Today Seth replaced a battery in my IPhone 6. It took just 20 minutes! The Device Defenders open at 8:00 on Thursdays so I was able to get it done and get to work on time! Great experience. Highly recommend.

Great service. I took my phone here yesterday to get it repaired and he had it done before the time we thought it would take. He gave me a slight discount due to a small scratch in the paint. Id recommend this place to anyone who needs a new screen. He does great work and is understanding.

Seth there was awesome! He has fixed one of our iPhone screens and also our kids iPad screen. He got it done so quick but with great quality.

This place is a joke. Its a hobby business. Replaces phone screens, as long as the parts are easy to find, he has the time and hes in the mood :) Your probably better off sending your device back trough the manufacturer.

Jeff Hauser is an ingrate whom if you read his reviews, he only gives good reviews to business that give him free stuff, and negative if they dont donate to he non profit which goes to nothing but his family because he doesnt work. He has probably never been there. They provide a great service. Contract is a little sketchy, but other than that friendly guy that does the work.
