We purchased and had windows installed from expo home improvement. The windows are beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Because of a storm one of the windows got damaged so we just called up the company and they ordered the replacement window and installed it today. It was easy and their customer service has been outstanding. Eddie was the gentleman who replaced the window today and he was very courteous and professional and install the replacement window quickly. I don’t hesitate at all recommending this company to my friends and family.

Overall my customer service experience was terrible. I liked the shower and the installation personel but customer service was horrible. I was told I would be contacted regularly about updates to the incorrect installation of my shower glass, but unfortunately that would never happen. The overall completion of my shower took about 2 months to complete. During that time I was continually hung up on and or told I would be receiving a call later that day which would never happen. I will say that once installation was complete the head of the customer service department did get in touch with me and ask about my concerns and what they need to work on to better service their customers. I was able to voice all concerns and problems I had during the times I had contacted the company. She listened to my concerns and ideas about how to better service their customers and gave me her direct number if I had any future problems. I will give a better rating due to the fact she did take the time to call me and listen to my concerns.

We had our shower/tub combo replaced last week and it looks great. The staff, from sales to the installers, were knowledgeable and responsive. We are very happy with the shower/tub.Today they returned and put the new top on the bathroom vanity. Unfortunately, it looks like either measurements/alignment for fixtures was off and theres a gap between the edge of the counter and the wall. I called after business hours today and hope to hear back tomorrow. Except for this, we have been happy with the process and the work, so I hope they can fix this. Ill update my review after I hear back from them.Update 6-17: I got a call back promptly, was able to email pictures, and they have scheduled someone to come out tomorrow. Everyone still has been professional and courteous.Update 6-20: A team returned as promised, cut the vanity top to a better size and placed it correctly. It looks great, could not be happier. Sure its nice to get it right the first time but its also nice when a company fixes a mistake. Updating my rating to 4.75 stars, would use them again for sure.

Bath Expo was a pleasure to work with. After working closely with Toni we chose the Onyx collection . She was very helpful in the whole process and offered suggestions as she listened to the look I was going for, in turn putting my mind at ease. Once the vanity, shower and tub decking came in Fonzie and his crew were an absolute joy to have perform installation. Not only did they demolish the old they acted as plumbers with the new while installing. Their professionalism and personal joy are infectious! We love our new bathroom and rate this high quality product and business with 5 stars!

The process of getting new windows was beyond my expectations. I have delt with other window installs with my investment properties and those installers dont hold a candle to Carlos. Upon request, he caulked my windows that I didnt replace for me! Very pleased with Expo.

This company, in my opinion, is a great example of how AMAZING Customer Service should be!!! I want to give a special shout out to Candace and Jeff. I I called frequently and they always positive and helpful and polite and true to their word with finding answers to my questions in a timely matter. Really everyone I spoke to over the phone or in person showed the same level of excellent customer service!When the tub in our kids bath didnt fit well, so instead of ordering one that would take a week to get in, they upgraded us to a bigger tub. They reached out to another installer who drove out of his way to pick up the only tub left at the warehouse and brought it to our house so that our guys could keep working. They literally didnt leave the job site.This company must train their staff well and have a great eye for hiring talented individuals with great integrity! It was such a breath of fresh air especially after struggling with our last 2 previous home project contractors. I would absolutely work with this company again!

I had some windows replaced Expo. The communication with them was great along the way. The men that came out were great. They cleaned as they went and covered up the couch to protect it. They were very professional and did an awesome job.

