You do a great job, keeping everything well stocked. The store is kept clean and tidy. And the Manager is always friendly and welcoming.

I come here to get redbull they rarely have peach which is annoying but when they do i will gladly buy all of it

Ive been going to this 7-11 once a week for the past few years for a big gulp, now, for the past few weeks( maybe more) theyre literally out of almost every soda every single time I go in. The coke was just spitting out foam, the sprite and pepsi were out and the lemonade tasted bland and old. Dont come to this location for fountain drinks. The lady that works there is really nice though. Thats the only reason for 3 stars, if it werent for her itd be 2.

They need to go through their ice cream. Ive bought multiple pints that have freezer burn and are no good.

Employee sold me an empty Posh Plus pod and was told that I was the one scamming them.

Great service, always a clean store. Be careful about parking its can be difficult to back out if you park greedily right in front of the entrance. Haha.

Just throw the whole place away and start over. The one on Army Trail by Costco is way better and what this place should be. The day staff is super friendly. Night will hit on you and not take no for an answer. Can you ever clean this place, stock it, or have coffee? Because for what you charge this should be a shining castle.

Been going there for years now. Lately I’ve been away but whenever I stop by they recognize me and I have a nice conversation with whoever is there. While I don’t believe they’re technically essential during this time, they remain open and they were busy cleaning when I came in so I really appreciated that.

Friendly store clean

I have been coming into this store for almost two years. It is always clean, well presented and well staffed. The staff are the nicest people you could come across. They always greet with a smile and are always working. I have never seen a speck of dust in this place. Great job!

This place is good to go to if you want a snack or some candy but the prices are a little high

I have been going this 711 for years never had any problems until about a week ago they are always very understanding but this lady behind the counter she wouldnt take it. Cuz it was torn a little bit and she tossed it back on the counter and those I dont want this with an attitude she knows Im a paying customer she knows Im a loyal customer she knows Ive been coming in there for years and this is how the treatment I get when she doesnt wants a dollar for me I said fine so I gave her four quarters I didnt want to fight with her but that would be my last time I wouldnt go there for my cigarettes or my monsters I would just go to the tobacco shop down the street give him my business cuz hes better and he doesnt character dollars torn a little bit

Terrible staff. I had an argument with the clerk today. I bought a $1.99 coffee this morning. He asked me if I wanted a free muffin. I said no thank you just my coffee. He then put the promotion through that charged me $1.49 for a muffin and reimbursed me $1.48 for that muffin. I paid because I didnt feel like fighting about a penny. After I paid he asked if I was sure that I didnt want the FREE muffin to give to someone. At that point I told him to stop lying because its not free. He said it was Free. I showed him my receipt and said well what are these two charges on my receipt showing that actually you charged me a penny for the muffin I told you I didnt want. He said I could have a penny if I wanted. I told him I didnt want a penny I just wanted him to stop lying by saying its free when its not FREE. If this was the first time I would let it slide but it wasnt. I hate interacting with the staff here.

Rude customer service.Two associates who refused to sell me donuts because it was not there job to open the freshly packed sealed donuts that I can touch but not have.

Regular customer here have nvr had a problem.
