touch my hair. I work in healthcare, and so naturally due to the pandemic I will encounter the virus. Today, because I have been in the hospital working around the virus I was turned away. Although before the manager walked away, she mentioned a half price coupon for nurses and other healthcare workers, to which I scoffed at. Mind you I was wearing a face mask the entire time I was at this location. I think it’s discrimination to turn healthcare professionals away, meanwhile someone who is asymptomatic can sit in the chair, potentially spreading the virus .I love my stylist, however this company has lost a client because it is a “policy” for no customer to have contact with covid positive people in 14 days.

Do they cut mens hair? Yes! Kristin does a great job. They have a professional salon staff, and you can make appointments so you dont have to sit and wait for your name to be called like the typical chop shops. The salon doesnt smell like a typical salon so I never leave with a headache. Any guy with a nose knows what I mean. Ladies, of course they take care of you as well. The retail store attached has every product you want or need, and the reward program is great. I earn points on every $ I spend at the salon, and my wife uses the points to buy products. Call and make an appointment or walk in . There is also a home goods next door if you want to kill some time.

This place is just okay. Their prices are higher than other stores but they do have a large selection. My biggest complaint would be that the people that work there act stuck-up or better than you are. If you are not dressed up or look perfect it seems that they think that you do not belong in there. They really dont seem to want to help you they will point in a direction rather than take you there. There are some products there that I cant get anywhere else or I cant find anywhere else. So I do go there.

Its the go to place for anything thats got to do with makeup, hair as well as fragrance. Theyve also got personnel to assist you with whatever it is that youre looking for. Its definitely the place to head to for any specialty items thats for sure!

A few weeks ago I came in because Im trying to get into doing my makeup. The person I got was kind of short with me but they were about to close so I let that go. But today I came in and Jody asked me if I needed any help to let her know and she answered every question I had. She was very professional and didnt make me feel stupid for some of the questions I asked. 10 out of 10 will come back to see her and if she ever left I would switch brands just to go where she was. Jody defiantly made this experience a great one!

The hair salon was terrific.however, checking out at the register is another issue, the management can not solve. They leave crowded people on line, with only 1 cashier

Ulta Beauty has all the latest and lots of the tried and true. Seriously Ulta is clean, well-lit with products arranged for maximum display. The employees are eager to help and appear enthused and knowledgeable about their products and services. I like having Ulta closer to my home because now friends and I can run in whenever necessary. Moving from Ft. Myers to Cape Coral. I sure hope this location is better, although from reading the reviews doesnt look like it. They often are out of stock, cant get any associate help and two years straight theyre out of the birthday gift product. Ill give them a try in the new location and if no luck, Ill just be done and purchase cosmetic products elsewhere, as it just wont be worth the continued frustration. I did hear Sophora bought them out, lets see what change that reflects.

I had an appointment 3/13/20 at 5:45 with Rhina and I got there at 5:30 I knew I was early so I went and checked in and waited. At 6:00 another hairdresser said Rhina was still with her previous client and said I could walk around while I waited so I did, I found a few things and went and paid, it’s now 6:20 and I go back to see if she’s ready and Rhina is still working on her previous client, so I waited another 15 or so mins and now it’s almost an hour passed my scheduled appointment time so I left. I would never recommend anyone to go here, that is so unprofessional.

I booked an appointment for makeup application here for my Prom.. I was really excited to get my makeup done by a professional as opposed to doing it myself. However, my excitement quickly died down the longer I stayed. Let me start off by saying that the actual customer service I experienced was great! When I walked in I got multiple hellos and can I help you with anything? and everyone was very nice and attentive. (Which I find funny considering many of the reviews on here complain about the exact opposite). Anyways, my 2 star review isnt about the customer service, but about my experience as a whole. My appointment was scheduled to be at 1:30. I arrived 20 minutes early just so I can look around and shop. At 1:30 I walked up to the reception desk again and was told my stylist was still busy with her other client and would be a few more minutes... Well... a few more minutes turned into almost 25 minutes later.. When I was finally able to be seen, my stylists OTHER appointment arrived and so she ended up rushing through the makeup process, which made everything look a little sloppy and rushed. Nathalie was super nice and sweet and did apologize for the wait, but regardless of how nice she was I still was NOT happy with the overall look. I ended up fixing everything when I got home. All in all, it was an OKAY experience.. but the wait time was ridiculous and the makeup was sub-par. (Even I could have done better and for free). I honestly would not recommend this Ulta location to get your makeup done, even though some of the other girls had amazing makeup done, you never know what youre going to get. And sadly, I got unlucky.