What a disorganized, poorly trained mismanaged business! I was impressed by their services and web site only to be amazed by their stupidity.I messaged thru their site as interested in their services. If I had wanted to speak with them at that moment I would have picked up the phone. My phone rang in less than one minute as if they were bored or few ever contacted them. As if this wasn’t poor form they called the first day every hour or two! I don’t mind the effort EXCEPT TGEY NEVER ONCE WERE PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE.. Just kept calling and calling. Now I have done a lot a sales training and that is just plain abusive and ignorant.Having run a customer service business for 34 years I appreciated hearing how and why we messed up, when we did. I let people know and the intelligent ones appreciate it. I finally answered one of their calls when it was convenient for me and asked the representative why they leave no message but to continue to harass potential business. They had no answer other than their training so I asked the to have someone in their management team call me. Amazing the calls continued for 7-10 days with no message, until a woman in management called. I relayed the above which she apologized for and told me she would have a knowledgeable representative call me. I did get a call from a Michael Lambert, I returned the call the following day AND HAVE AFTER A MONTH NEVER HAD A CALL BACK.Inexcusable, moronic and just plain STUPID!You know, you can’t fix stupid! Avoid at all cost, these folks don’t know which way is up!

Update 10/07/2021 - Updated the rating to 3 stars. An owner came out with an Installation Manager and Custmer Relations Manager to review and discuss the issues. They promised to make it right after hearing my concerns. I will update the review as appropriate upon final resolution.*************************************This is a horrible company that offers warranties, however weve been waiting over six months for things as simple as a door handle to be fixed. We have 2 windows whos gas has leaked out and a sliding door that is effectively useless because of both manufacturing and installation problems.

Converted my old bathtub into a walk in shower. The sales rep was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We discussed my needs he put together a package that met them without trying to upsell it.The installers were also very professional and polite. They did a great job and were finished in less than 8 hours.The materials, price and quality of work are far superior to what Ive seen from other companies.

Initial visit cancelled...Had a meeting set up for Tuesday at 6pm. With 3 kids that play sports and such, time management for two parents is important. They called at 415 to tell me they couldnt make it and wanted to reschedule.If you cant get the initial visit right how can I expect anything else to be right. Very frustrating!

Overall experience was quite good. The installers were very timely and really knew what they were doing.

Eddie was super - on time, introduced himself, ready to get the job done with as little disruption as possible. Also, friendly. He was willing to explain the procedure of the window replacement. I also appreciate that even though this was a small job Window Expo sent an experienced staff member that could complete the task in a timely manner. We have recommended Window Expo to neighbors that also replaced windows and now I would definitely recommend she ask for Eddie should the occasion arise.

Expo Home installers did a great job demolishing the shower and installing new fixtures, pan and walls. The shower looks great and more than meets our expectations. The supervisor forgot to tell the installation crew that a city plumbing inspection was required. The installers had to remove an already installed wall and drywall, and return to finish the shower installation a few days later after the city completed its inspection. Note the field completion paperwork is a little off; 1) acceptance form indicates receiving two copies of cancelation agreement (why, can only cancel contract 3 days after signing), and 2) checklist includes use of fixtures (cant use them when the silicone sealant was just installed and per Expo Home instructions we can not use the shower 24-48 hours after installation). We used a bucket to check fixture function. One final comment is we found a used razor blade on the back porch which could be dangerous. In summary, 4 out of 5 stars experience.

We were thrilled with the work from Bath Expo. They removed our old tub and replaced it with a beautiful, large walk-in shower. They removed our old shower and replaced it with a linen closet. They were professional from beginning to end. We would definitely use them again. Fantastic job!

I have been patient and I have gotten nothing but the run around. Here is the quote from their web page. (We put our customers first in everything we do. There were window parts that were not present during initial installation. I went to close a window, and it would not lock. Called Sept 2020. I have been waiting over 8 months for a replacement window that was never ordered in the first place. Then when it gets ordered finally, where is it? Who knows, the installer called to make an appointment for installation. Then No Call No Show, wife left a message and still nothing. the so called expocares people werent any help. I am amazed that the company makes such a bold statement and can not back it up. Maybe this is why the warranty is for life because it will take you that long to get the parts. I want this comment to make it all the way up the chain of command. The owner needs to see this. Thank you for the false hope that you hold a high level of customer-centric service. Live up to your statement.UPDATE 3/30/2021I will give credit to upper management in this company. After the post, I received a phone call from Michael. He assured me that Monday the window would be replaced. On 3/29/2021, the window was replaced. Received a follow up from Michael and Paul expressing that they were truly sorry. I am glad they corrected the problem and made it right. Thank you again for the response, the windows are a great product, hands down the best. I would recommend this company and product to anyone.

