Once I arrived I was completely informed by the salesman and then the finance gentleman really hit a home run for me. What started out as a good experience has turned into a disappointment. Just after a week of purchasing a vehicle it has had an oil leak, the air conditioner only works on the drivers side, the back windshield wiper feel off, the back emblem broke off, and the headliner over the sunroof fell down. At this rate Im sure there is more to come.. We did purchase and pay extra for the warranty. Couldnt get an appointment with servicing for over a month. Nobody ever calls you back, especially in a timely manner. Took a day off work. Finally get an appointment, show up just to be told they cant fix any of it. I will have to bring it back up at a later time. I do have the option to take it to a dealership, but thats $50-$150 out of my pocket. Which wasnt discussed during the warranty process. On top of that the warranty is not bumper to bumper as portrayed. They will only be fixing the oil leak whenever that will be. I am on my own for the rest. I would not recommend this place to purchase a vehicle.

Fast forward I knew the vehicle needed wheel bearings, BUT DIDNT KNOW THE VEHICLE HAS OIL LEAKS. I CAME OUT OF MY POCKET TO PAY BASICALLY AN EXTRA 1000.00 FOR REPAIRS. 🤬🤬🤬 People if you can take your time to bring a mechanic, or take the vehicle to get thoroughly checked dont get it. HERES PROOF WHERE MY MECHANIC TOLD ME WHAT WAS NEEDED.

Just terrible!!!!! I test drove 2 vehicles that were in mediocre shape.. EILLOT was our salesman that we worked with and he was very professional and prompt .. Now back to the cars: The first Van we test drove had an exhaust leak the made the van SUPER LOUD. The front end squeaked louder than a cricket on a mild evening night..Second, the next Van was way over priced!! A 2014 Van with a NON-WORKING radio? It’s 2021! Who wants a Van with no radio!!!? Other than ELLIOT, the staff was very dismissive and rude. One guy was even playing golf outside while we were waiting for help. As if customers were not standing there. Jon in finance also gave us the run around. No one offered any water or amenities that most places offer for guest who are waiting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone...

I would NOT recommend this place. Our experience was an absolute nightmare! We took the vehicle we bought from them back multiple times for repairs. All to find out one major problem was still not fixed, so we took it to another place to find out the vehicle had been wrecked! The body work is loose front end and back end due to them not fixing the vehicle properly. They lied to us when we asked about the accident that was reported before we even bought the vehicle. They said it was minor damage. They don’t return phone calls. We are paying for this out of our own pocket because we still haven’t heard back from them and don’t want poor work done on it again.

I purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE from Gordon and Ben. 90k SUV sight unseen, no problem. They handled shipping. Absolutely blown away with the service and the facility. These guys have almost 100k square feet of cars under roof. Great Job IWD! Keep up the good work.

Edit: I wouldn’t do business with them again.Bought a car a week ago, went to fix the link pins today. I knew I would have to do that, but wouldn’t you know it, $950 of repairs due. Endurance, the bumper to bumper warranty company I purchased, confirmed the warranty they sold me is valid, but my mechanic doesn’t want to work with them and neither does Firestone. There’s also no spare key, which is another $270 for push to start. Thanks for the headache, Indy Wholesale Direct! If you feel like making things right, you have my number, but something tell me “the margins are just too thin.”Wouldn’t have wrote a negative review, but you asked me to write the positive. Now I feel it’s disingenuous to leave up.Still liked working with Elliot. I’d work with him again, somewhere else. The star I left is for you.

Buying my truck was smooth and easy. really nice people, but the service department is horrible they tell you one thing and it’s the complete opposite. Head mechanic tells you things but never meets what he says. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get them to fix what they already told you they were going to fix. Wouldn’t take anything there after you buy there. Use warranty somewhere else

Do Not Buy Here! My husband bought a excursion from them from online. Its full of rust from one end to the other, the rear u joints are about to break. We have been trying to call since the day we got the car but NO ONE will respond! We are taking further action now. Save yourself some time, they dont care about the customer just the sale. Also when we got the excursion it was not washed, vaccuumed, and the was dust everywhere. No 30 day tags

Update on my experience. There were several cosmetic flaws in the truck I purchased which I looked past because it was a good deal. Had an issue with tailgate lock not working so I took it to local dealership as the truck was still under factory warranty. Discovered after taking it to local dealership the truck had been wrecked and tailgate repaired with Bondo. The wreck had bent the linkage inside the tailgate lock so now its not covered under warranty since it was not a manufacturer flaw.

Arrived late in the day to check out a couple options. The guys stayed late to take care of me, and got me a good deal on my trade in as well as the new car. Overall great experience, and some nice cars in the showroom as well!

This company will sell you a bad vehicle and lie to the bank that the vehicles are good to sale. Engine light will be on and they will say they fixed it only to just reset it but unplugging the battery. Went to pick up vehicle only to drive off and had the engine light pop back on. They all knew about the issue but Lied and said it was fixed. Do not buy from this company or you will regret it in the long run.

Take your car to get inspected before purchasing. I purchased a Subaru last weekend and was assured that nothing was wrong with it but when I took it to Subaru for inspection I found that the car needed over $1400 worth of work/repairs. Including new tires. I would think at the very least a buyer should be able to drive a car off the lot and not have to worry about the tires!!! I’ll gladly edit my review if the dealership is willing to work with me on the repairs. The staff was really nice.
