The girl working here greeted me as soon as I walked in, to my surprise she offered assistance finding what I was looking for.She was knowledgeable in their inventory, answered my questions & gave me details about sale prices & specials, after I tried a few things on, she was back to help pick up my mess, & carried both pairs of my shoes to register for me to ring me out!That is really nice in it self, but I have mobility issues. So that plus the store was clean, organized & well stocked!This is first time I will give 5 stars!

The staff here were friendly and helpful to find the sizes and styles I needed. They even ordered a shoe that was on sale for me in my size. It only took about a week and they gave me an additional discount because I had to come back and pick it up. I will definitely be back to this particular Payless Shoe Store even though its nowhere near my house

They have great sales here but shoe sizes are often sold out or limited for children when they do. Best to go early when the sales start.

They seem to now stock more shoes for ladies in wide width which is good. The store in Carmichael really should open when Ross next door opens at 9. Several people including myself need to shop early and we buy some clothes at Ross and would like to get shoes to go with outfit but Payless doesnt open for an hour.

I always buy shoes for my little daughter from this place.. people there are very nice... prices are ok, but wait for the sale times !!