Window Expo really sold their service. We received every bedroom window wrong then out of 7 bay windows only 6 were ordered. My parents ordered from them shortly after we ordered and threatened to cancel which made window expo react however since my parents contract was signed we can’t get a response from window expo. We have 8 windows not up egress grade with no ETA on when they will be replaced and no response on when they will reply with discount. I DO NOT recommend this company at all*** update- although we had these issues and still are awaiting the new windows I have not seen a company react the way Window Expo has, will provide another update once all is done but today we received a gift basket from their team thanking us for our business and understanding. That is going above and beyond.

What a difference getting to communicate in person with the decision makers of the company about service.... The work at our house became important, it started and finished in a very professional way, the quality of work is super and we are totally satisfied ! If 5 is the highest rating to award, we are willing to offer 5.5!!!

I am happy with my bath. I am only giving it four stars because it was only suppose to take one day and they had to come back the next day to bring trim pieces and caulk and they still have to come back next week because they did not have all the trim pieces still. Also the sales rep told us we had to pay for a showerhead (even though we wanted a different one that matched all the rest of the house) but we could have them put in one of ours when they came and just get the showerhead we paid for. I had them put in ours and asked for the one I paid for. The plumber had already taken it back to the shop. Then the next day they brought it back and it was a completely different one than I paid for. At this point supposedly when they come back this week they are going to bring the correct one.

Every interaction with a person was amazing.  Everyone was respectful, considerate and downright friendly.  The only critique I could offer would be that it seems there was some disconnect between teams and the communication of expectations.  Specifically, an order of missing trim was initially communicated that it would be a few days to be received and then subsequently installed after the glass portion was completed. These few days turned into a few weeks.  After a few weeks, I got a call that it would be the following week before the part would be received and Id get another call to schedule the install.  It was more than a month later before I got that call. I received a Wine Country gift basket as thank you for my patience, but honestly, we werent all that upset at the waiting since the shower was still usable.  Ultimately, the frustrating part was the lack of communication around constantly shifting timelines and a misunderstanding on how the final trim piece looks once installed, which juts out from the corner more than expected.

They did a great job installing a new tub and surround in 1 day..great quality products. They provide a lifetime warranty as well..just wish the time to wait from signing contract to getting the install done was not 3 months but other than that no complaints

Window Expo has really good installers and good customer service. Working with Window Expo requires patience as the company in China who manufacturers their products is relatively slow and unreliable. My advice is to make sure that you ask them to measure twice before submitting your order. I have used Window Expo twice and I would use them again - just be prepared for a 4-6 month delivery/install once you order. Post pandemic - perhaps this becomes a 3-4 month process.

I can’t thank Window Expo enough for giving me such a great deal on my windows. They have been installed for about a week now and the difference is amazing. I also love how my house looks. They really have brightened it up! I must say being your client was more than a pleasure. The process was easy, smooth and even having my little nieces last week and homeschooling while the windows were being installed there was very little disruption. The crew for the installation were excellent. They were respectful informative and very attentive to meet our needs with the installation.. They did 2 baths turned into showers which took 2 days and look excellent by the way! The plumber was very informative in letting us know exactly what he was doing and for some reason our water just runs so much better in the showers now. This review is going to be quite long, but definitely worth the read. We had our tub converted in to a shower. The conversion was necessary because my father is in his mid 70s and has had total hip replacement. It is very difficult / dangerous for him to get in a tub. When we were getting several quotes, the sales person with Bath Expo came to our home (new house built in 2020), to give his sales pitch. Mr. Cheuvront seemed like he understood what our needs and concerns were and assured us that all the material we selected was in stock and in their warehouse, and the conversion could start right away. Three weeks later the conversion had not been started, (the deposit was processed, which was half of the project). But nothing had been scheduled. Several phone calls later we finally given an install date. One of many promises that Tim had made was that the install would only take a one day, and that the shower could be used in 24 hrs. The install took 3 days, and it was recommended by the contactor to wait 48 hrs. I will say this, the installer, Daniel, and the plumber were great. The whole thing may have sat better, if we were not mislead from the start about time lines. I will leave with this, the shower is beautiful, and my dad is very happy with it. It just took awhile for Bath Expo to come around and get the job done.

