Fantastic customer service. I needed to replace a burnt out headlight and wasnt sure which type I needed. Cesar went out to my car and made sure that we had the correct make and model. He helped me choose the right bulbs for the job. I wasnt sure how to install them, so another AutoZone employee, Simon went back out with me and put them in. Both of those guys were friendly and helpful, giving me lots of advice and information.This is always my go to place for auto parts. Even though there are other parts stores closer, I always come here because the staff is friendly and helpful. Ive never had a bad excellence, even when theyre busy. (Which seems like always!)I highly recommend this business. -You can trust them.

I received amazing customer service from an associate named Simon. I came in looking for new battery and wipers for my car and he did a great job explaining all the details for each product for me. I wasn’t sure if I needed a new battery but Simon went outside in the freezing 20 degree weather to check for me. He was very nice and informative. Even thought this location is a little further from my home, I will be coming back to this location!

These people are just dumb. Seems like they have a bunch of burnouts working there. You have to repeat yourself multiple times and they still get the wrong parts...

Ive been to many AutoZone locations all over Chicagoland area. The store manager here ( i believe her name was Secorro) outstands with excessive knowledge! Every time I visit the store she is extremely helpful and let me repeat - knowledgeable. Last time she even helped me with my RV solenoid. Thank you boss! Definitely a location I can recommend 👍

Good deals on oil oil filters and stuff like that as far as parts they may have a lifetime warranty but youre going to replace them a hundred times dont buy the replacement parts

My battery died just as I pulled in their parking lot and they replaced the battery for me no installation cost. Very grateful to the guy who installed it for me I just wished I knew his name

I walked into that store yesterday. I almost.had turn away and walk out if there. For some stupid reason their store manager insist on drowning everything there with Fabuloso Lavender cleaner. That odor is not a pleasant smell when it is concentrated.
