That store blatantly did not tell truth at all.. find a different location.. corporate gave all proper info and steered me to better location..Additional reaponse... ( too late to go back, as I went to Bloomingdale location) Got the phone and all services.You need to train staff... Guy /with Har said NO to offers and when I said corporate said to go there..He said we dont have to do anything corporate says. He was so arrogant and WRONG.... lost my business...at that location... thanks for at least reaching out...

The T-Mobile store in Carol Stream is my favorite place to go to when I’m in the market to buy a new phone. Thanks to Even and his team, I never have to worry about a thing because I am confident in their ability to take care of the customer’s needs effortlessly. One time I had an issue with one of the phones on my line and Even went above and beyond to resolve my problem. I did not have to make more than one phone call. He called me back, and followed up to see that problem was fixed. This location has an excellent stock of accessories, and phones to choose from. I love coming to this store and I will recommend this location to anyone, who’s looking for great customer service!

I suggest you take your business elsewhere.I dont know what it is with this place. They tell me they dont have a Samsung tablet in stock, that I have to purchase it before theyll order it so I can examine it, and Ill have to pay a restocking fee if I dont want it. Bad enough, but when I go there to order it, during posted business hours, they havent opened and they dont answer the phone. If I didnt still owe them money on my new phone, Id be calling Verizon right now.

Alexis went completely above and beyond to help me with what seemed to be an impossible task. I walked in with uncertainty. I had multiple challenges and roadblocks to what I knew was going to be a lengthy process, but Alexis was diligent. I felt like she was not going to quit until she had exhausted all her options to help me. I had walked into the store, already accepting the fact that I may not walk out with success. But Alexis was invested in my case and I am just very thankful that she was there to help me. At the end of it all, she was able to rectify the issues. I really appreciated the time and effort that Alexis and her manager, Mariana, gave me. I felt like these people really care about their customers and it isnt just about making money.

I commend Evan at the T-Mobile store near North Ave. and Schmale (by Caputos) to all customers! He was fantastic, helped me get through a tricky (and lengthy) transition process from prepaid to unlimited with five lines. He was completely on top of it from start to finish, even helped me with negotiating with credit unions for unfreezing accounts, etc. Knows his stuff, super friendly, fast and efficient. Great experience. Thanks, Evan! And thanks, T-Mobile for hiring high-quality, customer-service-oriented employees.

All of the service representatives at T-Mobile are outstanding! They are a valuable resource in getting information about your accounts and helping you diagnose any problems you have with Youre phone.Adrian is the one who help us set up our accounts with 4 lines the process couldnt be any easier.Explained all them promotions andWas able to transfer my 3 lines from a different Carrier to t-mobile.. I suggest if you have Sprint you changed to t-mobile as soon as possible!

Just purchased a new phone a week ago. The 2nd day, I noticed phone freezing. The 3rd day, I realized that my children and mom could not text me. I called TMobile... Nothing helped. I went to this store (where phone was bought at) & even though I called to see if it was ok to come in, I was stopped at the door by two females, one with such a nasty attitude because they were closing in 15 minutes. Very unprofessional and rude! I will be moving forward to get my issues addressed!

I recently upgraded & hated the phone I had upgraded to. Went in to this store to switch it out, both Adrian & one of the managers (cant remember his name, possibly saturo ? Something along those lines) were SO helpful! I had my sleeping toddler in my arms over my shoulder so Adrian did his best to make the exchange SUPER quick. Thanks guys!!

Ive been a loyal customer to this location I used to love the customer service back here. Ever since Sean left everything change new sales people started coming and instead of helping you out with your needs and concerns. They rather sell you stuff and fall for it, they change your plan without your consent. Manager never seems to be around.... Dont waist your time here... Need to find a new tmobile shop!

My experience with these incompetent employees is unfortunately so horrible. I came in last week on Thursday to get a new phone. Andy was doing the paperwork and Giovanni opened up my old phone and never put the SIM card tray back in the phone. I called Friday and they said they will search for it and will call me back. Tuesday afternoon comes and still no phone call. I called the store and Ozzie and Josh said they have it and I can pick it up. I said I would pick it up today and I asked who I can look for. Ozzie said he wont be here but he will put it in the back and tell the employees working. I came in the store today and the employees had no clue what I was talking about. Then they finally get a hold of another employee and one of their representatives who received an emergency call put it in their pocket and left with it. I waited for this Representative to come back with my SIM card tray. After waiting about 40 minutes, the representative came back with a SIM card tray and when they put it in my phone, it didnt fit. This place has really bad customer service and I will never return here again. T-Mobile corporate office should have this place checked out and closed down. I am a very dissatisfied customer. If I could give this place a 0 star I would.