We absolutely love our windows. I initially had a bit of sticker shock at our quote, but decided that it would be worth it for the quality and I am not disappointed. I am so glad we decided go ahead. Our new windows have given a face lift to my already favorite area of our home. We started with just one area that was in desperate need of a better way to control the summer heat. We no longer have any trouble with heat in this room and enjoy every minute and a little lighter load on our AC system. The installers went out of their way to see to a complete professional installation. They realized they needed one more strip of trimming to fill in a gap went and got the trim and stayed late to finish the job but the trim color does not match the Adobe window trim we chose. It will be a simple paint fix, we just need to know what color of paint to get and haven’t been able to figure out what paint at Lowe’s will match. Overall we are very impressed and pleased and look forward to using Window Expo to finish the rest of our windows.

They came out to replace our tub with walk in shower in our guest bathroom. Came in around 9 and were done little after 3 on the same day. Very happy with the final result and with their professionalism in regards to cleanliness after work was done. I just wish their quote was reasonable when it came to our master bathroom shower otherwise we would have let them do that job also.

The crew came in and took down the tile around the old tub, took out the tub, removed a clean out to bring plumbing up to code, set a new tub in place, installed a lining on the walls in the tub area, set a new sink on a vanity. This was the main bath. In Master bathroom they tore out the old tiled shower cubicle, installed a new drain, set a shower pan, lined the walls of the shower, installed glass door and partial wall, set the sink on the vanity. I hired a contractor to do the rest of this update to bring our bathrooms into the present day. I would have Bath Expo come in anytime I need a bath to be re freshes. They have an outstanding gauruntee

The experience from beginning to end was great! Dan, the installer is worthy of the Excellent Workmanship comment that impressed my dad to no end. It takes A LOT to receive that degree of compliment from him. I had the shower only with the 6 inch base installed so it was easier to enter and exit for him. In his words, it is beautiful. Its been a very nice experience overall. Everything looks great, the service was quick, and cleaning the shower is easy.The only thing Ive had to do is tighten the screws on the shower handle that turns on the shower. They became loose and so far they look ok.

Contacted Bath Expo to remodel our Jack & Jill shower. Their sales woman showed up on time, with material samples, and many photos of remodeled showers. She was a total professional.The promise of completing the project in 24 hours is sometimes a stretch, but at no the end of the project we are 100% satisfied.

Bath Expo did an AWESOME job on my bathroom. It went from yuk to this! The gave great attention to every detail: tear down, keeping the area clean as possible, leaving nothing behind for me to worry about, AND excellent craftsmanship! Nothing says worry-free like a owner-lifetime warranty.

Window Expo did a very professional job of screening in our back porch with a door leading to our patio deck. The two men who did the work were on time and answered any questions I had. The screen is much clearer then I thought it would be, giving us a beautiful view of trees and pond. Decided to remodel my bathroom with new tub, replace tile, and new vanity. My one mistake was I opted to purchase my own sink facet and install the plumbing, huge mistake! After have 3 others try to figure it out (to no avail) I got in contact with Expo who had Charlie (master plumber) give me call. At my convenience Chad came to my house and install / fix what my 3 prior attempts failed at. This was NOT a bath expo problem but they went far out of their way to get me running water from my bathroom sink!!! No more brushing my teeth in the kitchen, forever grateful and highly recommend!

