Michelle was EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! This Staples is Very Easy to Access and has plentiful parking in front of the store! This is a well stocked office supply, and there is Technical support available. Michelle gave me a cupon for my next purchase! I will return to shop whenever I visit Carlsbad again! If you need it, cant wait for an Amazon delivery and youre willing to pay through the nose for a small selection of mediocre merchandise or office supplies you cant find at Target, then shop at Staples.

The printing customer service is phenomenal! I had a complicated issue with my printing job, but Kim and Lisa were there every step of the way. They were it incredibly understanding, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. My final product turned out spectacular and got many compliments on it. I’d recommend working with these two at this location to anyone.

I went to Staples to laminate pictures I bought on a recent trip, since I planned to use them as placemats. The individual in the printing department expressed a possibly of bubbles in the laminating process, I informed her I had laminated larger pictures at other Staples and there were no problems with bubbling. She offered to run one of the place mates as a trial. I agreed and asked her to trim the edges down to smaller size. Once the picture was completed she informed me there was a $3.00 charge for each cut (total 4 cuts). She did not inform me there would be a $3 dollar charge for each cut prior to the process, which I assumed would be done at no charge. The picture came back looking great with no bubbles, However, I had just spent $12.00 just on cutting charges which did not even include the price of laminating the picture. I have laminated my SS card, and other items, with no extra charge. To get the rest of the pictures cut, it would cost another $12.00 dollars a picture. Needless to say, I left without laminating the rest of my pictures. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and service offered by Staples.

I use this Staples Copy&Print Center frequently for dental marketing projects, and I have been extremely satisfied with the level of service I receive. Specifically, their Certified Print Pro, Kim, is always very helpful and accommodating to my needs. They are all always prepared and eager to go above and beyond to make my projects look great and completed on time. I highly recommend using this Staples for your copy and print needs. And specifically ask Kim for assistance! :)

Iloy the manager gave me exceptional service and he has made this Staples my go to place for my office needs. He went out of his way to search for a chair I wanted that was at a different store and had it available to me the next day. Customer service was excellent.

I purchased a Zoom cable modem from Staples for a new vacation rental property. I installed the modem and it appeared to work fine. I had my first renters in the condo and they called and complained that the cable wasnt working. After they left I called the cable company. They came out and determined that the Zoom modem was the problem. They replaced it with a Motorola and it now works fine. The cable installer told me that they see a lot of problems with the Zoom modem and that it is not a good brand. he was very surprised when I told him I paid $90 for it. The Motorola that he gave me was only $80. I took the Zoom back to Staples and told the store manager that the product was defective. She told me that I could not return it because it was beyond the 14 day return period for all technology products. I insisted that the problem was that the product that they are selling is inferior. She told me I would need to contact the manufacturer. Obviously, I didnt want a replacement. I eventually got my money back but I wont be buying anything other than paper from Staples again.

I usually give staples a higher score today we went in to fine a thing. they were well staft and freindly, But they they did not even ask what we were looking for. we approached them and I felt we Interrupted him. so sad.

We visited the shop on Innovation way, Carlsbad, post our visit to Carlsbad Premium outlet with our bags. At the entry they had no issue with customers carrying their shopping bags.At the time of billing the store manager I assume Lldy is his name! He came and checked out shopping bags to see if we have any of their store products!What a shameful act. I have never experienced this in the US. This is the first time. I am sure he hasn’t done this to any customer. What a racist!!! Horrible!

Went in to get a square register, ipad, and a counterfeit detection pen. Didnt get greeted until 10 minutes after we walked in the store. We needed help finding iPads, and had to approach the gentleman who had been standing there watching us from about 10 feet away. We asked several times where they were, and he ignored us. After we picked the one we wanted, we had to go and find another employee (the first had walked away as soon as he was done talking) to get one. He told us the wrong price, and said they didnt have any in stock. We told him the website had different information, he went to the back, and nearly ten minutes later he said we were right and took it to the register. When we went to check out, the cashier rung up the detector pen first, and then went to go get the square register for us. So we waited, and waited, and waited, and then saw the cashier stocking items in another area of the store. The cashier never came back, no one got the square register for us, and we kept waiting. After nearly half an hour of mostly waiting to be helped, we walked out. Thanks Staples.

I came in here last month for the first and last time. I was grabbing some office supplies I needed, they were at great qualities, great prices, check out was quick and painless, but I did not like the customer service at all. The only professional person who actually cared was a lady who doesnt work for Staples. She worked for the printer company ( HQ? or HD? ) and helped me more than the employees here did. I had a very confusing and unpleasant situation with the workers here. A man who cashiered here was very apathetic and lazy to help me find what I was looking for. He looked and acted like a zombie who had no sleep for years, which I guess was appropriate since it was October. (Halloween spirit even though there were no Halloween decorations?)... Anyways with the least amount of effort, he goes you see it is over there near that thing or something along those indirect choice of words he managed to mumble. It also did not help when I even heard a girl in the back laugh when I was trying to figure out what he meant. So instead of helping out customers they entertain themselves by laughing at us. That was my first impression of this Staples and these two people who represent this store poorly. He reluctantly sighs and says under his breath, never mind I will just show you. She laughs even more when he gets out of this employee only area to show me. It was not funny, I did not find this situation amusing nor impressive at all. In fact, it was very unprofessional and rude of them to mock me and expect me to know what they meant with their horrible directions; as if I had a map of the store in my brain. Like I said, first and final time I am ever coming to this store. Very poor customer service.

Terrible terrible print shop... Lady told me that I was first in line to be printed and let me know it should only be a 30 minute wait ! Came back 3 hours later for her to tell me that she said that she would call me when it was completed and that I will need to come back later.. Absolutely a joke !!!

Wow....I ordered a WD 4T My Cloud and got a WD4T MyBook. Take it back, then order the right one. You will have it the next day says the store manager......Next day really meant 5 days later. This was acerbated by being left on hold for 20 minutes while the staff fumbled around. This is a chain, and this review wont deter, but just the same a total bungled Shi&8 show.
