This shop is great. From the time you walk in until your car is completed. Everyone was cordial and pleasant. My car is a 2006 and they made it look good again after the bumper fell off. It took a little while to get some of the parts, but that is expected with an older car. And they made sure to keep me updated with the progress. My car needs a little more work and I will continue to have the work done at Texas Body Works. I recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.

Texas Body Works in Carrollton went above and beyond my expectations! By far! Their team was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was given all the options to fix my front bumper and the plastic liner under my car (ran over a full size tire left in the middle of the lane on 35e). All my questions were answered thoroughly and with respect. The finished job was SO perfect that you cant tell any work was even done and my bumper was literally about to fall off! I highly recommend them and will continue to do so! Go see them, you wont regret it!

Texas Body Works did an excellent job on my 2006 Honda Accord. They had to replace the front left fender and paint some other places. They matched the paint to my older other body parts. I picked up the car after 4:00PM and they had buffed out the other unpainted parts on car. Looks brand new now. People are helpful and polite. I highly recommend them.

Overall my experience with this location was good. I arrived and was quickly given a quote by someone on staff. The quote was fair and accurate. I actually wanted to move forward and do business but the scheduling and time frame didnt work for me. If I run into a collision issue in the future Ill definitely have this place in mind.

After the recent Hail Storm in Keller we were in need some serious Hail Repair. Texas Body Works was great to work with as they quickly were able to assist with our Insurance Claim and were extremely helpful with the whole process. Our Company SUV was repaired even quicker than expected and looks brand new. It was also nice they had rental cars on sight as well. Id highly recommend these guys!

These guys took the time and trouble to repair my granddaughters 1998 Lexus that was wrecked in the rear. They had to search for a rear bumper and other parts which were difficult to locate due to the age of the car and the fact that the car is a hot item. They were terrific and the car looks brand new - cannot say enough good things about them.

I took my 1970 International Scout to Texas Body Works for some cosmetic touch up and major repaint work. Met with Darrin and members of his staff to discuss my needs and to get their opinions/suggestions of completing the desired work. We came to agreement on the methods for prepping the top for my Scout and the paint match for a complete repaint. We discussed price & expected time of delivery. I have to say the communication process was good. I felt like I was in the loop constantly. The workmanship was some of the highest quality I have seen (and I have experienced both ends of the spectrum). All of my expectations were exceeded. The project was completed on time and on budget. I will return to this group of professionals with other restoration projects. Highly recommend!!

I needed an estimate of a small cosmetic dent repair on a door panel. So I googled the closest shop near me, and was very pleasantly satisfied with my brief experience at Texas Body Works. The manager was very detailed and quick to assess the necessary work and approximate the costs. The fact that I arrived without an appointment and was greeted and treated like a long-time customer truly made my day.

We have used the same body shop for many years but recently they retired after 34 years of business. They referred us to Texas Body Shop after I had a fender-bender. We were very impressed with them all. We worked with Chris, he was very Professional and thorough with his estimate. The level of work was even better. Yesterday, the day before Thanksgiving 2020, I randomly chose Texas Auto Body to help me with a small fix (adding a trim piece that had fallen off my vehicle. I called and asked the receptionist (Isabelle) if they could help me. She is very polite and welcoming. Instantly, I was thinking this was going to be a good experience. She transferred me to Joe Gonzales, who seemed sincerely interested in helping me. Turns out he was. We discussed the part that I had purchased, he asked me several questions, and asked me if I had time to stop by this afternoon, which I did. Heres where it gets amazing. When I pulled up at the arranged time, Joe came out to greet me. Hello Bill, Im Joe Gonzales! I was blown away. He took a look at my car and the part and said, well take care of this. Based on the confidence in his voice, I trusted that it wasnt going to take a long time. I was right! After a 10 min walk with my dog, I glanced back at the parking lot from a distance and my car was already in the lot. Next I see Joe walking out of the office... As I walked up, he said, We are all set. Oh and by the way, your drivers side door was rubbing your front fender so we popped-out the dent and greased the door to stop it from squeaking! This was fast becoming an out-of-body service experience. Joe then walked me to the other side of the car to show me the trim piece perfectly set in place. Are you ready for the Maraschino cherry on top of the Sunday? I asked what I owed and he said, No charge! At that point I wasnt stunned. I asked, Are you sure? He said, Absolutely. If you ever need any body work in the future come see us. Oh and please tell your friends! This is such a great marketing lesson for any small business. See you next time, Joe! I cannot recommend this place. Darrin the owner is a used car salesman who will try and con you out of all your money. We agreed he would detail my car for $500.00. I know expensive right? Well I said I wanted it to look showroom new and done professionally. Wrong! It looked horrible was not complete, windows dirty on the inside, trunk was not cleaned at all and the rims were not cleaned. Totally disgusted! I told him I would only pay him $250.00 for the detail. I was being extremely generous! Do not go here go somewhere else!I am writing an addendum to this review because the owner called me and apologized for the service I received and refunded me the remaining balance of the detailing I had done. He assured me that he will not have employees around his shop that do not give honest customer service.I am satisfied with this result and I can say now I would recommend Texas Body Works and I myself will go there again.It is rare that a business will do this in the climate of these times we live in. So, Thanks to Texas Body works.

