The customer service people are helpful and friendly. I buy almost all household and repair items at ACE. Also, their system for returns and exchanges is fair and easy.

Store associates are interested in helping you with your requests. I had several people try to help me make a key fob for my vehicle. They were all kind and courteous. And even though I did not leave with what I needed, it was a nice experience. I was able to walk around and see other items the store carries.

Left home at stupid oclock before work for a part I needed to find the hours on the door dont match the hours on line. Waste of time and energy. Thanks ACE hardware.

Great family owned store. Has everything from marine and boat supplies, fishing gear, grilling and yard tools, to paint and irrigation parts. They have a lot of everything you need when youre mid-project and need to get something quickly. Id always rather come here than go to a big box store!

This is a local hardware store that has just enough and not too big that it takes awhile to find things. Friendly and helpful associates and Im sure well be back. Can oder somethings to pick up also as an option.

I was greeted as I entered. The store was clean and well stocked. You can get pre-filled propane tanks, keys made, paint mixed and blades sharpened here.It is pricier than the box stores but they make up for it with friendly, personal service. You also dont have to walk a mile to get from one dept to another.This ACE brings me back to my childhood and the weekend jaunt to the local hardware store with my dad.

This location its great! Very clean and organized. The employees were quick to offer assistance. They were very knowledgeable and knew exactly where the things I needed were. That was despite the fact that I didnt know the actual names of the items I needed, I just described them and their use.

Ive started shopping more and more at this specific Ace store. Prices are the best out of all the Ace franchises in the area except the one on Metro Parkway which happens to be run by the same owners last I checked. Staff is always touching base with you making sure youre helped and have what you need. I can generally find more off brand lump coal here like B&B and the right chunks or cords of wood for grilling. They even had a huge selection of awning window cranks and a guide to figure out which types you might have on your property. Ace might be a wee bit more expensive generally speaking but they more than make up for it in quality of people and management. Store is always spotless and plenty of staff to assist.

The young man that cut my keys today was very Polite and helpful. After cutting my new keys for my house I asked if he could possibly cut a key for my car. I got my car 4 years ago and never got a spare key. A spare blank key for my car is rare to fine, to be able to cut. Well he got it done! 🙌🏼 I only go to this ace for a reason, they get it done!

This was the only store I could find the wood pellets I like. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and polite. I believe the gentleman that brought out my pellets was Dante. I had a truck full of kids and they both made my curb side pick up quick and easy. Thank you guys!

So I get a gift card for my birthday. Im just meandering around the store trying to find something that Ill enjoy as a birthday present, and all the floor workers were trying to help me by asking my interests and other things like that. Very helpful.Heres what I ended up choosing lol. So worth it for the massage.

A wonderful local hardware store., one of a few Vision Ace Hardware stores on the Ace Hardware chain. The staff here is very helpful and . knowledgeable If they do not hsbe the item on hand, they will be happy to order it through the Ace system.This store has a lot of locally focused items, including a boating and fishing section.The company is also active in supporting the community, for example, they were recently one of the main supporters of a kids fishing derby. Make sure that you join the frequent customer club for many benefits

I like ace especially against the Big box stores... Ace has what you need its not impossible to find and if you have any questions looked at that they have people there who can help and the cost isnt that different that I have noticed... If given a choice Ill go to Ace over the other places every time

SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!I have shopped this store for many years. However, I will never go in this store again. I came to purchase caulking for a leak in my window seal. As I approached the entrance I nearly fell due to the slippery walkway (yes there was a hurricane). I told the lady at the front to put out wet floor signs but she was too busy talking to another employee.I was constantly watched from the moment I walked in the door. I had an employee follow me from aisle to aisle as I looked for my caulking. He could have at least asked me if I need anything. I left the paint area to get some draino and the employee followed me there. I was mortified by the way I was treated. During checkout a man and woman in black shirts watched me closely. When did it become a crime to be a BLACK MAN?

Their prices are outrageous but their employees are helpful and enjoyable to work with. I live only 1/4 mile away so Im here often for last minute supplies. I dont mind paying the higher price for a clean store and nice employees.

It was one of the nicer ones Ive been to.

I went there to buy two or three 93 inch 60 watt floriscent bulbs. I didnt find any 60 watt so I asked a gentleman who worked there. He assisted me but he also could not find any 60 watts. I ended up having to purchase two 75 watt bulbs which is the lowest wattage they have and are brighter than the other bulbs in the Condo I own. I cant imagine why they do not carry the 60 watt tubes.Very disappointing. Gentleman who helped me was cordial.

He offered to order it for me, I told him I would check around and get back with him. A few minutes later, I received a call from him, he had found my paint. (Someone had put it in the wrong place).They have a good selection of products, at a fair price and they are pet friendly.

For years Ive always thought shopping at the local place had a special meaning. As a handyman, I was taught the smaller shops were worth the extra few bucks because of the understanding and welcoming they make us feel. I felt maybe they were dependent on locals to keep returning project by project over the course of many years. example: spending ($50/wk X 20 yrs = $52,000). So it was extremely humiliating when I was confronted by the store manager over some tinted paint that had caught me in a momentary bind. What could have been easily been a one off that could have had me going far out of my way for Ace, instead I was confronted by the store manager and what felt like every employee for a fairly deserved tongue lashing and was told to come back and pay for my tinted paint. Im sorry I had to come back later to pay for my 3 gallons of paint at $157 ( with discount). I concede, he was right to insist I return and pay, any other place would (and I did). Just like Im free to get the same treatment (maybe better) anywhere else. And I will. But its okay, Ace is big enough to lose life customers over a couple gallons of paint.

I have never been disappointed to a visit at any of the (franchised?) Ace Hardware Stores in the 17 1/2 years I have been living and shopping in the Ft Myers - Cape Coral, FL area. Excellent customer service, easy to find those hard to find items. I looked for a clothes pin bag for 6 months and finally found it at my local Ace Hardware. Sorry if you are too young to know what a clothes pin bag is.
