Raindango Remodeling did two major projects for me renovating my home. Their quality of work is outstanding, with impeccable detail. They are very professional and trusting. As a real estate agent, I refer Raindango Remodeling to my clients. I highly recommend them.

So Ill start by saying most the work is okayish, I bought a ready to move house, and it was remodeled by this company. Tile is floating and it moves, toilet is leaking, paint splatter everywhere painted over plugs. Beer bottles found in attic and caps throughout. Tile cutoffs left outside the patio. Appliances were barely installed. Dishwasher is loose, stove isnt fixed.

We engaged Raindango Remodeling for a kitchen remodel and some additional work throughout a new condo (i.e. floating and painting the walls, adding trim throughout, and adjusting lighting throughout the house). Initially they agreed to complete the work no later than March 20th/potentially one week out from there - however, the project ultimately ended around April 20th an entire month later than promised with very minimal communication as to why. We had to push very hard and consistently on every contact we had to get any project status updates - all of which were not accurate, every date committed to by Raindango was missed and it was never their fault they always blamed it on some other event. The day we moved in they were touching up paint and knew we had to store items in the closet and upstairs since the remodeling project was the kitchen; they failed to tell us they touched up in a closet and when we moved the items out of the closet they ruined a pillow and a couch cushion which now we have to replace the $1,500 couch and $100 pillow, pictures attached

We had the best experience with Raindango! Remodeling. We wanted to redo both of our bathrooms and work with a company that could provide guidance and that was affordable. Raindango was willing to work within our budget and really listened to what we wanted to help make it a reality.We selected our materials and they did the rest. Ive included before and after pictures from the master shower and you can see the huge difference. We had family coming into town and they worked with us to meet the timeline. They had great suggestions on where to find mirrors and appliances, and when we pointed out a potential issue they immediately fixed it, even though it ended up being more time consuming than expected.We would love to work with Raindango again and will use them for our next project.

Our experience with Raindango was extraordinary!This being our first remodel not only was the job affordable but they were able to provided us with the guidance we needed. There was also a clear line of communication because they added us to their app which we were always able to use to communicate with each other at our leisure!All we had to do was select the materials we wanted and were then provided with a rendering of exactly what the finish product would look like, which reassured our decisions.Thank you for your hard work and professionalism! I love Raindango! They have done several projects for me. They gutted and remodeled my kitchen. It came out beautiful! Second they added a room addition to my house. That increased our living area by 321 square feet. Great addition. The last job they completed was a bathroom and bedroom remodel. Love it also. They are polite, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, competent, and nice people. And they stand behind their work.

I had Raindango come out and give me an estimate for water damage in my home. The first time, they calendared it but there was a glitch; they came the following week. They sent me an email the next day with the estimate (which was great) and I declared that I wanted to proceed with work - I just needed to get a formal invoice to submit to my insurance.I have called their office 3x times to get a formal invoice that I can submit to my insurance to proceed with work. Once, their team was on the phone with their CPA for 3 hours. The next time, they would have it to me 2 hours later. Finally, William announced that he doesnt want the work because they dont want to invest the time to generate an estimate for a SIX THOUSAND DOLLAR job.Pretty unprofessional in my books. If I have to chase you for an invoice, I can only imagine the quality of work and the chasing Ill need to get the job done.

The company rushed my project and overlooked the details in the clear and professional floor plan provided and made mistakes that costs me $5000K more than decided upon. And they left the work half done, and incomplete. I would not recommend this company.

My first contact was with Tanner, who is very personable, technology driven, and creative; he shared a portfolio of other homes theyve remodeled and then provided me with a complete rendition of exactly how I wanted my finished bathroom & kitchen to look. He literally turned my thoughts into photos. At that point, I knew. My search was over! Finally. After many months of searching for a professional company that provides quality, top notch work. I then had the pleasure of meeting with and speaking to the owners of the company, Cole and Joelle, who put their customers first and their craft, well, also first. I didnt get a salesman pitch, there was no pressure to decide now, and [now that the job is complete] there were no hidden fees. I was provided with real estimates based on the work I requested. The entire staff was courteous, clean (during & after job), meticulous, and their work is impeccable. They went above & beyond not only to meet but also exceed my expectations simply because they are truly kind hearted people. Im actually going to miss having them around. Ive already started a list of future projects for my other homes for which I will hire them again. Give Raindango! an opportunity to beautify your space. Bad company. They’ve been working a my small project for 5 months! Now they want more money and no commitment to finish fast.🤮🤮🤮🤮

Called these guys to replace my shower floor and apparently they only do jobs over $10,000. Times are a good right now guys, but come next recession, people are going to see this review and go somewhere else.

Too big for my minor remodel I tried to get an estimate done for my home remodel, but they were backed up for estimates. They then said he was going to make the decision to pull out from my work. To be fair I did not have any services performed by this company so Im only commenting on the professionalism of the estimate process.
