The owner was sitting in the front office so i explained our past experiences with other dealers. Bad cars, a/c not working, missing engine parts, car making noises, etc. He said “THAT WONT HAPPEN HERE!” I said to my self. “Let see; here we go again”. Well I was wrong!!!! I bought a Mercedes Benz C350 Sport yesterday (5/6/2020) and am very impressed by this vehicle/performance and the process Dallas Auto Center has in place to provide the best customer care and service.What is the most important to me is honesty and flexibility in working with customers that have different credit scores/financial situation than your typical buyer. I was there for nearly 4 hours to get approved for this vehicle but Cesar and Red were simply amazing in making sure I got the vehicle i came in looking for. They were both very honest, and humble in their approach. I didnt feel once I was being sold to (which is a huge turn off when dealing with car dealerships) but more so they consulted my needs, listened to listen and not response as well as separated that from my wants.Very professional team and quality service! If I could give this dealership less than one star I would. The representative that was assisting me, Cesar, was not knowledgeable about any of the cars they sell. After being promised that the car was in perfect condition - I arrived after driving 200 miles to get there with the check in hand to purchase the vehicle. After inspecting the vehicle I noticed the tires were rotted. One of the tires even had a nail in it, and there was no way that they would have passed inspection. This dealership does not look at tires when they put their cars up for sale and have no disclaimer on their advertisements that the tires would need to be replaced. Cesar was unwilling to replace the tires and offered an insulting $200 discount that would only cover the cost of one tire (when all four needed to be replaced). Terrible customer service. Terrible way to do business. I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever. This place is every car shoppers nightmare.

I test drove an SUV three months ago while I was in the area. They made a fair deal, but I chose not to buy at that time because I was still considering if I wanted to trade or buy outright. Due to being 3 hours away, the COVID situation prevented me from buying out of town (I was unable to locate a vehicle to fit my specific needs locally) for a time. I recently looked and saw that this vehicle was still available. I contacted them again, and they Again made me a good deal. My recent purchase experience with Dallas Auto Center was impeccable. I found the precise vehicle I was looking for on-line. From the moment I stepped foot in the showroom I was treated like royalty...despite the fact that the vehicle I was there to buy was a minivan (albeit a perfect one and a great deal.) In other words, it didnt seem to matter at all that I was not purchasing anything even close to the most expensive car they had. I wanted to drive it home the evening of the purchase and rather than asking me to return for the needed inspection, they drove to my job, picked the car up, took care of the inspection and returned it to me at work. I couldnt believe it. I also could not believe the Personal Assistant membership that came with my purchase. That alone would have been worth the price of the vehicle. I have used it extensively since the day I made my purchase. Customer service is a big deal to me. From the attention to me as a customer, to the straightforward dealings, to the exemplary service, they have been exceptional. I give Dallas Auto Center my highest recommendation. I have never been so impressed by an auto dealership. They have set the bar very high indeed.

Was interested in a car on June 25th, and sent them an e-mail. Got an e-mail back on July 29th completely ignoring my question, and seemed to be a pre-written e-mail. Sent them a message back before finally getting a reply on July 31st. Since then, I contacted them once more, and havent heard from them since. I checked their website and it shows that the car I wanted was off their inventory. I got no e-mail saying it was sold, and all of their e-mails were late. Disappointed and frustrated.

This was by far the most pleasant and easy car buying experience I have ever had. Both Red and Sean were great with answering all my questions and then some. This was my dream car and they made it happen.

Im from out of state so prior to sending a third-party inspector to look at the car I was interested in, I asked specifically and repeatedly if the vehicle had any paint work (something very important to me). I was given a definite no every time I asked. The car had a clean CarFax (not always definitive) and it was presented well in photos so I paid $150 for an independent inspector to check the vehicle. He noted that the car had been painted/repaired in multiple places. When I called the dealer and spoke with the Sales Manager, Red, he defended the salesperson as not having the knowledge to know whether a car had been painted. My response: if he didnt know, shouldnt he have asked? Instead of telling me no multiple times? I asked him to reimburse me for the inspection fee since its a cost I would not have incurred had the truth about the car been disclosed up front. He declined. Complete lack of accountability = lack of credibility and lack of character.

Not as open and honest as expected. At first I was impressed with the customer service and willingness to help. After I made my purchase and returned home, I found I may of been sold a car that was inspected as promised. I was told the cars go through a rigorous inspection process before being sold. At home I discovered the air filter was old, the oil had not been changed, oil filter needed changed as well. I inspected the spark plugs and found them to very used and needing replaced. In total, I have incurred close to $1,000 in additional costs for parts and equipment required to perform the services I assumed were completed as a part of the inspection process.I called and requested a summary of the inspection process to better understand what they checked, but after multiple requests, they have still failed to provide the documentation. Based on what I found in my own inspection, its clear the inspection process was not completed.I am now crossing my fingers that there are not larger issues with the motor or the car that I have not been able to address.Proceed with caution.

Incredible Dealership and Service CenterRecently purchased a Mercedes SL550 through Dallas Auto Center. Working with the sales team was quite refreshing, there was none of the typical pressure sales tactics you deal with. The relaxed atmosphere along with the teams knowledge about their vehicles made for a great experience.Several weeks after the purchase the car would not shift from park to drive. (Turns out this is a typical issue with Mercedes). Called Dallas Auto Center who asked me to bring the car in for them to inspect.Several days later (part had to be delivered) they called and said the car was ready. Walking into the showroom I was immediately recognized an told they were pulling the car around for me. Handing me the keys I was told the gearbox had been replaced, I was a bit confused and asked how much I owed for the service, I was told to not worry about it... Was a very odd but awesome experience.Ive never experienced this level of service before, going forward I will go through them when looking for future vehicles.

Unfortunately the was car sold but even then he was still trying to locate me the same car I wanted. When I spoke to the sales rep I thought I was clear on what I was looking for and also I mentioned that I had a trade in. I was already preapproved for the car amount that I wanted to purchase the car for. While the sales rep showed me the car I wanted he gave my keys to a guy to look over my car. As we were walking around he suggested that I should get another loan through his company that if my credit is as good as I said it was and I made what I told him. If a person already has a check from a credit union what is there to prove. I left there feeling very empty. I have already started to spread the word to my fellow co-workers and one of them suggested that I post this.

Hey these folks are hip as hell. My credit is terrible 5 repos behind on my child support and work for minimum wage. Now Im driving a 2013 Audi. Its got 185,000 miles but it looks good. I dont know what they did. I didnt even understand what they were saying half the time but I smiling now. So I passing the word to my brothers and sisters.

The sales man David helped me with the loan and they worked with me with the warranty on the car.
