Great customer service. We worked with Kyle and he made sure that all of our questions were answered before we left. Also made sure that we knew what was all involved in each plan. He made the transfer process from one cell phone company to this one. It also was a fun process. 🙂

Marie and Nathan and Diane all helped me pick out a new phone, adjust our account and set me up. However, my Apple ID didn’t work and I was told I had to wait 13 days for my phone to be updated. Marie and Nathan called Apple Support and talked through it with their representative. He was able to help us and now everything works! They were awesome.

Worst customer service I’ve come across! Store use tobe great! Traded 1 phone in with a $587 credit and had to fight for 4 months to get it because they screwed the paperwork up. Recently had another phone freeze up. They had my daughter sit there for 3 hours just to say they couldn’t fix it cause they were too busy.She ended up taking it home and found out how to fix it herself on Google. This is too bad because this storeuse to have the best customer service around! I will bedefinitely using another Verizon store going forward!

I was going to rate 4 stars because many times there is a wait to be helped but when this is 1 of 2 stores for the whole town with lots of customers that is understandable. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering any question that I had. Store is welcoming and kept neat/clean.

I don’t usually do reviews but wanted to let everyone know how great Sara was at this location. I had to move 2 business lines to my personal account. She not only made that easy but helped me pick a new plan that actually will save me money, even with adding these lines. Good to see customer service is still alive and well in Carroll IA!

Sadly after being with Verizon 14+ yrs with no bad experiences to report, I had my first bad one that was horrid! I was new to this area, and with this store I had a very bad experience with them involving 2 products ordered from there within a week of each other. I felt more like I was just a sale/commission to them. First I ordered the new iphone at that time, it arrived, and upon activation dealt with an employee that I was instructing him how to do some things. Went back next day to get my box, and the charger with it that was not given to me upon leaving store the first time. Later checking on return of my old phone to Verizon is where some of the fun began, and continued. Payments I was making for phone was for the old phone, not the new one. Records showed I had no contract for new phone, had a hard time finding the phone returned to the warehouse, and I had to verify with Verizon what phone was in my possession. I had to go back to store to get a contract signed, Verizon gave me some credit, said everything in order, get to store, and they still made me pay a fee there for taxes/line/fees...whatever it was. So, what credit I got went back to Verizon who later told me I should have called because I owed nothing. Needless to say after many many calls to Verizon, repeating my story many times of the situation, it took me up to 4 months to finally have my bill, and credits for the phone in order.Now, after getting my new phone about a week later I received my new iPad Pro I ordered from the same store. First order I was told had been placed for the iPad Pro, but I got no email confirmation about new device/change on account. So, I had stopped by and asked employee if it was ordered. He said yes, I told him no confirmation had been received yet. He seemed confused when I ex-pained no confirmation received for this. So, we ordered it ‘again’ while I stood there. Good thing too because I would have gotten what I didn’t want. Notice received it had been delivered, employee called next day it had arrived, so I went to pick that up. When I got there the iPad was already out of the box, and they had been taking turns playing with it, testing it, and were complimenting to me how well it was performing. So, upon receiving this new device...what was suppose to be new, box should have been opened with me, they had already opened the box, and tested/operated it without me being present. Also, to get a case for it they had nothing, offered no ordering for it, but was told I was probably better to just get it from Amazon. First time I’ve ever walked out of a Verizon with no protective cover on my device! Took the fun out of the whole process because it was no longer new, and mine. Just the price made it new. Very sad situation that no one should have to experience. Employee I dealt with did not seem knowledgeable with things, and I had a very sad experience here. For everything experienced, the things I had to deal with for a few months till everything was in order I can not recommend this store.

Awesome customer service wait time a little long but is expected as staff are with other customers. Very clean store if they dont have a product on hand they will order right away and call you when it arrives which has always been 2 business days. But with all that I got to them every time I need something I dont go to any other store. Keep up the good work guys and gals

Ask for Diana or Kylie.We have been with Verizon for years and we went in to renew our contract and she saved us $55.00 a month on our services. The place is always pretty busy so grab a water and some popcorn Then grab a seat, wont be long. Jeff
