I was browsing the web for endless amounts of hours in search of an excellent condition BMW M4. There were countless amounts of that specific type of vehicle within my area(I live roughly 350 miles from Velocity Motorsports.), however they were no where NEAR my standards.(clean service history, CarFax history, etc.), Majority if not all of the dealerships were dishonest with me from the start. After a long week of browsing & doing research I finally stumbled across this beautiful vehicle that Faruk had owned. I inquired that night and he responded the first thing in the morning. We spoke on the phone for almost an hour. The whole time he reassured me an endless amount, got personal and informed me that cars were his passion. Once I heard that, I knew I wanted to business with this man! I drove out on a Friday morning (again 350+ miles) and finally arrived to see the car of my DREAMS! I purchased a car from them and the engine went out within 800 miles. I asked them to work with me on a solution, but since I bought it as is they were not willing to work with me at all. Nice guys, but not creative at all. I was hoping they would at least say, Well sell you another car at cost and perhaps give me $1000 for the one I just paid $7k for a few months ago. Unfortunately, I just had to sell it on my own and buy something from someone else. It wasnt a great experience. Not really their fault, but I would have hoped for a little more creativity to make a long lasting customer. Oh well.

Buyer beware.The owner Faruk is currently holding my $500 deposit against my will and, by my understanding, against Indiana law. I verbally agreed to a deposit on a car here pending his fixing the steering wheel vibration and he assured me many times I would get to test drive the car again after he fixed it with the right to refund if I didnt like how it ran. He even said we dont take peoples money many times. I have chosen not to buy the car and he is not refunding me. My understanding after talking to several dealers is that this is against the law since Faruk didnt actually provide any goods or services for me and my deposit is simply a hold on the car that I am always eligible to have refunded. When I called Faruk about this he declined to refund me and hung up on me. I just got off the phone with him for the second time and he is refusing to give me my money back.

First of all, I had a hassle free, quick, and personal car buying experience with Faruk, Christiano, and Toby. Faruk really went out of his way to make sure I got the best financing deal when most other dealers would have called it a day on the first approval. I showed up on a Monday after making an appointment the previous evening to check out a BMW Faruk had in his collection... My son got sick so I had him home from school, and was pretty bummed I wasnt going to be able to test drive this car... but we stopped by anyways. Faruk had the car pulled around but I informed him I wouldnt be taking it for a drive... jokingly, I said, unless you feel like doing some babysitting (my son was already occupied by dozens of model cars in the office). Without hesitation Faruk happily agreed by pointing out a handful of little activities that my son could do while I was on my drive... Long story short - as a single parent, situations with a sick child can really throw off your entire week - But Faruk and his crew at Velocity turned what would have normally been a frustrating ordeal into a very comfortable, relaxing, and especially welcoming purchasing experience. I am so glad I came across this BMW, and I am very happy with my purchase.