ONE DAY REMODEL!!The day of the remodel was perfect! The installers were on time and introduced their self. They laid out tarp from the front door all the way to the master bathroom. The installers kept everything clean.The installers finished in one day and there was no mess. I sent before and after pictures to my friends and family. They all agreed that Bath Expo worked WONDERS on my master bathroom. Next time I decide to remodel another bathroom, I will definitely hire Bath Expo again!! Great experience having our bathtub/shower converted to a step-in shower! We love the product! It looks beautiful and is easy maintenance! Our salesman Aaron was great to work with and made sure we were happy with the results. We were kept informed during the whole process by staff and the installers were very courteous and efficient! In one day we had a gorgeous shower!

We had several installation hiccups during the process of getting our shower installed, which ended up taking several months for completion, and is the reason I can’t comfortably give them 5 stars.That said, their costumer service was phenomenal. Toni, especially, went above and beyond to make sure that we ended up getting exactly what we wanted and more.If you decide to go with Bath Expo for any remodeling, I highly recommend requesting Fonsy and his crew for your installation. He did a fabulous job! And though it was a rocky road getting there, we couldn’t be happier with our new bathrooms!

It was a wait after booking the remodel for the requested linen closet, (2 months), but it was well worth it!The crew was here for three days to remodel my upstairs bath including demo and rebuild.I requested a sturdy built-in bench, as I am a big man, and the one built could easily support Baby Huey!The shower unit is beautiful and works extremely well! We requested the safety package, as we are 65 and 70, and need the added protection.The glass enclosure and door are perfect!All materials used were of the best quality and the crew was efficient, polite and took all removed items without a trace.We highly recommend Bath Expo and their products.

Bath Expo came and installed a new shower for me. While the work to the shower was good, and clean up afterwards was okay I did notice the day after the install that they cracked my tile floor and tried to cover it up with caulk. They didnt mention to me that they cracked the floor. I may have been more understanding if they brought it to my attention and not trying to cover it up. Then I contacted my sales person and told me about the damage about two weeks ago and he said that the he would contact the production department and they would reach out to me. Still not a word from them. So overall not very happy with my experience with Bath Expo.

We purchased almost 40 replacement windows from Window Expo. From our 1st interaction to our after install calls they have surpassed everything we could have ever expected. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. The installers were here for almost a week and I truly was sad to see them finish. They were friendly, courteous, professional, hard working and always ahead of schedule. We have had 1 crack due to my husband mowing AND they did it again - quick replacement without ANY questions! In every big purchase we have made over 20 years this has been the one we really enjoyed and have not one thing negative to say! Our home looks so modern, the drafts are gone, and our energy bills are lower. If you have read this far - CALL THEM. It is well worth the investment in your home!

I was first introduced to Bath Expo through their sister company Window Expo when I purchased replacement windows in 2014. (Which I love!) So in 2016, I had a bath/shower replaced in my kids bathroom and wow...it still looks brand new today! I then had them remodel by tub/shower in my master this past year and I am still in love with it. They are both so easy to clean and maintain, and gorgeous. I loved the patterns and custom options. I chose the subway tile pattern and my friends cannot believe there is no grout! Love that subway tile look. The whole team is fabulous! Paul, Toni, David, Eddie...they really made sure I was 100% satisfied. And I am!! Thank you Bath Expo!

The whole process was easy and quick. The results are wonderful. Every employee bent over backwards to make sure any concerns were we had were addressed and answered with expedience. If I ever need another bath surround, or shower conversion, bath expo will be first on my list to call.