I had called here in search of a product and the customer rep named Liz jumped through a few hoops and finally found what I was looking for . She put it up front on hold for me . And my daughter will be so happy Xmas day when she sees I found one .. thank you Liz !!!!!

Went there today with my mom and we were very happy with the customer service ladies at clinique section. They were lovely to work with. Check out was good except the lady who check us out did not know what a Discount Ulta Gift Card was. So we did not get to take advantage of the coupon.

Went into store about 4:30pm. Was greeted by no one. Not one single person. All were primping, preening, chatting and in their world - not mine. As a stockholder (male), I was very dismayed. Not at all like the service I would receive in my hometown Michigan store. Not once was I approached by a service person. There were no cologne sample strips in male fragrances. None. Well, no unused ones. Plenty of used ones were strewn about. Fragrances were mixed together, not grouped according to manufacturer. Womens makeup was in similar disarray. Noted as I helped my loving bride - no one else would. Were I the store manager, Id fire them all. Will not return.

I dont shop here most of the time im dragged here but it is a nice clean environment., i know the women love it the service is good and they help you with anything you need

I would rate it zero stars if I could. When I walked in with my friend, the Ulta employees greeted us so I thought we were off to a good start. However, we quickly noticed that the employees were following us throughout the store and giving us very harsh looks. It was a very off-putting experience and made me feel uncomfortable. In the end I was afraid to look at anything as every time I picked up any of the products I was stared at. Not a single person asked me if I needed any help.I feel the reason for this is that I am a teenager, and they thought that I was going to steal something. If they treat all of their potential customers like this, I doubt they will stay in business much longer. I would rather go somewhere else to shop where the store actually treated me as a person.I ended up leaving the store without buying anything because I felt so awkward with the way they were treating me. I hope that they can work on training their employees how to approach customers. It was a horrible experience and I will not be going back again.

Did not have ethnic beauty products such as a simple doo rag. The associate actually did not know what it was. But they do have a decent perfume/ cologne section.

Horrible experience picking up a free lipstick bday gift today. Walked up to the register around 10:05am didn’t catch the name of the employee that “helped” me, I asked about the gift, if I pick out the lipstick color or if it is one that is already chosen and is behind the counter when your employee decided to say, “Are you stupid or something?” The email was unclear of where to go and it was a simple question that obviously could have been answered more professionally.Extremely rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for in any work place.

OK, after reading all what seems like negative reviews, I guess I shall be the first to write a great review. This Ulta (by the way is brand spanking new) so Im wondering how much time anyone gave before listing one experience as a bad one. Ive been shopping here aver since it opened and I love it. Maybe Im the only one, maybe I come in at just the right time, but Im always greeted by someone as I come in the door. To the person who said the y dont give samples - they absolutely do. If you get with one of their makeup experts whom I can wait for (if theyre helping other customers) of one always asks me if I need help) theyll match colors, eye shadows, and if theyre allowed they will give a generous sample. I was in the other day being helped by someone helping me match foundation, and one of the two foundations they were allowed to give a sample of and one they couldnt. I have now a weeks worth of a sample of a couple of foundations to try. Certain vendors allow or dont allow take home samples. Ive also never heard of asking for samples at the check out counter. Plus everyone at their salon is really nice and helpful and talk you through what theyre going to do. And they are never out of the products I use and I use some high end and some not so. (If you want to compare to Sephora, at the Edison Mall, they are really nice and helpful too, but they tend to be out of things way more than Ulta, and they are all high end.) So Ive always experienced great customer service when Ive been there. Believe me Ive worked customer service and retail my whole life so (as my husband says) I almost look for better service when I walk into any retail, grocery, restaurant, and Ulta at Coralwood shops does not disappoint.

I love this Ulta. If they ever had bad customer service, which I never experienced in the past, then they’ve definitely stepped up their game. Virginia walked around with me almost the entire time I was in the store and helped me find good shades of lipstick, blush, eyeshadow, etc for my skin tone. She was patient and helpful and I didn’t feel rushed or like I was annoying her with all my silly questions and picky color-choosing.

Well stocked and tidy. Same selection as most Ulta stores. I usually dont need help but I wanted some suggestions with skin care and didnt get it. The front cashier was wonderful and I wish I could include her name. She was so patient with the group before me that was really demanding and rude. Also, this store is much much slower than the one at Bell Tower so Ill always choose this one.

The salesgirl was an absolute dream. She went way over & beyond being helpful & accommadating. I dont know her name, I believe she was manager, but if her habits of helping customers is followed by all the other sales clerks, all your customers will be 100% pleased.
