Best pharmacy in Indiana hands down.

Do not use WalMart pharmacy on 151 and 31 in Carmel. They can not figure out what to due to get your meds, if with FDA paperwork in front of them.I take a medication that is not used for a lot of conditions. Because of COVID-19 it is on a national back log. When I called to get it filled they said they would have it on Monday. They never called to say it was ready. So when I called them they said they could not get it until March. I told them the FDA had given clearance to use something else. I was told I would have to let them know what it was. So I found the name of it and called them. They said we can’t get that it’s not approved. I told them several times that it had been cleared for use temporarily by the FDA. I figured after all the education they had and dealing day in and day out with FDA medication, they would know how to get this info. However they just keep saying we can’t get that. So I went on line and found the info in less then 5min. I printed out the info and form that they needed to fill out and send in. I took it to them they looked at it and said we will have to talk to a district pharmacy manager because it was not an FDA approved medication, even though they had paperwork saying it had been given special clearance to be used. The problem was they could not just click order so it short circuited their brains. I asked for the papers back and that they send my script to Walgreens in Westfield.I went to Westfield gave them the paperwork and in less then 10min they advised they would get it taken care of.Update then the morons at Walmart sent it to CVS not Walgreens, I know they sound a-lot alike

Not understanding these reviews, I have never experienced discrimination of any kind from this staff. Maybe, just maybe, the people on here with one star do not understand how difficult it is to maintain a pharmacy that fills hundreds of prescriptions (daily) as well as maintain the proper guidelines for filling. They are not discriminating against you for asking questions about your use with the drug, it is their job to not fill prescriptions to those with signs of addiction and other issues such as abuse.

Pharmacist was extremely friendly and helped me with an insurance issue I was having. Although I have had some wait times for refills which can happen anywhere (also I did wait until the last minute to call for the fill) I would say this pharmacy does a great job!

Continue to hold their standards high and provide great service! The Pharmacist Kathy has continuously gone above and beyond for my elderly mother. Wanted to put this up here as it seems a majority of people with bad reviews on here only write bad reviews elsewhere, seem like they are a bit too entitled for a Walmart Pharmacy anyway.

I have never really experienced rudeness here, everyone has different personalities and everyone has good and bad days. I feel that they fill my prescriptions in a very timely manner and I like that they send me an email and a text when they are ready. Remember, you can not please all of the people all of the time period

Usually, they are efficient and courteous but I have experienced some unnecessary rudeness as well.

Great Customer Service! Went to check hours and saw these reviews, sad no one writes these reviews unless they have something bad to say. Wanted to add something to tell people this location and the people there are very hard working and dedicated to helping customers!

What a sh— show. Customer service is beyond non-existant— the people working are just so rude plain and simple. I’d like to name one person in particular, Courtney, who seems to not understand that her role is to assist customers in filling their prescription and running their insurance. Had to ask her 3 times to check the insurance documentation I provided to prove that it was valid. She continued to tell me that I had a co-pay in the hundreds of dollars. I know our policy, we have no copay on prescription drug coverage. Eventually she realized she was wrong after pressing her for 10 minutes; no apology, no courtesy, just continued rudeness. The only person with any sense of pride in their job working here is the pharmacist. They have consistently provided incorrect information to me regarding my insurance benefits causing me to overpay and have to claim back. It should not be this much of a hassle to get your prescription filled. Don’t expect to have it filled in a timely manner either; the associates spend too much time chatting and giggling to worry about providing you the service you’re going to be overpaying for.

I used to go to this pharmacy to get meds. At first they took the good rx card for this medicine. Eventually they wouldnt take it for narcotics, but would take other cards. Done that for a few and all a sudden they stopped doing that. These and all Walmart Pharmacies are very money hungry. Charge almost 400 bucks for a medicine that I now get from some place else for only about 180 bucks. The pharmacy people except one cashier is rude as hell. Nobody likes a rude person.

No joke, this is one of the worst places I have ever done business with. I will never be getting my prescriptions filled here again. Lazy employees giving you dirty looks for no reason, clueless pharmacists who dont understand basic insurance plans. Complete lack of customer service. I dont ever review places or leave comments like this, but this pharmacy is a total embarrassment to itself and the Walmart brand. Dont believe me? Look at all the other reviews or go visit for yourself.

I understand this is Walmart but the customer service and attitude of pharmacy employee is surprisingly poor. Don’t ask a reasonable question, you’ll be made to feel like a clueless freak. Very slow, long wait times. They do however have a good inventory.

I went into the pharmacy at 7:40 PM they close at 8 to get one of my prescriptions filled, the pharmacist told me she couldnt fill my prescription because it was to late!! And she already had some to fill I told her I needed it to sleep she said no and was very rude!! I have been at this Walmart for 5 years and have never been treated this way!! I also saw they closed up at 7:55 they were out if there, this is wrong when someone needs their medicine!! We be looking in to a new pharmacy!!

Very rude pharmacy techs. Worst customer service skills ever. They also lie about the services that they provide. They said they reached out to my physician to clarify a script/order and it was a flat lie which delayed me in getting my medication for days. You cant trust these insolent people.If you want slow and rude service-try walmart pharmacy especially the one in noblesville located on clover rd. This is the 3rd issue Ive had in 2 months with this pharmacy. Definitely going elsewhere. My physician even advise me to fill my medication elsewhere

Pharmacist and technician are very rude and unhelpful. Tired of attitude... moving prescriptions to Kroger Pharmacy. Walmart is good for groceries and merchandise but not for healthcare. They dont even greet you or smile when trying to take your prescription. Bad experience!

Worst customer service ever. Very unhelpful and very rude. Verified problem is at their end. But they wont even try to fix it.Theres a female technician who seems to actually be working against the customers instead of for them.. It should be human nature to try to help the customer (in this case it was my low-income elderly mother).I called the Insurance company to make sure the problem wasnt at their end. Walmart pharmacy is supposed to be a preferred provider for this insurance.

The pharmacy at this Walmart cares about its patients. It is dedicated to their safety. They always try to get your prescription ready when you want it!

Meagan was the worst pharmist ever. Went to fill my sons script which insurance will fill three days early.She told me she will not fill it until 1 day early to come back on Friday. Then when I tried to tell her 1 day early would be Thursday since there were 31 days In march she said she never said 1 day early. Straight lieing to my face. Its the lieing to my face and the rudeness. I realize each pharmist can make their own rules. No written policies. Had no prolem waiting it was the lies and the disrespect and the treating everyone like a drug addict. Very very rude. Expect to be treated like you are garbage.

They lack of respect and kindness for the customer, the employees of this pharmacy are rude and they act as if they hate their job and the customers.

They carry the essentials but dont expect a variety. Suprising over the last 6 months or so they have even began to phase-out off brands!