I would love to give a better review but unfortunately, following the initial quote and me paying for the service, the company has not been very responsive. Every time they reach out to me they are telling me the windows were just ordered. I keep getting dates for the installation and the date continues to be pushed back and everyone seems as if they have no clue what I am talking about. The worst part of this experience is speaking to the last person just a few minutes ago. He was so nonchalant about my concerns. Just saying okay. When asking what can be done he responded theres nothing I can personally do right now. It has become so unpleasant to the point I would not recommend.

We have used Window Expo to replace all windows on two different homes, one in Plano and one in Dallas. Both times with excellent results and quality. I have relatives and friends who have used them based on our recommendation with great experiences. This year, at the home in Dallas, we had a special casement window start having issues with a crank handle and they resolved it promptly. My husband also accidentally broke the outer glass of a large window and they fixed that promptly for free. I cannot recommend them enough.

This company did a shower installation. They were very professional and did exactly what they promised. Had a great team and was in and out in one day . Definitely recommend this company,

Everything went fine with the installation. The installers were respectful in protecting personal items and cleaning up areas exposed to the dust. Windows look great. Very pleased with the service.

We love our windows! We only did half our windows to start, but they went over all our optios and worked with our budget. Our appointment was at 9am and I came home around noon so my husband could go to work; by the time I got there the windows were already installed, and there was no mess.This was our first big project since buying our house and I wasnt sure what to expect but Window Expo walked us through the process and overall it was a good experience. We look forward to working with them again for the other half of our windows!

The quality of the product and its installation are superb! They were upfront and completely honest with us throughout the entire selection and installation. These are great folks, don’t bother going anywhere else!

The guy giving the quote was perfectly nice we just didnt need this level of window. But what gets them 1 star is the outrageous company policy of not dealing with wives. Wouldnt speak to me without my husband present, even looked up the house online to make sure the man I mentioned was really my husband and homeowner. Im 100% responsible for the remodel and they went so far as to text me LOOKING FOR MY HUSBAND instead of talking with me. What century is this place stuck in?

I recently purchased an older home with drafty windows that rattled inside their metal frames.After researching replacement windows online, I decided to visit the Window Expo showroom on a Saturday afternoon and I was greeted immediately by a very courteous employee who showed me all of their sample windows they have on display.My sales consultant was very respectful of my time and did not use any high-pressure sales tactics during my scheduled home appointment. I decided that evening that Window Expo met all of my decision criteria and I accepted a very attractive installment sales contract to purchase 11 new windows plus a new patio door that I have been wanting.I have been extremely pleased with how well everyone in the company has kept me informed on the progress of my order and my scheduled installation date. From start to finish the project has been completed exactly as promised.Amazingly, the installation took only one day to complete. The install crew worked very efficiently and took extra care not to damage any of the inside walls or exterior brick veneer during the old window removal process. Each window was custom-manufactured according to measurements that were taken before the windows were ordered. On the day of the installation, before any of the old windows were removed, the installers checked the measurements again before starting any work!My old home now has a beautiful, modern yet traditional appearance and I am very pleased with the grid window design that I chose.Providing a quality product and service is obviously very important to Window Expo.I highly recommend them!

The first and the only window company I spoke with for replacement windows. What I really liked was the overall finish of how the windows are finished. I really enjoyed talking with the salsmans Chris, and the installation was very smooth. And how the techs took care of my house inside and outside of theHouse as well. The techs took time to explain how all windows worked and totally cleaned up the outside of the house as well. I have had a lot of people stop and look at my house and tell me how well the windows look and the overall look of my house has changed the look of the house. simply put Window Expo is the only company you need to call.

From the design consultation, through construction, to getting hot water from the H and cold from the C, Bath Expo was helpful and considerate. We were kept updated about the stages of construction of our custom-made materials and cabinetry. Appointments were kept on time. Their schedule was geared to our convenience, and the finished product is even better than we imagined. This is a wonderful team, every step of the way!

I used them to install six new windows in my kitchen. Great experience throughout the process, fair pricing, and timely updates on progress.