Plus the store is in a well strategic location. Right off Rt.64 and next to Caputos. Across from Starbucks, it doesnt get any better than this. 👍👍

Ive been a T-Mobile customer for 7 years and this store blew me away. Usually I dread going into T-Mobile shops but this store has provided me the best customer service in all of my 7 years. I cannot express how much I am grateful for Brittanys dedication to help me out when I ran into a few speed bumps (like getting 3 iphones sent to me when I only ordered one) and assisting me with a million of questions. She even waited for me to come (even though the store was technically closing in 5 min). The manager is also awesome! They are the reason why I stay being a T-Mobile customer (I was about to switch to Verizon).

Horrible! I wouldnt even give them a star! First thing, when switching my phone number, I received a temporary number that was suppose to switch to my correct number with in a few hours, but after a few days had not switched.Tried to call and go to the store multiple times and no one new what to do. I wasted so much time with different employees that had no clue how to fix it. When one of them tried to fix it, practically erased everything on my phone in the process.(red flag)Should have seen another red flag when we were switching carriers that there was another customer complaining about not being told the correct information about insurance. We were promised credits for switching our phone lines a particular weekend that were not followed through. When trying to get these credits, made multiple phone calls with a promise to get a call back was never received. I mean I called at least 10x in a 2 month period. Every call was told a call back that they were working on getting the credit for us. I was told the following day I would see the credit which never happened. I was told to wait 30 days and I would see it. I was told lie after lie. When trying to call a final time, my phone number was blocked. What kind of customer service would block a customer that was trying to get something that was promised to them for signing up. They are a bunch of crooks at this branch that try to pull fast ones on new customers! Dont be fooled by their lies. I should have seen the red flags when we were switching. DO NOT go to this branch!!! They will lie and not tell you correct info, and then its to late.

Evan was very friendly and nice to deal with on both occasions I was there within the past week. I unfortunately had to bring my phone back as it was malfunctioning. He went out of his way to help me find a location that had my phone, since they did not.There was another lady there that was not very pleasing and told me I would need to call around for stores to see if they had them in stock and proceeded to go in the back which is when Evan decided to help me call. Not very good customer service on her part. Thanks Evan!

Out of all the local tmobile stores Ive been to, I would say this place has the most informative reps. Ive been misdirected in so many ways at the Stratford locations, its not even funny. Get one info one day, next day complete different info. Ill stick to the staff here :)

Terrible customer service. I bought a new phone and new plan and then traveled to a conference in CA. I had no data for over 5 days because the associate that opened my account forgot to turn it on. I spent hours on customer service from India that led no where. After 5 days I was able to get ahold of someone to finally turn on my data. What a terrible experience as soon as I became a customer

Thoroughly disgusted with this store~well, actually Sean and Brittany that work there. I went in to finance a new phone. I was told by Brittany that because I bought a new Samsung phone I was eligible for a FREE SAMSUNG TABLET! I said over and over that I dont want the FREE TABLET if its gonna raise my bill AT ALL. She told me that I would be charged for the data plan but absolutely guaranteed that it would be deducted somewhere else on the bill. My ‪first bill came, of course after the buyers remorse time period so even though there was no buyers remorse I wasnt going to be able to return the NOT FREE TABLET. My situation was a case of LYING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! Anyway, I reviewed the invoice and WOW! I was charged for #1 the tablet...24 payments and #2 the data plan on the FREE TABLET! I went into the store and tried to discuss this with Brittany . I told her that I didnt want the FREE TABLET because its not free as she had promised.. She informed me, as I expected, that I could not return it, then started going over all the documentation from a few weeks prior. I asked her why she had lied to me on my first visit. I admit I was angry and I believe I had every right to be! She said that she would NEVER lie . I again stated my take on the whole situation. This time Sean stepped in~Im guessing hes a manager or supervisor.....saying that they dont lie. I got angrier and apparently raised my voice to again, reminding them what had taken place. Sean pointed his finger at me and said DO NOT YELL AT ME, ONLY MY MOTHER CAN DO THAT! WHAT???? Finally after looking at their computer for a very long time, they informed me that these charges would stop after 2-3 billing cycles. I AGAIN ASKED WHY THEY LIED TO ME.ready for their explanation? They have SOOO much information to discuss and contract writing is sooo detailed that they might have simply forgotten to mention that part about my bill being ASTRONOMICAL for the next few billing cycles. THEY LEFT THAT PART OUT? They have too many other things to think about when selling a phone, so apparently its okay in their mind to leave out the all important we dont care if your bill is so high that you cant pay it and your phones get shut off, youre still suckered into the contract. I filed a complaint with T-Mobile shortly after. I hope that something will be done so this does not continue to happen to other customers. I have been with T-Mobile for years and am shocked by their rude, slow and all around terrible customer service .

Just needed to go in to buy a microsim card. I have waited 30min in line and am still waiting...the 3 customers that the employees were working with is still the same 3 customers they are working with. Dont know if its a tmobile operational problem or specifically this store, but S-L-O-W service.I have to say though, based on observation, brittany (the tmobile worker) seemed to be very courteous and knowledgeable to the customers.
