Sign On has been fantastic to work with! We love our digital sign!!! It has been the best marketing investment we have made. We have been able to directly track an increase in business immediately after it went up. It’s 4 years old and still looks like new! Our sign is actually much nicer than new ones I see popping up around town. Sign On was also several thousand dollars less than other quotes we received. After 4 years we just had our first service call on it last week and they showed up within a few hours and had the small area discolored square fixed in minutes. That speedy service is what prompted me to finally write a review to share how happy we have been. They really stand behind their product. We have had amazing success running our retail business on their mobile billboard truck. We love that we can update our ads whenever we want, which have been wonderful when we run holiday sales. Our customers tell us almost daily that they see our ads on the truck wherever they go. We have found this to be the best advertising for the price, and we have done nearly all forms of advertising, including radio, coupon books, magazines, and this has been the greatest return to date. We have been advertising on this truck for 8 months now.Sign On has done all of our signs at our 2 retail stores, including 3 digital LED message centers. Their pricing on LED signs were literally half the price or more from everywhere else we called around Cape Coral & Ft. Myers. Our first LED sign was installed 2.5 years ago and still runs perfect and the images are displayed far superior than all the other displays we see around Lee County. We noticed increased foot traffic within the first couple weeks of having our first digital sign. We have since purchased two more from them for the side and rear window of our store. We love them, they are like having our own billboards.In addition to all of this, their customer support is awesome! Sign On Has handled several sign needs for our car wash. They do a great job and have high quality led signs that are more cost effective and of higher quality than some many of the major franchisers are using. The education process was large.Before you sign on with another sign company give them a call. The quality that you may need to project for your clients going by is not something you want to miss. I had no clue about the various resolutions in signs until I spoke with them. We were about to make a several thousand dollar mistake until they helped us understand why there was a cost differential with the quality we were looking at. Pay attention to the signs you pass by and youll see that some look good and some look like poor and actually can strain your eyes when viewing. Many dont even work! You owe it to yourself to pull into the parking lot and get the name of the company who supplied the sign so you can avoid them. Get a great education on the various resolutions and types available before making a huge investment and potential mistake.
