Not all locations are created equal. This Geneva Road location and especially this great employee is the reason I highly recommend them. He was by far the most helpful, responsive and courteous employee I have had the pleasure to deal with in a long time. If you are lucky enough to get Armanie to help you, you have the best ! Verison stores arent supposed to have different deals or pricing. I had to come to this location to figure out that some emploees know much more than others. John was able to give me promos that had been sitting in my account that another location had not even mentioned.

The manager at this location is amazing! He assisted my family and I switching over from Sprint a few years ago! He is always happy to help you and has a great attitude! This shop in Carol Stream is the only shop I go to because I know he will take good care of us:)

It had been almost 6 years since my last cell phone purchase. Needless to say, I was perplexed by both the amount of selection, brands, features etc. Im an android user, but wasnt sure whether I wanted to stay with that platform or switch to an iPhone. The sales rep(Ivan) was very patient with me, explained the +/- of each, and made me aware of a great promotion on the phone I eventually purchased. His patience and genuine concern that I buy a phone that I could easily learn to operate, fit my budget, and was happy with was fantastic. Ive been with Verizon for over 13 years and will remain a customer because of his excellent service.

Ivan made the whole process of getting a new phone so seamless. His attention to detail, level of knowledge on product lines, and easygoing personality really shined through to create an awesome experience for me. He even assured me that once the new tempered glass screen protectors arrived that he would call me to come back in order to protect my phone. Needless to say, Ivan’s customer service skills are top notch and I will definitely recommend his store to my friends/family.

The wait could be long sometimes, however the guys in there are doing their best and juggling 2-3 customers at one time. I’ve had the pleasure to deal with Matt, which was outstanding! Had to call corporate Verizon to get it removed, otherwise I was going to be charged on my next bill. Also signed me up for device protection without asking, which is more money every month. Watch out.

The Man that helped me at the Verizon Store in Wheaton on Geneva Road was amazing. I got greeted right away really fast when I came in, he also paid strict attention to me not to other noises. He made my buying experience superb. My initial phone company was T-Mobile then AT&T then Cricket and none treated me like royalty as I was treated here. I also got his business card. I’m an empath which means I absorb emotion well and nobody treated me this perfect at any previous phone shops. T-Mobile could be mean at times so as AT&T has the worst customer service as I came to know over the years. Not only does verizon have better all over the united states coverage but it’s fast and I heard they had a lot of phone towers. I got a current promotion of $200 off for getting a second device which went really smoothly. Overall really impressed with this phone company and I even got amazing Roadside Assistance for $10 which does come with coupons all around you to local places that you redeem through the app and also it can tell you exactly what is wrong with your car. For an at-the-time Uber driver like me this is perfect. Verizon has exceeded my expectations and the salesperson was as nice as an angel. Thank you and I hope they reward him.

I purchased several phones online and opted for in store pickup since delivery was unavailable. When I arrived to pick up my order, Verizon’s system messed up. If it wasn’t for Matt and his patience, I probably would’ve walked out an angry customer. Instead, Matt did EVERYTHING on his end possible to correct the system error and ensure my discounts were still in tact. He made sure I had his and the stores contact information in case I have any further issues. I will continue going back to this store because of his hard work. He truly cares about the customer.

Need to be careful at this store. Was scammed by Dylan for $400+ during my purchase of two iPhone in Nov. I would advise looking at your invoice in detail. Crazy how they can perform such a scam in daylight. I asked the Sales Manager to call me and he has yet to return my call. My suggestion is to go to a Corporate store for legitimate service.Update: 3/12/20 - Called Jason the sales manager twice and left a message. No response. Gotta love the bad customer experience.
