For years, I have been trying to find a hearing aid that fit in my ear, but did not go over my ear. My hair is longer, and my hair would always brush over the speaker making a scrapping noise. It was very irritating! Bill fit me with the mini hearing aid that fits in my ear, and I am thrilled! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable! In the last three years that I’ve had my hearing aids, I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Miracle Ear. Customer service makes scheduling really easy, I’ve never had to wait to see my doctor. I am pretty close to being deaf. For many years I was wearing one aid whereas I should have been wearing two. Miracle Ear is amazing. Bill Vanderklok and his staff are the best.I have had a hearing loss since 2008. Ive been to ENT and Audiologist in 2012 and again in 2021 but didnt seem to want to help me without paying and then filing my insurance claims. I looked up Miracle Ear and walked in to the store and made an appt. The appt went great .I had another hearing test .Then Bill sent in a claim to my insurance, after I spoke to my insurance .My insurance sent Bill a check for what the insurance would pay. I paid what I had on my flex pay and very small amount left for me to pay out of pocket. Yesterday I had an appointment to get the hearing aids. I was so happy to be able to hear things I havent heard since 2008. Bill made this possible. I work in the NICU and everyone always had to talk loud to me. This morning I walked in and everyone couldnt believe I was actually hearing again. My director / best friend was in tears. Im hearing sounds like my printer, like the sound when I type on my keyboard. I love my new hearing aids especially when I connect to my TV and iPhone wirelessly. They are wonderful in the store and I even wear them when I’m walking the dog. Very professional staff. It was a pleasant and painless experience. For me, the key to their product is improving my quality of life. There are a lot of frustrating things in this world and loss of hearing effects you on a minute by minute bases. Although the product is expensive, it is worth every penny. Hearing aides are a new way of life for me. Bill and Terrie at the Cape Coral location have made it an exceptionally easy transition. They are both very patient with my many questions and very knowledgeable with explaining what to expect through this transition period. Without them, I probably would have pulled them out by day 2!

I got my aids 1 week ago and they are great. So comfortable I dont know they are there. Best of all I am able to hear things that I was missing before. I got the rechargeable batteries and charger which keeps them charged up and ready to go each morning. Was able to turn down the sound on my TV and car radio to half of what it was. I am writing this review for my husband. Pats hearing quality has diminished a great deal in the past year. When I suggested going to Miracle Ear in Cape Coral, I thought I was going to be met with an argument. After talking to other wives, there seems to be a trend of resistance. Surprise, Pat asked if I would make the appointment for him.I was able to easily make the appointment on line. Next, I received a call confirming the appointment. Wow! Bill is very knowledgeable about the hearing aids and has fitted me with hearing aids for my severe loss. Interest free payments are great and I hear so much better. My partner had been reluctant to get hearing aids because of the implications of being aged. He saw an ad for the almost invisible hearing aids and made an appointment. Today I received my Miracle-Ear hearing aid for my left ear and OMG I can hear so much better. From the very first moment it was placed in my ear sounds were sharp and clear. I had resisted getting hearing aids for at least 5 years. My wife just kept suggesting taking a hearing test and finally I realized that there were certain frequencies that were muffled and that it wasnt getting any better. I imaged that hearing aids just took all sound and amplified it. How wrong I was. After Bill gave me the hearing test and showed me on paper, those frequencies that were reducing my hearing and werent going to get better, I became excited about receiving my specific hear aids designed for me. I would absolutely recommend the Miracle ear hearing aid. Because of an operation, I was left totally deaf on my right side. Bill fitted me with a pair of hearing aids, and wow, I can hear people talk, understand the t.v. and hear sounds I never knew existed. There is no feed back and I can hear people talk to me even in a crowd. Bill listens and answers any and all concerns. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He is pleasant and easy to talk to. I have tried other devices including a bone anchored device. There is no comparison in the clarity as the Miracle Ear! I wished I had tried it first.

I have owned a few hearing aids in my time, I must admit I was a little skepticle. Right off the bat Bill made me feel very comfortable while he administered the hearing test. My 1st visit here was to replace older miracle ear hearing aids that I purchased in Lynchburg Va. The hearing test and negotiations for the new hearing aids went very well and I purchased the best pair they had in the store. Last week while visiting family back in the north my daughters dog grabbed my right hearing aid off the end table and chewed through it. When we returned to Cape Coral I took the remains to the store and Bill looked at the carcass and said he thought he could fix it. I did not believe it could be done. He returned 10 minutes later with a perfect hearing aid. It was a miracle! Better yet, there was no charge for the repair.

For at least 8-10 years my hearing has continued to deteriorate but I resisted doing anything.. My dad went to the cape coral store and met Bill Vanderklok who was amazing. My dad met with other hearing places before and was told not much could be done but he got a hearing test completed to see what the issue was. He then purchased some heari g aids that would fit his active lifestyle for a great price and has never looked back. He loves them and can even hear his golf buddies yelling four. II first went to Miracle-ear in Cheyboygon Mi on a trip to visit my son. I had a competor hearing aid set, the left on did not work. First of all the receptionist was so nice to me, she got the specialist to look at my hearing aid, he to it in the back room and fixed it, he would not even charge me, no matter how much I protested. I told my wife if I ever needed hear aids again I was going to Miracle-ear. About two years later I did. I called th Cape coral store, and just like before the receptionist Terri was so nice, she explained to me some of the products now available. She set me up with an appointment with Bill, I refer to them by their first names because I feel we are all friends now. Together they have answered all my questions and taken care of all my equipment problems, which are not many but I know they will be there to help. What started out in Cheyboygon Mi. I can now talk on the cell phone in my convert with the top down. I also use the Bluetooth for Ham radio listening, I am able to hear distant stations at a much lower volume now. Thanks!

I am completely satisfied with Miracle Ear Cape Coral. For 30 years I knew I needed hearing aids but never found any person that was satisfied with their hear aids no matter how much they paid for them. Bill Vanderklok made the process of hearing testing, discussing, and fitting behind the ear (RIC type) aids enjoyable. He explained what to expect from the hearing aid and how you will feel comfortable immediately. Mr. Vanderklok periodically adjusts the hearing aid allowing you to get accustomed to them gradually. My first few days wearing two hearing aids were surprisingly good.
