The customer service at DSS is second to none. These guys really will take care of you, and will make sure youre making the right decisions with everything audio related. This type of place is a real gem and I couldnt possibly recommend them more. They helped me make the decision on a turntable and then took me step by step through how to install it, but also helped me get a new speaker system and then saved me quite a bit of money along the way. Ill be purchasing all my audio/visual gear from here from now on and couldnt be happier to have found this spot.

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Knowledgeable enough to not answer a question if they did not know the answer. which is really cool. I would easily choose driving the 45 minutes to this place over going to another well-known store 10 minutes from me.

Im one of those people who does way too much homework before buying a new product and of all the places I researched before buying my high-end stereo system this was the one that impressed me by far the most. Unfortunately now Im hooked and already considering upgrading my speakers again .. after buying a new record player..I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Joe and Mark to anyone.
