I went to the Dollar Store to make some purchases. Upon leaving I noticed the Mattress Firm next door. Reluctantly I chose to go in to price a mattress for a future purchase. Ashley was in the store and greeted me. I told her I was only there to look for a future purchase. She said okay and took charge from there. Although I did not want help Im so glad she did help me. I ended up purchasing a new mattress with her help. She took the time to walk me through every aspect of the buying process. She asked me every question you can possibly think of to find me the right mattress. I truly think she is a great representative for The Mattress Firm. I only hope they realize the quality of employee they have in her. She is definitely the best.

Ashley is AMAZING. She really helped us find the perfect mattress for my husband and I and entertained our 5 year old while we shopped. They do have a play area for kids as well! Delivery and set up was a breeze and came in a timely manner. The customer service at this location is far better than the other two in the area.

Went here with my daughter to look at mattresses and she ended up purchasing one for a guest bedroom . They were very kind, informative and helpful. We really appreciated them labeling beds firm, medium and soft. Also had 2-year- old grandson with us and their toddler play area was very appreciated! We were very satisfied and recommend this store.

I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Butter smooth shopping experience. Great delivery service and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be going here again when needed.

I went into this store expecting to be pushed into buying an over priced mattress. However my personal experience could not be farther from this initial thought. I was greeted by a really nice associate names Josh, who walked me through the whole process of buying a mattress that fits my budget. He also helped me for a full hour as I went back and forth on which mattress I wanted to purchase. I was so impressed by the service and quality of mattresses that they had, I am sending all my friends to Mattress Firm.

I went in randomly to look at mattresses. I just moved to Carlsbad and have been sleeping on a cot for the last month 🙈 Francisco, the store manager, answered ALL the questions I had about the different mattresses and their payment options. I’m 24 years old, and today I bought my FIRST new mattress with his help. He hooked me up!! I was even able to get approved for a free adjustable base. How much better can that get? Between the two stores in the area I’d definitely choose this Mattres Firm location for the great customer service. I can’t wait to sleep happy with all my savings! 🤑😍

I went in looking for a new mattress during their Black Friday deal. Ashley was very helpful with finding the type of mattress I wanted. I didnt feel pressured into buying anything, and she let me try out a bunch of different mattress combinations. When I went to pick up the mattress she even helped me lift it into my car.

My husband and I are extremely excited to get our new king bed that Josh Peck assisted us with. His knowledge and expertise helped guide us to the perfect matress for us. He also told us about the wonderful bundle deal that got us 50% off a new king sheet set, two king pillows, and a waterproof mattress cover. Wow! Mattress Firm has the best value for your $$. The stores donate tens of thousands of dollars and the associates volunteer monthly to support foster kids in San Diego... also accept clothes, shoes, and toy donations...SO amazing!I wanted to get a cheap but comfortable mattress. Rachael showed us an adjust base that puts you in zero gravity and we couldnt live without it. The simmons beautyrest cooling beds are on special and feel amazing. Our new bed stopped my husbands snoring and takes all my back pain away. We had no idea the bed can make a huge difference in your health. She got us a crazy good deal also! Mattress Firms no interest payment plans are the best out there. Our bed costs less than our phone bill.Shop here before you waste time elsewhere. My husband and I looked at sleep number, sears, bobs, sit N sleep, ortho, macys, online everywhere.....Rachael was the most resourceful, educated, understanding salesperson we met! Im sending everyone I know to get a beautyrest cooling bed from Rachael or Casey at Mattress Firm.

Sleep train should be called SAG TRAIN.....in about 6 months your mattress will sagand after their warranty replaces it 6 months later you will need another mattress; but their warranty only covers the first purchase. DO NOT BUY A SAG TRAIN MATTRESS.