Business done right! We had a fender bender to be repaired, and a family member recommended Texas Body Works. The insurance company required an assessment at one of their approved body shops (which Texas Body Works was not). But instead of having to drive to multiple places including stopping by Enterprise for the rent car, the guys at Texas Body offered that we drop off the car there, they would drive it to the assessment, and set us up with one of their nice rental cars. It was the easiest, friendliest process. The work done was superb as well! We drove an hour in rush hour traffic to get there, and even though there are reputable places closer, well be taking all future fixes to Texas Body Works because of the wonderful treatment we received!

They are definitely awesome!!! We had some minor repair/paint done and they also touched up other areas on the vehicle, washed the exterior and cleaned the interior! They even neatly folded a blanket that was in the vehicle! They are reasonably priced, honest, professional and do great work!I never write reviews but I do read them all the time and I decided that Texas Body Works was definitely worth spending the time to write a review! Unfortunately, I have had numerous occasions over the years when I have needed a body shop. I have needed repairs due to anywhere from hail damage to a sign blowing out of a dump truck and hitting me on the highway to lightning hitting a tree that landed on my car. Every time I have gone to Texas Body Works. They have turned every bad experience I have ever had with a car into a positive.They take all the headache out of working with insurance companies, car rentals agencies, and always have my car looking like new in a timely manner. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to the highest standards. I highly recommend Texas Body Works...although I hope to not need them anytime soon!

These guys do great work! Was just shopping for a better price but actually found much more than that. Better work and they worked to overcome the hassles my insurance company was creating too! I would highly recommend them and have taken other dents and dings back to them since.

I had gotten rear-ended and made sure to got several estimates. Another body shop recommended Texas Body Works, so I decided to give them a shot. Im so glad I did! The people there were very nice and helpful. The other persons insurance company tried to give me an after-market bumper, but Texas Body Works was able to get me a Nissan bumper (my car is only 7 years old). I really appreciated that. I dropped my car off on a Monday and was able to pick it up on Friday. Super quick! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family!

My 2004 Scion needed a new bumper. I went to Texas Body Works and had a great experience. The work was excellent and finished in a timely manner. Their customer service cannot be better. General Manager, Darrin Ditmer was excellent working with schedule and details. And he is very good at answering all questions. The experience was positive and would recommend them for any auto body repair!

Darrin was wonderful! I got hail damage earlier this year and my car got so much damage. Darrin was so great with me and always kept me informed on where we were in the process with him and my insurance. He definitely took care of me and my Subaru and it was a fantastic experience all around. This place is awesome! They have done work on 3 cars for me in the last few years. Color matching is flawless which is amazing considering my latest car which has a pearl finish. The first car I had work done on actually had a better quality paint job than the factory which made me happy that I had a wreck believe or not. Highly recommend to anyone needing body work done.

My Suzuki had a leaky sun roof back in July and some peeling paint. I explained that the roof HAD to be fixed, but I really couldnt afford the paint job yet.He went out of his way to save me some cash on the roof fix (literally fabricated parts to make it happen!), and patched up my paint enough to get by for a little while.They are a very customer-service oriented body shop. They even sent us a Christmas card!I highly recommend Texas Body Works!

Good people doing good work.I think they opened in the mid to late 80s. It is family owned and the shop manager Darrin has been there for 15 or more years. The quality of repair is great, they do not cut corners and will make sure your insurance company pays to have it fixed correctly.Rumor has it some shops will cut corners to stay on the insurance company preferred repair shop. Do not play that game. Take it here and have it restored to per-accident condition.

Took three cars here. Hail damage, and two car accidents within two years. Awesome work! Always great customer service. Didnt use insurance on one repair and the cost was fair for the impeccable quality.

I went in to get an estimate on what is was going to cost to fix my car, and he told me he was going to have to keep my car. Instead of taking me home in his company car he said i had to drive my car home and someone will drive my car back to the shop. That is so weird especially since something is already wrong with it. So a couple days go by and he tells me that he is going to charge me $75 for an estimate. He never mentioned this prior to me dropping off my vehicle. I wouldve went somewhere else because i never knew a company to charge for an estimate. So he finally calls and tells me to come pick up my car. He says we can not come pick u up because u are not using my service.

Good work

Took my 2012 Nissan Altima to TBW on Tuesday to get an estimate. Had in back to them for completion on Thursday. They called on Friday to tell me the car was ready. The work was exceptional, very timely and much less expensive than many other shops. Turns out, they were able to save me some money with the final bill being $200 less than originally quoted. The customer service was also excellent. Should I ever need any more body work done, Texas Body Works will be my only location. They are AWESOME!!!!!

They do good painting jobs on cars

Darrin and the team are awesome!! I dropped my Jeep off to get hail damage repair. My insurance had already written a check for the estimated amount and just wanted to replace panels not try paintless dent repair.Darrin and his team worked with the insurance quickly to get the supplemental amount while I worked with the leanholder to get the check endorsed. As soon as I had gotten the check back from the leanholder, my Jeep was ready! My Jeep came back to me good as new and clean as a whistle! I am so happy! I will be recommending these guys!
