I came in with a trashbag and a box that wasnt correct. They immediately went to work boxing what I had with just the right size, looking through the shipping options to get me the best price and boxed and shipped it all in a few minutes. Very kind/helpful, careful of my stuff and just made me feel welcome to be there! My old shipping place closed, Ill be going there from now on! Thanks Ladies for the great customer service and care you gave me trying to get my stuff shipped to my daughters, it meant the world to me.

I had a situation that had me all kinds of anxious about a letter I had Fed Exd and wanted to be returned to me not to its original destination, she immediately contacted FedEx for me and was able to re-route the letter in time! Five stars for the thorough service today! All handled remotely and all handled perfectly.I needed to send someone to Pack & Send to notarize documents. Easy enough for me to email them for P&S to print and then their notary reviewed them, asked me some questions and then got the paperwork sorted.A few minutes later, we got payment details resolved and my paperwork is now on the way by USPS.Im extremely pleased with the organization and professionalism of this transaction. They did a fab job!

We shipped a large fragile item to Maryland from Cape Coral today, and another box of items to Arizona. Jackie served us and did an excellent job figuring out the best way to wrap the fragile item and ship it at the lowest cost. She knows her stuff and we highly recommend her for shipping things, especially fragile items, with care and consideration. She is great at her job!

I went to this Pack and Send because of the Expertise of Jackie. I had a package that I needed to send the fastest way possible to a P.O. Box. Jackie knew exactly what to do, gave me the options and shipped it for me. The package got there very quickly and safely. I have used Pack and Send Gifts on 106 Hancock Bridge Pkwy in Cape Coral twice in the last couple of months. Both times I went, the service was exceptional! They were extremely helpful and took the time to help me with my shipments and making sure they were labelled and shipped properly. Their gift section is really cool too! Its a neat little place that reminds me of the days back when little family owned shops actually cared about the customer! Places like this are becoming more and more scarce, so lets support them! Highly recommended!

I visit the store quite frequently. I drive out of my way to go at times..... I do this because Haley and Dee are so helpful, friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable! Even if you don’t live close, it is well worth your time to use this store to send your boxes!

OMG... I think the 30 something red headed woman is probably the rudest person that I have met in Cape Coral. The UPS store 2 miles down Pine Island is much better (no problems there). Just wanted a deed notarized and she gave me such a hard time. She just wanted to play semantic games. If you didnt answer with the precise language the she was looking for, she would correct you. Her objective was so she could feel superior. After the 3rd or 4th time of being bullied, I just said whatever. She responded by not notarizing my document. She said I was being rude. I replied that she started it by giving me a hard time about anything that I said. She then kicked my out of the store and threatened to call the police. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I have used this store before they were nice, yesterday I went to ship a pair of shoes back to the vendor. The woman with the gold sparkle tips nails quoted me a FedEx price of $27+, I can home and went on line to FedEx I can print the label myself and drop it off at their store for $11.38.This outrageous she either doesnt know how to operate the equipment or she thinks people are stupid. I will print my own labels from now on, I was hesitant to use a Pack & Send because this has happened before. I understand its a business but who will use it when you are ripping off your customers.

This store has no customer service. Girl said I made her sad and upset her world because I didnt like her lack of care as to my missing package. She told me it was not their problem to go take it up with USPS. That they take packages but if they dont arrive, not their problem. Thats not what they said when I entrusted them with my package.

This is only place we use for shipping packages to our family and friends.Kayla is very efficient and goes above and beyond to meet AND exceed our expectations.I truly recommend this Pack & Send store for all your shipping needs, you will be amazed and wow-ed with Kayla and her crew.

I had a bunch of packages I needed to ship and at the time the store was very busy. Kayla was handling business like no tomorrow! She had me in and out of there very quickly, all the while maintaining a positive attitude. Shes like Super Woman of Pack and Send! As long as Kayla is around, Ill never go anywhere else.

I usually take my packages to the local post office but I was in rush and did not want to deal with the long lines that are usually at the post office. I brought my package in and was helped immediately by Dee, she made sure I chose not only the best method to ship but also the most economical. I was so satisfied with the customer service that I can gladly say good bye to post office lines!

I use this store often and the girls that work there are very helpful and courteous. Today I was helped by a girl I never saw before and she was not as nice as the usual people that work there. People like that should not deal directly with the public.

Kayla help me with a very difficult issue. She is curtious and pleasant. She stayed on top of a total Fed-ex screw up and kept in touch with me. The problem was solved quickly and effectively because of Kaylas deligence and dogged effort. Although Im done with Fed-Ex, because of Kayla I will give all of my shipping business to Pack and Send! I come to the business frequently, there is very good service and the best references in this place. In the last two times that I have come, Mary is American and speaks perfect Spanish, very professional and attentive.
